Anyone who was a fan of 60s Friday or Saturday late shows knows this video from TV sign off (what’s that?).

It is my favorite poem. Or more accurately the only poem I know. Although I have come to appreciate Haiku.

Even as a young, dumb kid I was struck by the beauty, especially the last line.

I have no idea what prompted this.
