Today EJ Dionne tells us Libertarianism will never work. Why hasn’t it blossomed?

I can understand why those that have actually taken the time to understand the concept would be less than enthusiastic.

There is that bugaboo personal responsibility.

No more government freebies.

Legalized drugs.

Privatized police.

The gold standard, no more free “government money”.

OOOH Scary!

But Mr Dionne is asking the wrong question. The real question is why, when anyone with half a brain see it is a failure, are we sticking with the current system.

Follow the money and you will find the answer.
