The EDT Executive Order

Posted by M. C. on November 8, 2021

The Executive Order does not mandate EDT shots, it mandates that employers create friction in the lives of their employees who do not receive the EDT shots.  It does this by:  (1) requiring that employees who refuse the EDT shots to wear masks starting December 4; and (2) after January 4, employees who refuse the EDT shots will be required to submit to weekly Covid tests and pay for them.   This is just another example of a mass Milgram Experiment, with employers being told by authority figures to create wanton and unnecessary friction in the lives of their employees in order to change their employees’ behavior.

The EDT Executive Order

…is going nowhere.  A court in Louisiana probably has it right–OSHA does not have jurisdiction over the seasonal flu and so does not have authority to compel employers to compel their employees to submit to Experimental Drug Therapy (EDT).  The EO is DOA.

Smart employers nevertheless would do well to plan as though it will go forward. Knowing that the EO is first and foremost a cynical behavior modification tool and knowing that the data shows that masks don’t work and that PCR tests are completely worthless will make it easier for intelligent employers to artfully comply with the EO in way that improves their business rather than harms it.

The goal:  employers should have as their goal that exactly zero of their employees receives the EDT shot as a result of the EO.   The reason:  no one has any liability if the EDT shot injures or kills your employees.  Employers do not want to be left holding that bag.  Government has sovereign immunity.  Pharmaceutical companies have statutory immunity.   Although the EO claims to exend immunity to employers, if it is ultimately determined that the EO illegimately extends OSHA jurisdiction, then the EO’s immunity from liability will be as ineffective as the EO.  The result will be that employers who mistakenly compel their employees to receive an EDT shot will be exposed to the risk of lawsuits if their employees are injured or killed as a result of the EDT shot.

Employers have 60 days to plan and to execute their plan.

First, impacted employers should communicate to their employees that they intend to comply with the EO and at the same time communicate that they will also comply with any exemption requests based on “sincerely held beliefs.”   Use this language.  This is the Title VII standard.  Subjective, sincere belief letters are better than the more objective “religious exemption” letters.   No one wants to be put on a stand and cross-examined on whether they are objectively a good Christian who hates abortion.  Example:  have you ever used Tylenol?  When you are explaining, you are losing.  Do not encourage your employees to put themselves in a position of explaining or arguing how faithful they are and do not make their religion the issue.  Make reality the issue, encourage them to back up their view of reality with facts, and suggest that they leave room for uncertainty.   The issue is risk and who bears it, not fetal cell tissue.  All jurors and all people understand risk.

Second, place a trusted executive in charge of determining whether there are doctors in the area who are willing to sign mask exemptions because masks create unnecessary risk and do not minimize the probabiity of contracting Covid or any other seasonal flu.  Informally make sure that the employees who must be on site after December 4 are aware that they can also attach a doctor’s mask exemption note to their EDT shot exemption request.

This intentional and compassionate effort to protect employees from the no-safety-net EDT shot decision being foisted upon them will communicate to employees that their employer is sincerely concerned about their health and safety.  They will see that their employer cares enough to take action to protect them.  Their employer will not participate in any Milgram Experiment friction or abuse.  These efforts, if done properly and discreetly, will build trust and boost morale.

Third and finally, if we get to January 4 and the EO actually goes into effect, have a plan to test employees that does not involve puncturing their nasal cavity once a week and ensures that they do not have to pay for any test.  This is another Milgram friction/torture ploy.  Don’t play along.  Make it easy, painless, and pick up the tab that the EO attempted to put on the employee.  Hopefully, between now and January 4, some creative entrepreneur will develop a saliva strip test with “Let’s Go Brandon” on it.   Every time the employee submits to the spit test, he will remember who threatened his life and health and also that his employer did everything it could to help avoid unnecssary risk to his life and health.

This will build trust and loyalty.  It will also turn a crisis and threat into a relationship-strengthening opportunity.

The effect of this strategy will to shift the burden of proof from the employer to OSHA.  If an OSHA inspector inspects an employer and attempts to cite the employer for violation of the EO because of a factory filled with happy, maskless and jab-less employees, and if the employer has complete records showing that all of its employees have made sound, Title VII-compliant EDT shot exemption requests accompanied by mask exemptions authorized by a medical professional, then OSHA will then be in a position of explaining how an “emergency temporary standard” trumps federal law and professional health advice.

The End of Modernity – LewRockwell

Posted by M. C. on July 8, 2020

There was a baby in a carriage looking up at me but with no emotion whatsoever. As I smiled there was no reaction, only a blank stare. I was wearing a mask. I then turned to see that its mother was also wearing a mask. What kind of children will be raised in a masked society?

I feel like I am participating in a kind of giant Milgram experiment where the population of the world (at least the developed world) is being socialized into unthinking, fear inspired obedience.

The other day I was in line (social distancing) to receive communion. There was a baby in a carriage looking up at me but with no emotion whatsoever. As I smiled there was no reaction, only a blank stare. I was wearing a mask. I then turned to see that its mother was also wearing a mask. What kind of children will be raised in a masked society?

Many people in my internet world now see with alarm a new level of population control. Peter Hitchens, C.J. Hopkins, the Bionic Mosquito, are worth reading; and this one by Gareth Roberts comparing our new world order to the Village from the Patrick McGoohan series the Prisoner is I think especially accurate in the type of horror (with a smile) society is becoming.

I feel like I am participating in a kind of giant Milgram experiment where the population of the world (at least the developed world) is being socialized into unthinking, fear inspired obedience. Terrorism, financial collapse, epidemics and biosecurity, and cultural revolution are all top down events aimed at creating a docile, obedient population. It is clear that to the powers that be, all human relationships, simple pleasures, social and psychological needs are expendable. All individual humans are expendable. It is telling that the elite has politically dropped the working class in favor of extreme environmentalism and immigration. Human labor (at least in the developed world) is no longer seen as being essential.  As James Corbett has documented, the achieved goal is population control.

The Renaissance was the transition from a culture centered on Christianity (the age of faith as exemplified by Chartres Cathedral) to the human centered modern culture (the age of human individuality as exemplified by Da Vinci’s Vitruvian Man). This was the age of modernity, but modernity is now over; the dystopian present is a postmodern, post-human world as exemplified by the robot Sophia. As our human individuality will be covered by a mask, our every move and purchase will be noted and approved by an electronic system of control, our very DNA will be at the mercy of mandatory vaccines.

In these troubling times I fear for my family. I find it very difficult to discuss these fears with my wife who is French and a journalist so sees the world through very different lenses than me. I recently met a group of friends, all graduates from the elite French university Science Po, on a lovely evening at an outdoor bar along the Seine. A very nice and intelligent gentleman I was speaking with did not wear a mask, but had total belief in the virus and the government. I tried to present a different point of view though I doubt that I was convincing.

In these desperate times, I feel the two actions that are essential are to take courage and to pray.
