US Biowarfare Programs Have 13,000 Death Scientists Hard at Work – LewRockwell

Posted by M. C. on March 17, 2020

Boyle’s remarks came in response to written questions from Sherwood Ross, a Miami, Fla.-based columnist. Asked if the recent outbreaks of Ebola in Sierra Leone and Liberia could be from U.S. Government-backed facilities, Boyle replied:

“These Ebola vaccines were experimental U.S. biowarfare vaccines that were being tested out in West Africa. It was a result of testing out of the U.S. biowarfare vaccines at our lab in Kenema, Sierra Leone, that created the West African Ebola pandemic in the first place.”

Report by reporter Sherwood Ross of Statements made by Francis Boyle who Drafted the US Implementing Law of the Biological Weapons Convention

America’s $100-billion Germ Warfare
Industry a “Criminal Enterprise,”
Author of U.S. Biowarfare Act Says

The American legal authority who in 1989 drafted the law Congress enacted to comply with the 1972 Biological Weapons Convention says the U.S. today [October 11, 2015] is in flagrant violation of that Convention.

“Since Sept. 11, 2001, we have spent somewhere in the area of $100 billion” on offensive biological warfare, charges Professor Francis Boyle of the University of Illinois, Champaign.

Boyle said an estimated 13,000 “death scientists” in 400 laboratories in the U.S. and abroad, are employed making new strains of offensive killer germs that will be resistant to vaccines.

For example, Dr. Yoshihiro Kawaoka’s group at the University of Wisconsin has found a way to increase the toxicity of the flu virus by 200 times! Boyle says Kawaoka is “the same death scientist who resurrected the genocidal Spanish Flu virus for the Pentagon for offensive biowarfare purposes.”

As for fighting flu, the National Institutes of Health in 2006, a typical year, got only $120 million from Congress to fight flu, which kills an estimated 36,000 Americans annually.  By contrast, Congress gave NIH $1.76 billion for “biodefense,” even though the anthrax outbreak in 2001 killed just five persons.

“These distorted budgetary allocations,” (spending 15 times as much for germ warfare as for fighting flu) demonstrate that the priority here is not the promotion of the public health of American citizens but rather to further develop the U.S. offensive biowarfare industry that will someday ‘blowback’ upon the American people with a catastrophic pandemic,” Boyle said.

He went on to say the Pentagon and Central Intelligence Agency(CIA) are “ready, willing, and able to launch biowarfare when it suits their interests…They have a super-weapons-grade anthrax that they already used against us in October, 2001.”

Boyle here was referring to the anthrax pathogens mailed to two U.S. Senators (Tom Daschle, of South Dakota and Patrick Leahy, of Vermont) and others after 9/11 that were traced back to the Government’s biowarfare lab at Fort Detrick, Md.

Boyle warned that the Galveston National Laboratory in Texas, a high-containment research lab, has been seeking for potential biowarfare agents in the wild in other parts of the world “in order to turn them into biological weapons.”

He said, “They should shut down Galveston as an ongoing criminal enterprise along the lines of the S.S. and the Gestapo — except that Galveston is far more dangerous to humanity than Hitler’s death squads ever were.”

Boyle added, “American universities have a long history of willingly permitting their research agenda, researchers, institutes, and laboratories to be co-opted, corrupted, and perverted by the the Pentagon and the C.I.A. into death science. These include Wisconsin, North Carolina, Boston U., Harvard, M.I.T., Tulane, University of Chicago, and my own University of Illinois, as well as many others.”

The Technocratic State is the Mortal Enemy of the Individual – LewRockwell

Posted by M. C. on August 2, 2019

“The object of the state is always the same; to limit the individual, to tame him, to subordinate him, to subjugate him.”

“The individual has always had to struggle to keep from being overwhelmed by the tribe. If you try it, you will be lonely often, and sometimes frightened. But no price is too high to pay for the privilege of owning yourself.” ~Friedrich Nietzsche

The idea of the “group” is the scourge of mankind, for when crowds gather, the individual disappears. When groups form, insanity is the result. This is the reason that the tyrannical state continually supports the group over the individual. This is the reason that the state promotes divisiveness, and pits group against group. This strategy weakens the whole of the masses, as all the strength of liberty resides in the individual and individual critical thought. Should the individual be marginalized, freedom will disappear.

With this in mind, is it any wonder that the information age, the age of state-sponsored propaganda, the age of spying on the individual, the age of data mining and data storage, have all been accomplished by government/private collusion? Is it any wonder that those like Google, Facebook, and Amazon are partners of the state, and were and are funded by the U.S. government and the CIA? Is it any wonder that the age of Technocracy was spawned with the knowledge that controlling information was the foundation needed to control the people? Is it any surprise then that any technocratic takeover relies upon the destruction of the individual?

Due to this massive change in how government views and manipulates the general population, and because this change and the politics of division are now common, people across the country are at each other’s throats. While one may view this phenomenon as simply a current trend of idiocy, which is not far wrong, it is a purposeful outside-orchestrated type of chaos. With all pitted against all, the individual is left in total isolation, and the elite’s task of gaining control over the masses is now being accomplished to a much greater degree.

The more division that is evident in the general population, the more confusion that will exist. When the “public” is infighting and confused, the ruling class has literal Carte blanch to advance its political agenda, whether war, monetary and economic control, or any favored liberty destruction stratagem. As stated by Max Stirner in The Ego and His Own [1845]:

“The object of the state is always the same; to limit the individual, to tame him, to subordinate him, to subjugate him.”

Government and its corporate partners have mastered deceit, in that this partnership has been able to purposely diminish the importance of the individual by exposing our differences instead of promoting our common human desires. Those long-standing common desires include love, family, peace and harmony, non-aggression, community, freedom, mutual respect, and caring for one another. By pitting us against each other through political means and fear, an almost uncontrolled opposition amongst us has emerged. There is nothing of value to be gained from this behavior, and only harm can result from such a detachment from common cooperation.

In this current world of Artificial Intelligence, smart phones, and social media, the need for each other is being replaced by the need for machines and for instant acceptance and gratification. This leads to isolation. One look around is enough to see the damaging effects of this behavior, as many can no longer function normally one on one because they are forever involved in what could be described as an addiction to surreal nothingness. Couples, families, and friends will sit for hours ignoring each other, rarely escaping their mesmerized state of screen watching. Personal human communication and contact is disappearing from view, and without a personal connection, emptiness will follow.

The finality of this detachment from reality will be slavery to the state. This will be accomplished due to the brainwashed public’s voluntary acceptance of its own servitude. No thoughts or actions will be private, and nothing will be sacred. Independence will first be scorned and then squelched, and individual thought and action will be rejected in favor of mass obedience.

The elite’s idea of a technocratic system controlled by the few, a eugenics based movement developed during the Progressive era in the 1930s, is getting closer and closer to fruition. A technocratic society would be cold and dark, one without emotion and passion, and one that would eliminate the individual. Without the individual, a lifeless society will exist, and freedom will be forever lost.

These ideas are not fringe, and have been actively pursued in the past by the presidents of MIT, Stanford University, Cornell and Harvard, and courses on this subject have been taught at Harvard, Columbia, Cornell, Brown, Wisconsin, Northwestern, Clark, and MIT. Today, much of this teaching is guised under the label of scientific genetics, and the grand scheme of a planned and controlled society is not dead, but is being pursued under the new language of human genetics.

With the rollout of 5G technologies, which are not any real improvements in communication, an ‘Internet of Things’ will be structured to tie everything together. This is the basis necessary for the physical takeover of all systems, which when implemented, will allow for a completely controlled society. Humans will become simply economic units, and therefore expendable. This dystopian nightmare is just around the corner, maybe only a few years away, and must be stopped before it is too late.

This is not “conspiracy theory” or science fiction. It is now a fact of life. It is being pursued aggressively, and is being accepted more and more by an ignorant and comatose public. If mass resistance is not soon forthcoming, we will risk being doomed to a life of total control in a society consumed by worthlessness.

Elon Musk wants to hook your brain directly up to computers — starting next year

Posted by M. C. on July 17, 2019

…alleviate the symptoms of chronic medical conditions…

Who controls who. Who decides your condition is bad – Charles Schumer, Alexandra Occasional-Cortex or an Antifa loving university professor locked in a safe room?

brain disorders

What is your disorder? Pro Trump, anti-war, Libertarian…?

By Alex Johnson

Elon Musk, the futurist billionaire behind SpaceX and Tesla, outlined his plans to connect humans’ brains directly to computers on Tuesday night, describing a campaign to create “symbiosis with artificial intelligence.” He said the first prototype could be implanted in a person by the end of next year.

Arriving at that goal “will take a long time,” Musk said in a presentation at the California Academy of Sciences in San Francisco, noting that securing federal approval for implanted neural devices is difficult. But testing on animals is already underway, and “a monkey has been able to control the computer with his brain,” he said.

Musk founded Neuralink Corp. in July 2016 to create “ultra-high bandwidth brain-machine interfaces to connect humans and computers.” The company said in 2017 that its initial goal was to devise brain interfaces to alleviate the symptoms of chronic medical conditions.

It’s widely presumed, however, that Musk is characteristically after something much larger. He has frequently warned that the rapid advance of artificial intelligence, or AI, threatens to leave humanity in the dust, calling it an existential risk.

Musk repeated Tuesday night that one of the goals of Neuralink was to treat brain disorders, saying, “We can solve that with a chip.”

But he went on to say that it also sought to help you “preserve and enhance your own brain” and to “create a well-aligned future.”

As he has before, Musk warned that as it stands, humanity is at risk of being left behind by the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence, or AI — “even in a benign AI scenario — hopefully, it is a benign scenario.”…

Doug Casey on the Next Industrial Revolution – Tech Advancement

Posted by M. C. on July 15, 2019

https://internationalman.com/articles/doug-casey-on-the-next-industrial-revolution/

by Doug Casey

What you’re going to read in the next few minutes will be shocking and unbelievable. But it’s also factual and logical. That will make it upsetting and disturbing. Most people are at least vaguely aware of what’s happening. But very, very few are aware of its degree or the implications.

As you probably know, I believe times are about to get quite rough economically and politically. But, at the same time, I’m very optimistic about what’s happening in science and technology. So let me hazard some predictions. And break the old rule about how, if you predict an event will occur, to make sure you don’t predict its timing…

Moore’s Law was formulated in 1965; it states that computational power will double, and costs will halve, about every 18 months. But it appears to apply to several areas besides computing.

As a result, it’s highly probable that Timothy Leary was not just right, but conservative, when he anticipated SMIILE—Space Migration, Intelligence Increase, and Life Extension. Those things are just part of the picture.

So here’s the good news. It’s likely the very nature of life is going to change for the better, almost unrecognizably, over the next 20 years or so…

THE NEXT INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION

Some of these things, like energy and space exploration, are just extensions of current technologies. Others, especially nanotech, are game changers.

Energy—With the exception of nuclear, all power comes from the sun. In the past, solar, wind, and similar power sources existed mainly in the dreams of economically illiterate hippies. But now, combined with rapidly advancing battery technology, they finally make sense. Better yet, oncoming generations of modular nuclear reactors will be tiny, extremely safe, simple, and cheap. Maybe fusion power will finally become practical—although that would just be a bonus.

Oil and gas? They’re important as feedstocks, but mainly because they provide very dense energy. They are, however, essentially compounds of hydrogen and carbon, two of the most common and simplest elements. With adequate (and sufficiently cheap—this is the key) power, they can be created in unlimited quantity; the chemistry is quite basic and well understood. Among other things, algae can be programmed to manufacture them in quantity.

Space—One of the good things about most governments being bankrupt is that they’re being forced to cede the conquest of space to entrepreneurs, who will colonize the moon, the asteroids, and the planets. I love Elon Musk’s quip: “I hope to die on Mars. Just not on impact.” Of course, if he’s lucky, he may live to be several hundred years old because of other developments.

You need “stuff” to make what you need. A lack of raw materials has always been a major reason for conflict. But digging things out of the Earth, using big yellow trucks, will no longer be humanity’s only option. The asteroids are full of dense elements. They’ll soon become available in massive quantity, cheaply.

Life extension—It’s clear we’re on the edge of solving the problem of aging; it should be addressed as a degenerative disease. All other diseases are simply footnotes to aging. If you live long enough, you can be, do, and have everything that you can imagine. It’s likely to be possible soon.

Biological engineering—The creation of not just new body parts, but new bodies, made to order, is in the works. And new species. And much more. Who really knows what can be done with DNA? But the answer is probably: Almost anything, in lots of ways.

Distributed manufacturing—A.E. van Vogt’s The Weapon Shops of Isher predicted machines that would create advanced weapons for you, in the privacy of your own home. Now that’s possible with 3-D printing. Soon, if you can design something, or get the design, you can create it. At home.

Robotics—Not just smart machines in factories. In fact, factories themselves may be on their way out. Humanoid beings—products of bioengineering and AI—could replace them. They’ll perhaps be almost indistinguishable from normal people.

This alone, the creation of intelligent machines, will overturn the nature of society, family, warfare, work—everything.

Artificial intelligence—I believe that a difference that makes no difference is no difference. That’s the concept behind the Turing test. At some point, very soon, machines will be smarter than their creators and will, in turn, create other machines smarter than they are. And continue doing so at a geometric rate.

Nanotech—I did a chapter on this in Crisis Investing for the ’90s. At the time, not one person in 100 had a clue what it was. In its ultimate form, nanotech—the use of molecular-sized assemblers and supercomputers—will change the character of reality itself. Totally and unrecognizably. It amounts to pixie dust, making it possible to manipulate the 92 naturally occurring elements into useful compounds cheaply and easily. It’s becoming possible to fabricate totally new materials, like carbon nanotubes, vastly more capable than any “natural” material.

Computer science—Electromechanical switches, then vacuum tubes, then transistors, now silicon chips, and soon quantum computing are taking place on a molecular level. All the knowledge in the world contained in a cube. Or perhaps in the head of a biologically enhanced robot. Or perhaps in an interface to your own brain.

Virtual reality—You’ll be able to immerse yourself in a world of your own creation, activating all of your senses, in a veritable Star Trek holodeck that will be almost indistinguishable from real reality. Perhaps you will prefer to live in unreality. All in the privacy of your own home.

Editor’s Note: As Doug mentioned, technological advancement is a game-changer. Most people haven’t considered how quickly it has already progressed. In fact, the next big wave of medical and pharmaceutical breakthroughs is here.

The way diseases like Alzheimer’s, heart disease, and even cancer are treated will change forever. This trend is so explosive that it’s even caught attention of the Former Speaker of the House. He and a biotech investment expert are revealing how early investors can ride this major trend for once-in-a-lifetime profits in a LIVE event. Click here to reserve your spot now.

BERKELEY! They ARE the haters.

Berkeley scientists developing artificial intelligence tool to combat ‘hate speech’ on social media

DANIEL PAYNE – ASSISTANT EDITOR

Scientists at the University of California, Berkeley, are developing a tool that uses artificial intelligence to identify “hate speech” on social media, a program that researchers hope will out-perform human beings in identifying bigoted comments on Twitter, Reddit and other online platforms.

Scientists at Berkeley’s D-Lab “are working in cooperation with the [Anti-Defamation League] on a ‘scalable detection’ system—the Online Hate Index (OHI)—to identify hate speech,” the Cal Alumni Association reports

5 Scary Things About Artificial Intelligence That Worry Military Brass | Military.com

Posted by M. C. on September 7, 2018

The only thing we know for sure about military and government-The many laws it ignores will include Isaac Asimov’s.

Guess who will the serve the sentence for disobeying those laws.

  1. A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
  2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
  3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Laws.[1]
  1. A robot may not harm humanity, or, by inaction, allow humanity to come to harm.
