There is no “right to service.” In a free society, business owners have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason on any basis.
Must a Jew sell to a Nazi?  Must a black florist provide flowers to a klan wedding? Should florists be taken to court for not selling poinsettas because they are poisonous to pets? 

Freedom consists in part of property rights and self ownership.
