Wow! Back in ’89 or so, i heard about a post-Cold War exchange program where Russian Police officers were sent to the US to learn our tactics (constitutionally sound arrest methods)…
seems we’ve actually learned from them how to ignore the Constitution, or perhaps they never went back and are now in charge??!!
