H.R. 4133 – All Bow to Netanyahu

Posted by Martin C. Fox on May 17, 2012

The House has passed H.R. 4133, an AIPAC designed, Israel firster dream bill.  Ron Paul and John Dingell are the only reps that voted no in a limited debate, quick vote session.  There must be enough Muslims in Michigan to negate AIPAC.  Hmm… they are not so bad after all!  The bill, in a nutshell, obligates US to keeping the Israel defenses up to date, supplying a $1Billion missile defense system and has language that supports Israel’s membership in NATO.  We are of course obligated to defend fellow NATO members in time of (Iranian) war.  A major reason for the bill no doubt.  Defend Israel by ourselves because the US essentially is NATO.  The other members ran out of ammo playing in the Libyan sandbox.  We are to veto any resolutions, presumably the UN variety, critical of Israel.  The validity of the criticism is apparently irrelevant.  Demand your Senators to kill this.  Mine won’t.  Casey and Toomey are empire builders and not unfamiliar with the taste of Israeli boot leather.  The House once again kneels before President Netanyahu.  No doubt the other 101 lackeys in Washington will also.  See Philip Giraldi here.

Be seeing you

Congress Gives Us Another Reason to Impeach

Posted by Martin C. Fox on March 18, 2012

Judge Napolitano alerts us to another Congressional travesty here.

Another attack on our rapidly atrophying Constitution. Specifically the first amendment. The judge explains:

Last week, President Obama signed into law the Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act of 2011. This law permits Secret Service agents to designate any place they wish as a place where free speech, association and petition of the government are prohibited. And it permits the Secret Service to make these determinations based on the content of speech. Read the rest of this entry »

We should recall anyone who Voted for the National Defense Authorization Act

Posted by Martin C. Fox on January 2, 2012

Below is my latest letter sent to the Erie Times News-I would surely like to see a recall movement in PA.

The Patriot Act has essentially repealed the 4th Amendment.  Now the Fifth Amendment which says we cannot incriminate ourselves, cannot be held without being charged or cannot be denied legal representation and that we have a guarantee of a speedy trial is toast.  This is due to the National Defense Authorization Act, sponsored by Senators McCain and Levin who never saw a war they did not like.  Read the rest of this entry »

My scumbag Senators Casey and Toomey voted for SB 1867

Posted by Martin C. Fox on December 4, 2011

Senate Bill 1867 has passed the Senate.  This bill permits anyone in the world, particularly US citizens living in the US, to be arrested indefinitely, without warrant, with a court hearing, indeed without any recourse, if the President and his gang-members deem them a terrorist.  There need be no evidence of guilt just like those in Guantanamo.  Constitutional rights are a thing of the past.  My pathetic, scumbag Senators Casey and Toomey voted for this.  Read more about SB 1867 and why we should rebel against the totalitarian state here.  Don’t be one of the sheeple.

My Senator Casey (Another Letter to Editor)

Posted by Martin C. Fox on July 23, 2011

Last December our President offered a multi-billion dollar bribe in the form of F35 aircraft to Israel to stop

building settlements. Shortly thereafter Israel announced the settlements would not stop.
