Why Does The Department Of Homeland Security Need 450 Million Hollow Point Bullets?

Somebody out there has decided that the Department of Homeland Security needs a whole lot of ammunition.

I don’t think it is to “serve and protect”.

Be seeing you

The ammo is going to all of the domestic intelligence agencies that come under the umbrella of Homeland Security. A lot of the ammo is for assault rifles, and all of the ammo is hollow point. The purchase is for two things, one to create a shortage with the general public. Kind of a stealth form of gun control. Control the amount of ammo available to the sheeple and you may slow down gun purchases, and of course the obvious. The second reason is that something is coming like Martial Law. The military as it is, and soon to be down-sized, can’t to the job all by itself. Maybe they consider the military unreliable under such circumstances. And don’t forget the importation of foreign troops from a NATO client State. They may be short of supplies needed to police our neighborhoods. And they’re probably a lot more dependable. But you can be sure that Martial Law is coming soon. Look for another false flag incident like Sept. 11 to put it in motion.

    • Funny thing, I thought anything but full metal jacket ammo was against the Geneva convention. I guess when FMJ is used against your own people it is OK. I think you are right on about the stealth gun control. Sarah Brady announced to her cadre that Obama’s gun control was under the radar. Fast and Furious comes to mind. Facilitating guns sales to the Mexican drug cartels that will be the enforcers for the Southern faction of the North American Union. Then laying the blame on honest guns dealers. You may have a point about NATO as they don’t seem to keep a big stock of ammo on hand. Why should they when the US bankrolls them? I think that it would more efficient to get Canada and Mexico in the program first. Buying the cartel’s services would be easy. Once Canada signs up they will follow lock step. There must be more people in Erie County than in the Canadian military. Canada could easily be made an offer they couldn’t refuse if they asked too many questions.
