The Spring Carlisle auto show and flea market wrapped up on Saturday following a tumultuous couple days during which Carlisle Events faced litigation from the Pennsylvania Department of Health attempting to shut down the show.

On Friday, the state Department of Health withdrew the case, allowing for the remainder of the day and Saturday to be held without any underlying drama.

Carlisle Events spokesman Mike Garland said going into the event, they expected the car show to have lower crowds as a result of the coronavirus pandemic and that there would be fewer vendors, but that the week still was a success…
