That is an interesting question. If you have Bernieborders (open borders) ‘everyone’ could mean, what, a billion people eventually?
Who pays? People with jobs. They pay through lower wages, with income and sales taxes, higher prices and the hidden tax, inflation, caused by all the borrowing and money printing.
The first thing I was told when I began working with government entities is government projects always cost at least twice what they should. We all know how efficient government is. Just take a look at the F35.
Like Maggie Thatcher said-Socialism is great until you run out of other people’s money. We are due to add another couple $trillion to the US debt limit so I am guessing we ran out a while ago.
