Memorial Day-The Wasted Lives No One Talks About.

Memorial Day is about honoring the sacrifice of those who died to keep our freedoms.

The problem I have is all the poor folks that died thinking they were defending their fellow countrymen. When, in the early twentieth century for example, they were dying for the United Fruit Company in Central America or John Rockefeller, Morgan Bank and Remington in WWI.

This was the world of Marine general Smedley Butler.  This what he had to say in 1933.

War is just a racket. A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of people. Only a small inside group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few at the expense of the masses. Read the rest of this entry »

A Memorial Day Thought to Ponder: How Sykes-Picot Led to Americans Soldiers Dying For Israel

Memorial day reminds me our brave soldiers are not meant to be dying for AIPAC controlled foreign policy and oil pipelines to the Caspian Sea.

I don’t know about you but I grew weary of Americans dying for Israel and Halliburton some time ago.  One of my favorite historians explains how it all started here.

Current troubles in the Middle East things began during and immediately after WWI.  Lies and secret treaties by the West and Russia caused people and countries to be thrown into unnatural marriages that could only be held together by harsh rule and cruel dictators. Our Arab allies were led down the garden path with promises of land for their help.  They got stiffed for their trouble.  Creating a home for the future state of Israel was a large part of the program.   Read the rest of this entry »
