Will this apply to the Las Vegas shooter? He had a severe gambling problem. How far do you think a gambling ban would go? The problem lies deeper. This stuff didn’t happen before the 60’s. There have been a lot of societal changes since the 60’s and Vietnam. Banning the CIA would help.
