FEMA Official Removed After ‘Avoid Trump Houses’ Message Leaks, DeSantis Orders Investigation

You gotta give FEMA credit, they stayed open during bad weather…this time.

An official with the Federal Emergency Management Agency was “removed from their role” and is under investigation after the Daily Wire obtained a leaked internal message in which they ordered workers to bypass the homes of Trump supporters as they surveyed the damage caused by Hurricane Milton in Florida.

In the leaked message, a FEMA supervisor told workers to “avoid homes advertising Trump” as they canvassed Lake Placid, Florida to find residents who may qualify for federal aid.

The supervisor, Marn’i Washington, told workers both verbally and in a group chat to avoid Trump supporters’ homes, multiple government officials told the Daily Wire.

When we got there we were told to discriminate against people. It’s almost unbelievable to think that somebody in the federal government would think that’s okay,” one of the employees told the outlet, adding that it was wrong to discriminate against Trump supporters when they were at their “most vulnerable.”

“I volunteered to help disaster victims, not discriminate against them,” said the employee. “It didn’t matter if people were black, white, Hispanic, for Trump, for Harris. Everyone deserves the same amount of help.”

The guidance came as the Biden administration was criticized over its sluggish response to Hurricane Helene in rural areas across the country. In Roan Mountain, Tennessee, for example, locals told The Daily Wire it took nearly two weeks for FEMA to show up. The town is located in Carter County, which voted 81% for Trump on Tuesday.

The FEMA agents ordered not to help houses with Trump signs were operating in Highlands County, a deep-red area located in south central Florida that backed Trump by 70% on Tuesday. It was hit with tornadoes, torrential wind and rain, and flooding when Milton hit in October.  -Daily Wire

Following the report, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) ordered an investigation into the incident.

“The blatant weaponization of government by partisan activists in the federal bureaucracy is yet another reason why the Biden-Harris administration is in its final days,” DeSantis wrote on X. “New leadership is on the way in DC, and I’m optimistic that these partisan bureaucrats will be fired.”

FEMA, meanwhile, has “removed” Washington “from their role” within the agency.

DeSantis and Trump diverge on The Fed, Big Government, and Bitcoin

Posted by M. C. on May 26, 2023

A generational gap reveals itself.

Notably, there is no more widely used tool for unlawful behavior than the U.S. Dollar, which is the preferred currency of terrorist organizations like ISIS.

JORDAN SCHACHTEL

Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis are ideologically aligned on most issues in their competition to win the Republican nomination for President of The United States. However, there are some key contrasts that provide a significant distinction between the two political rivals, and most of it has to do with the role of government in the economy.

Bitcoin

Ron DeSantis is unapologetically pro-Bitcoin and more broadly supports the rights of Americans to participate in a voluntary, market-based monetary system. In a Twitter Spaces Thursday evening, the Florida Governor made clear that he supports the use of bitcoin, and articulated why the Washington establishment disapproves of it. “I’ll protect the ability to do things like bitcoin,” he said, adding, “I don’t have an itch to control everything that people may be doing in this space.”

Moreover, Governor DeSantis has more broadly taken on the evolving digital space, drawing a distinction between distributed, decentralized assets like bitcoin, and government-backed tools for control and censorship. In Florida, he has implemented measures to forbid the use of any potential Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC), warning that these tools can be used to implement a China-like Social Credit Score system in the United States. As governor, DeSantis has taken on the Davos ESG mafia, combatting the centralization of economic corporate and governmental power.

Trump, on the other hand, has long opposed bitcoin, claiming in a 2019 tweet that it is a tool of “unlawful behavior,” and that the government should take a more active role in regulating digital assets.

Notably, there is no more widely used tool for unlawful behavior than the U.S. Dollar, which is the preferred currency of terrorist organizations like ISIS.

In a 2021 in an interview with Fox News, Trump doubled down on his anti-bitcoin stance, declaring, “Bitcoin just seems like a scam. I don’t like it because it’s another currency competing against the dollar. I want the dollar to be the currency of the world; that’s what I’ve always said.”

President Trump has not publicly spoken about the potential threat posed by a CBDC or any other centralized monetary measures.

The Money Printer/The Fed

The former president has forwarded a convoluted message on monetary policy. On the one hand, he’s called for a return to the gold standard, and even, to his credit, tried to appoint the pro-gold standard Judy Shelton to the Federal Reserve Board. However, for most of his tenure as commander in chief, Trump was heavily in favor of unchecked monetary expansion and the growth of government as a whole.

Trump infamously encouraged Congress to authorize pandemic “emergency” spending of over 2 trillion dollars, and routinely proposed record budgets. These policies led to soaring inflation and the rapid debasement of Americans’ wealth. He ruthlessly attacked Rep Thomas Massie for opposing the money printing fiasco, and later supported an unsuccessful campaign to wage a primary battle against the Kentucky Republican.

For all his righteous condemnation of the “deep state” and the nefarious corporate agenda in politics, Trump’s policies acted to bolster the very forces he publicly opposes.

DeSantis Issues Most Blistering Takedown Yet Of US Role In Ukraine “Territorial Dispute” | ZeroHedge

Posted by M. C. on March 15, 2023

it will be interesting to see if Trump matches or surpasses DeSantis’ emphasis on non-interventionism in the “territorial dispute” in Ukraine.

Trump will likely be putty in the pentagram’s hands.

At a moment Western officials and even some mainstream media are beginning to express doubt over Ukraine’s ability to push Russian forces back, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, who will likely enter the race for the 2024 GOP presidential nomination, has issued his sharpest criticisms yet of America’s role in the Ukraine war, calling it fundamentally a “territorial dispute” which the US should stay out of.

The statements came as part of his response to a questionnaire issued to possible 2024 presidential candidates by Fox News’s Tucker Carlson. The questionnaire asked whether protecting Ukraine should be part of US “vital national interests”. DeSantis ripped Biden’s policy as a virtual “blank check” which serves to erode US interests and “distracts” from what should be more pressing priorities.

He stressed that the United States government “cannot prioritize intervention in an escalating foreign war over the defense of our own homeland” – which also echoes the scathing critiques of a small cadre of GOP Congressional members like Matt Gaetz, Thomas Massie, and Marjorie Taylor Greene.

Via Reuters

“While the U.S. has many vital national interests — securing our borders, addressing the crisis of readiness within our military, achieving energy security and independence, and checking the economic, cultural, and military power of the Chinese Communist Party — becoming further entangled in a territorial dispute between Ukraine and Russia is not one of them,” DeSantis said. Likely the reference is to the civil war which predates the Feb.24, 2022 Russian invasion by many years: the conflict in Donbas which went back to 2014 and by many estimates took over 14,000 lives on both sides.

“The Biden administration’s virtual ‘blank check’ funding of this conflict for ‘as long as it takes,’ without any defined objectives or accountability, distracts from our country’s most pressing challenges,” he added.

Crucially, he also used the questionnaire as an opportunity to point out that the Biden White House’s irresponsible escalation of involvement in supporting Kiev has ultimately pushed Moscow into “a de facto alliance” with China.

“Because China has not and will not abide by the embargo, Russia has increased its foreign revenues while China benefits from cheaper fuel. Coupled with his intentional depletion of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve and support for the Left’s Green New Deal, Biden has further empowered Russia’s energy-dominated economy and Putin’s war machine at Americans’ expense,” the Florida governor said.

And on the question of F-16s, which is currently being pushed by some Congressional hawks and reportedly being mulled over by the administration…

DeSantis said F-16s and long-range missiles should be “off the table” because the moves could risk “drawing the United States into the conflict and drawing us closer to a hot war between the world’s two largest nuclear powers.”

Public health’s DeSantis problem

Posted by M. C. on June 7, 2022

https://mailchi.mp/tomwoods/desantisig?e=fa1aba8cd8

The lockdowners and mandaters have tried two strategies to explain away Florida’s health outcomes over the past couple of years.

(1) They’ve tried to claim that Florida has actually done very badly. It’s been hard to make this stick, though. People can see with their own eyes that there aren’t piles of corpses on the side of the road in Miami or Orlando.

Also, even if Florida were doing slightly worse than some other places, it should still be doing much, much worse after ignoring the entire public health establishment’s dire warnings.

And then people point out that you can’t compare Florida to California on raw numbers, because that’s apples and oranges. Covid is worse on people who are older, obese, or diabetic.

Correct for those population characteristics and there’s no difference between Florida’s outcomes and those of California.

(2) So some of them decided to abandon this approach and instead to claim that Florida must be fudging its numbers.

Stop and think about what an admission that is. Anyone arguing like this is essentially saying: if what we believe about “mitigation” strategies is true, Florida cannot possibly be doing this well. Therefore, the only explanation has to be that the numbers are fake. It isn’t that our Covid religion is wrong. It’s that Florida is deceiving us.

That’s a dangerous road to take. If Florida’s numbers can be shown to be accurate, where does that leave these people?

Well, the Inspector General just completed a full investigation of the claim and found nothing to support it.

Such a claim had been advanced by an employee named Rebekah Jones, and indeed I examined her allegations in an episode of the Tom Woods Show some time ago.

The lockdowners wanted and needed her story to be true.

But after interviewing a dozen people involved in Covid tracking in Florida, including Jones’s own superiors, no basis for the story could be found.

According to the Wall Street Journal, “Some said she had told them she was pressured to alter Covid case and death counts, but her allegations didn’t make sense to them, not least because she didn’t have access to the raw data to do so. Ms. Jones, a geographer by training who previously worked on hurricane tracking systems, merely assisted with the Covid data’s online dashboard.”

With this story buried, what is left for those who can’t bring themselves to believe that Florida did well without Fauci?

My best guess is that they’ll be talking a lot less about Florida now.

And yet isn’t it funny: those people have absolutely no problem spreading their discredited ideas. They never have to wonder whether they should make that YouTube video or post that podcast episode. They get a free pass.

But those of us who can point to actual data and the real experiences of real places in the world? We have to sit in anticipation of the “disinformation” hammer.

Sometimes our people have been removed from entire platforms, as you well know, despite doing nothing wrong.

The same thing has happened to my friends at Revealed Films, who have done excellent documentaries on innocent topics like winemaking, but also controversial and forbidden topics like Covid.

They’ve had every outlet you can think of closed off to them, simply because they featured the wrong people.

(They’ve featured me, too, but I promise I wasn’t responsible!)

But they keep doing great work, and they keep managing to get around the censors.

Tomorrow is the world premiere of their Money 2022 docuseries — which features normal people, rather than the lizard creatures who rule us.

You can watch the whole series for free if you register in advance. After that, they start charging for it.

What we are supposed to do in the current circumstances is a darn good question, and this series seeks to answer it.

Biden admin targets DeSantis ban on mask mandates, offers cash to Florida school districts defying governor

Posted by M. C. on August 14, 2021

Extortion

Florida has one of the worst outbreaks in the country mostly due to the fast-spreading and highly contagious delta variant. In the last week, Florida and Texas accounted for 40% of the country’s virus hospitalizations and Florida has hit new record highs for case totals, the White House and reports said.

Because the CDC was caught by FL faking infection rate data.

The Biden administration this week offered federal financial support to Florida school districts defying Gov. Ron DeSantis’ ban on mask mandates as the coronavirus surges in the state, according to reports.

U.S. Education Secretary Miguel Cardona wrote in a letter to DeSantis and state Education Commissioner Richard Corcoran on Friday that defiant districts that lose state funding would have federal funds available to them, according to Politico.

“Florida’s recent actions to block school districts from voluntarily adopting science-based strategies for preventing the spread of COVID-19 that are aligned with the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) puts students and staff at risk,” Cardona wrote in the letter, adding he was “deeply concerned” by DeSantis’ July 30 anti-mask mandate executive order.

Cardona said the districts were in line with guidance from the CDC, which earlier this month recommended universal mask-wearing in K-12 schools, regardless of vaccination status, to slow the spread of the delta variant.

“We are eager to partner with [the Florida Department of Education] on any efforts to further our shared goals of protecting the health and safety of students and educators,” he added. “If FLDOE does not wish to pursue such an approach, the Department will continue to work directly with the school districts and educators that serve Florida’s students.”

Christina Pushaw, a DeSantis spokeswoman, called out the Biden administration for giving more support to “superintendents and elected politicians, who don’t believe that parents have a right to choose what’s best for their children, than on Florida’s students, which is what these funds should be used for,” Politico reported.

DeSantis has said parents should decide whether their children wear masks in school.

The letters mark the sharpest-yet pushback by the Biden administration to the state policies and come days after the president indicated he did not believe he had direct authority to overturn the governors’ actions.

Cardona sent a similar letter to Gov. Greg Abbott in Texas over his ban on mask mandates.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.

SCIENCE FRAUD: Florida Gov. DeSantis calls for investigation into why people are testing “positive” for coronavirus tests they never received – NaturalNews.com

Posted by M. C. on July 25, 2020

https://www.naturalnews.com/2020-07-24-desantis-investigation-people-testing-positive-coronavirus-never-tested.html

(Natural News) After learning that waves of people who were never even tested for the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) received mysterious “positive” results, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, a Republican, decided to call for an investigation into the matter to get to the bottom of it.

According to reports, Gov. DeSantis has asked the state’s Department of Health to look into the situation further. He announced that it makes no sense whatsoever that people who were never even evaluated by a practitioner are now receiving anomalous positive test results that are being used by some to push for more lockdowns and mask-wearing.

“For that to come back positive, when there was no specimen submitted, is problematic,” DeSantis is quoted as saying. “So I’ve heard it enough to be concerned about it.”

As we recently reported, many of Florida’s testing laboratories have been submitting boatloads of false positives to the official government databases, which has majorly skewed the state’s infection statistics.

Now it appears as though people who were never even tested are being told, possibly at random, that they have the coronavirus, which further skews the official statistics and makes it seem as though “spikes” of infection are occurring when they are actually not.

“I asked the Department of Health to look at that because I heard it, too,” DeSantis added about these strange anomalies. “If you can give us, if people that have told you that are willing to provide their name, we’re interested in investigating this because it’s ridiculous.”

The official coronavirus narrative is collapsing like a house of cards

Local Florida news affiliate FOX 35 News has confirmed that many people are reporting similar occurrences in their families. People all across the Sunshine State say that they are “testing positive” for the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) when they never even got tested, and now they are demanding answers.

“How does someone test positive for coronavirus if they have never been tested?” the news outlet asks. “Reports of this happening have been pouring in to FOX 35 News since we began investigating COVID-19 data.”

What appears to be happening in some instances is that people show up to get tested, fill out a form, but leave before ever getting tested because the lines are too long. Later on down the road, these same folks receive notifications by email or by phone that they tested positive, even though they never even got tested.

“If you’re somebody that this has happened to, you’re going to come forward and give us the details, because I think that that needs to be corrected,” says Gov. DeSantis.

As of this writing, Florida supposedly has some 369,834 positive cases of the coronavirus, though this number is now being called into question by these new revelations. How many people truly have the virus when some labs are reporting 100 percent positive test results, for instance, or when people who were never tested are being told that they tested positive?

The world may never know the full answer to this question, though hopefully, DeSantis’ investigation will uncover why this is all happening, and what the motive is behind it.

“We’ve seen suppressed negatives, egregious double-counting, fake positives, and conflation of dying WITH COVID as opposed to dying OF COVID,” wrote one Breitbart News commenter, highlighting the many sham elements associated with the plandemic. “Then to top it off, tortured interpretations of the data, tainted as it is, to maximize, ‘Get Trump!’”

“Lies, damned lies and statistics. Brought to you by (wait for it …) the ‘experts,’” this same commenter added.
