‘They’ Have Ruined This Country, and Are Now Coming for Your Property, Mind, and Soul: Defend Yourself – LewRockwell

Posted by M. C. on June 23, 2020

“If violent crime is to be curbed, it is only the intended victim who can do it. The felon does not fear the police, and he fears neither judge nor jury. Therefore what he must be taught is to fear is his victim.”

~ Jeff Cooper (2006). “Principles of Personal Defense: Revised Edition”, p.44, Paladin Press

The fake this and fake that described in this post is certainly debatable. What Jeff Cooper advises is not.

His book is required reading, more now than ever.

The book is concise and to the point.

“Fear the Victim”. Snowflakes and self flagellaters will find this offensive. Consider yourselves warned.

Don’t be put off by the fact that Cooper’s fame is derived from his groundbreaking training methods using the pistol for self defense. These principles apply to any form of self defense, even the sometimes effective running away.

The Amazon price is high. One can often find a pdf of this for free. Libraries? Who knows anymore.

If you feel the need to develop a defensive frame of mind Principles of Personal Defense is the place to start.

The infamous “they” have stepped into the light, and are not fearful any longer of the consequences of their actions due to a weak and pathetic population of sheep. So who are “they?” They are the masters of the economy, of health and medicine, and the masters of banking and corporate America all around the globe. They are the evil foundations that pretend to work for good. They are large corporations that are above the law, and exempt from financial loss and criminal prosecution. They are the Federal Reserve Banks. They are the government and all its bureaucratic arms. They are the police and military who enforce the restrictive laws falsely implemented by the state and its masters.

“They” are the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, George Soros’ Open Society Foundations, the Ford Foundation, the Carnegie Foundation, the Rothschild Foundation, the Trilateral Commission, Harvard and Yale Universities, the CDC and the WHO, and the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, among others. These are the people running the world. These are the organizations responsible for the falsified and purposely manufactured fake Covid-19 pandemic. And these are the people and organizations that have organized and set loose the low life bands of rioters, looters, and marauding criminals in the BLM and Antifa movements that are terrorizing this country today….

Be seeing you

Dealing With Aggressive Violence – LewRockwell

Posted by M. C. on February 24, 2018

As I have noted in the past, the best place to start in preparing yourself for self defense is Principals of Personal Defense by Jeff Cooper. It is short, sweet and, if you are lucky, a free PDF on somewhere the web.

As in most things, don’t rely on government for protection. Just the opposite.

This, then, is the practical solution for dealing with aggressive violence:

1. Accept that it is impossible to eliminate the means to inflict harm.
2. Accept that some people will seek to harm others.
3. Create in yourself and other decent people the ability to respond to predators with overwhelming counter violence.

History shows us that when people do not have the means to defend themselves, they will eventually suffer atrocities.

The moral argument is more cut and dried:

A human being is the absolute owner and sovereign over their body. As such, they have an absolute and inalienable right to defend themselves from aggression by others, by ANY means available or necessary, as long as those means do not harm other innocent people around them.

Holiday crime and recent events in Erie-the recent rise of violent crime-have led me to re-read Jeff Cooper’s Principles of Personal Defense

Posted by M. C. on November 25, 2011

This handy little book should be read by everyone. The cover of my copy has a picture of Mr. Cooper wielding a handgun but the principles apply to martial arts, a big club, sharp fingernails or just a fast pair of feet. Techniques of defense are not discussed to any extent.

Cooper begins by stating his assumption that everyone has a right to self-defense. There are those that do not agree. Timidity and ineptitude accommodate the aggressor.

Violent crime is feasible only if its victims are cowards. A victim that fights back makes the whole business impractical Read the rest of this entry »
