While we have been hearing about all the domestic terrorists the CIA has been manipulating and the FIB has been ignoring, we have heard little lately about DHS.

Maybe they are to busy hiding their incompetence and wondering what to do with the billions of rounds of ammo they have stocking for use in the “homeland”.

On April 3rd the Department of Homeland Security posted an ad to FedBizOpps.gov (Federal Business Opportunities). That is the government’s website where they post contractor work.
