General Motors plans to go 100 percent electric, the Detroit automaker announced Monday.
“General Motors believes in an all-electric future,” Reuss said.
Because they are told what to believe.
Government mandates are clearly driving the industry’s current push to electrify.
Besides, Uncle will pay for their mistakes. Ala tesla. A win (GM) / lose (you and me) situation.
Did you get asked for an opinion? Me neither. You are getting it whether you want it or not! All those ‘clean’ electric cars fueled by those nasty power plants. That is a lot energy to come up with.
It is like Patton said-when everyone thinks the same, no one’s thinking.
This is not good for my Indycars and MotoGP bikes. If they go electric I will give them a chance but I am not optimistic.
Volvo is going all electric too. It figures GM would follow their lead. They are both dictated to by socialist governments. China owns Volvo. You do what you are told in China.
The first years of this transition are going to be expensive-for taxpayers. It will take a lot of ‘government money’ to get the net price down to where real people can afford to buy.
