DHS Head Backs Phone Searches of Those Entering U.S. at Airports

“There’s a difference between searching my bag and my cellphone,” Paul said. “The spirit of the Constitution is that if you’re going to seize my phone, you’re going to have to go to a court and get a warrant.”

I wish the senator luck on that one. All that will buy an honest citizen is a trip behind the curtain and all their orifi probed.

These intent of these searches is to act as a fishing net hoping to find at least some sort of criminal activity.  

These people need to justify their existence as uncovering terrorists hasn’t been their strong suit, nor has passing their tests of effectiveness
