I Am Still Not Nostradamus! – The Future of Freedom Foundation

Posted by M. C. on December 20, 2022

After all, it wouldn’t have been smart to hide only the incriminating evidence. Better to bury it in a mountain of non-incriminating evidence so that no one will notice. Then, every 10 years or so, the CIA can release a bit of the non-incriminating evidence, which will enable the CIA to exclaim, “See how honest and transparent we are?”

https://www.fff.org/2022/12/19/i-am-still-not-nostradamus/

by Jacob G. Hornberger

On October 23, 2017, I wrote an article entitled “I Predict Trump Will Continue the CIA’s JFK Assassination Cover-Up.” My prediction turned out to be true. Trump extended the JFK cover-up until October 26, 2021.

On October 24, 2021, I wrote an article entitled “Biden Will Continue the JFK Cover-Up.” My prediction turned out to be true. On October 26, 2021, Biden extended the JFK cover-up until December 15, 2022.

On September 8, 2022, I wrote an article entitled “My Prediction on the CIA’s Secret Assassination Files,” in which I went out on a limb and predicted that President Biden would, once again, on December 15, 2022, extend the time for secrecy for the CIA’s 60-year-old records relating to the Kennedy assassination.

Then, the following month — on October 21, 2022 — I wrote an article entitled “I Am Not Nostradamus!” I repeated my September 8, 2022, prediction by stating: “So, if you’re holding your breath until December 15, please don’t make yourself suffer in that way. They are not going to release those records when that deadline comes. Biden will do what Trump did and what he already has done: He will, once again, bend the knee, kiss the ring of the CIA, and defer to its orders.”

When the latest deadline for disclosure of those assassination-related records came due last week on December 15, 2022, take a wild guess what happened. Yep, my prediction came true once again! Even though it released some of its long-secret assassination-related records on the December 15 deadline, the CIA continued keeping thousands of its records secret from the American people. Once again, Biden let the CIA get away with it.

Make no mistake about it: Those still-secret records are small but important pieces to the puzzle that serve to further establish the criminal culpability of the national-security establishment in the Kennedy assassination.

You can rest assured that those still-secret records do not contain a confession. From the very beginning of its program of state-sponsored assassinations, it was a firm CIA policy to never put anything into writing regarding its state-sponsored assassinations. Thus, you can rest assured that those still-secret records do not contain any reference to the CIA’s role in the Kennedy assassination. But you can be equally assured that they contain critically important circumstantial evidence that points to criminal culpability on the part of the CIA.

Biden and the CIA claim that releasing those secret records after almost 60 years will threaten “national security.” Notice something important: They said the same thing about the batch of records that the CIA did release on December 15. For some 30 years, they have been claiming that releasing those records would threaten “national security.” It’s been a lie the whole time.

New ‘Twitter Files’ Show FBI Paid Twitter Millions, Influenced Execs To Censor Hunter Biden Laptop Story

Posted by M. C. on December 20, 2022

A subsequent poll of Biden voters in critical swing states commissioned by the Media Research Center found that 45.1% said they were “unaware of the financial scandal enveloping Biden and his son, Hunter,” while awareness of the scandal would have led 9.4% of voters to abandon Biden as their preferred candidate.

The bombshell story about Hunter Biden’s laptop from the New York Post was censored after the FBI had repeatedly warned Twitter executives about foreign election interference campaigns, according to the seventh installment of the Twitter Files released Monday.

Previous editions of the project, revealed by independent journalists based on emails and other internal company documents provided by Twitter CEO Elon Musk, have shown that federal law enforcement policed content on the platform and asked executives to remove certain posts. Even before the New York Post released the now-infamous October 2020 article, which included evidence that Hunter Biden introduced his father to a Ukrainian businessman, FBI officials pressured Twitter management to censor the story.

Indeed, there existed “an organized effort by representatives of the intelligence community” aimed at “senior executives at news and social media companies” to discredit “leaked information about Hunter Biden before and after it was published,” according to independent journalist Michael Shellenberger.

The FBI also paid Twitter more than $3.4 million for their “legal process response,” apparently referencing the time Twitter executives spent coordinating with the agency.

FBI Special Agent Elvis Chan sent ten documents to former Twitter Head of Site Integrity Yoel Roth on the evening of October 13, hours before the New York Post article would be released. Chan urged Roth that the documents were “not spam” and asked him to “confirm receipt.” Two minutes later, Roth replied: “Received and downloaded – thanks!”

Beyond the communications on October 13, Shellenberger pointed to legal testimony from Roth and recent comments from Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg. They indicated that FBI officials had spent months priming Twitter and Facebook leadership to expect “hack-and-leak operations” from state actors ahead of the 2020 election, even though Chan had admitted that no new intelligence had prompted them to reach such a conclusion. Twitter executives repeatedly “reported very little Russian activity” of concern in the months before the election in emails to the FBI, according to Shellenberger, and told multiple news outlets that negligible election interference had been occurring through Russian accounts.

Nevertheless, the FBI worked relentlessly to influence journalists and social media executives.

Bill of Rights: The Ignored History of Why it Exists | Tenth Amendment Center

Posted by M. C. on December 20, 2022

Why don’t they teach this history?  We can only guess, but I personally think it has plenty to do with the fact that the bill of rights wasn’t about granting rights to people – or having a central government to protect us – but instead – it was about opposition to centralized power.

https://tenthamendmentcenter.com/2022/12/15/bill-of-rights-the-ignored-history-of-why-it-exists/

By: Michael Boldin

Today is “Bill of Rights Day” – commemorating ratification on Dec. 15, 1791.

But what the government-run schools – and supporters of the monster state – “teach” about the Bill of Rights has almost nothing to do with the foundational principles which motivated the people who supported – and demanded it.

They want us to focus on inane trivia – and they definitely present things as if the Bill of Rights “granted” our rights, or were meant to create a nationwide liberty enforcement squad in the federal government.

No, it was – you guessed it – about the principles behind what was ratified as the 10th Amendment. Drawing a line in the sand, as Samuel Adams put it, “between the federal Powers vested in Congress, and the sovereign Authority belonging to the several States.”

Richard Henry Lee – who on Sept 27, 1787 in the Confederation Congress proposed adding a Bill of Rights to the Constitution drafted by the Philadelphia Convention – BEFORE sending it to the states for ratification, agreed. He said that drawing that clear line between expressly delegated power – and those reserved is “the great use of a bill of rights.”

The same thing happened in a number of state ratification documents, starting with Massachusetts, then South Carolina, New Hampshire, Virginia – and New York.

I covered this in some detail in an episode of Path to Liberty, here:
https://blog.tenthamendmentcenter.com/2021/12/bill-of-rights-the-untold-story-of-why-it-exists/

In early 1788, ratification of the Constitution was almost certain to fail in Massachusetts – home of Samuel and John Adams, Theophilus Parsons, John Hancock – and so many others. A loss there – Federalists understood – would send them reeling in states where it was expected to be a very close call at best – like New York and Virginia. In other words, the entire proposal was close to being doomed.

But – as advised by Richard Henry Lee months earlier, Samuel Adams and John Hancock went along with a plan to ratify, but only with the option of including recommended amendments as well. On Feb 6, 1788 – they did just that, and the very first recommended amendment from the Sons of Liberty will probably look familiar to any reader of the Tenth Amendment Center:

First. That it be explicitly declared, that all powers not expressly delegated by the aforesaid Constitution are reserved to the several states, to be by them exercised.

South Carolina followed their lead with this:

This Convention doth also declare that no Section or paragraph of the said Constitution warrants a Construction that the states do not retain every power not expressly relinquished by them and vested in the General Government of the Union.

And on June 21, 1788 – New Hampshire sealed the deal on ratification by also including as their first recommended amendment the same precursor to the 10th Amendment from Massachusetts.

But even after New York and Virginia followed with similar proposals, Federalists in the First Congress stonewalled – and did everything they could to prevent amendments from being considered and sent to the states for ratification.

Snow Job: Fed Admits Gov’t Job Estimates too High by Over 1-Million, which Means Serious Peril! – The Great Recession Blog

Posted by M. C. on December 19, 2022

Whether they happen will depend on whether the Fed realizes its serious error in perception soon enough to avoid tightening longer into a recession they do not acknowledge and whether Fed and Feds join again in printing and distributing money, which will be much less likely this time due to inflation and the higher cost of government debt. So, we may just get economic collapse without the hyperinflation.

https://thegreatrecession.info/blog/snow-job-fed-admits-gross-errors/

Having written that Powell’s Peril Lies in the Lanquishing Labor Market and that we are Fed up and Under-Fed All at the Same Time because Everyone Sings the “Strong Labor Market” Tune in Unison … and They’re All DEAD Wrong, I finally get some VINDICATION! Major vindication!

Until now, I’ve read no one agreeing with my views about Powell’s labor blindspot being a source of peril for all of us, which could prove to be the biggest Fed error in history.

I’ve pointed out in past years how badly cooked the government’s jobs numbers are and how the Bureau of Lying Statistics, as I call it, revises its numbers down by hundreds of thousands in an annual audit just about every year, but mostly by applying the corrections to months so far back in the year that no one cares anymore about what happened back then. That makes for a convenient way to bury the truth about a weak labor market. I’ve also noted how I’ve seen the BLS revise December’s raw job numbers up by 300k or more due to unusually bad weather in one year, only to revise the next December up again by the same amount due to unusually good weather.

Moreover, since September, I’ve been saying the labor market is the worst blind spot the Fed has ever exhibited. Its misbelief that the labor market is strong is causing it (and everyone who parrots whatever the Fed says as gospel truth) to be blind to the recession we are already in (on the basis that our negative GDP numbers this year just HAD to be wrong, given how tight and hot the labor market is).

More importantly, I noted in my last article how the Fed said more clearly than ever that it will not stop tightening the nation’s financial system until it sees the labor market loosen up with a rise in unemployment. That affirmed what I’ve said since September is the most important thing for you to keep your eye on if you want to understand what’s about to befall us — that the Fed will over tighten during a recession it does not see because of its gross minundertanding of the labor market, which is far weaker than the Fed admits.

Yesterday we got the biggest mea culpa of all time regarding the government snow-job world of job estimating and Fed complicity in the falsehood. Zero Hedge reported, “Here Comes The Job Shock: Philadelphia Fed Admits US Jobs “Overstated” By At Least 1.1 Million“:

Just a little over a million? I’m sure that’s a Fed rounding error. ZH started by noting the two government labor reports put out by the BLS have spread in greater and greater disagreement with each other since last March.

Zero Hedge

It was only a matter of time before we would see which would catch up or down to the other, and ZH had been putting its money where I would, which is that the lower number in these recessionary times is clearly right, while the higher number is the one with the past of being grossly overestimated then revised down.

However, that was their old chart. The divergence in the monthly continued to accumulate until it looked like this:

Israel sinks to new low by smearing slain children as “terrorists” | The Electronic Intifada

The US’ best friends-SA and Israel

Leave it to innovative Israel to sink to ever-new lows.

It isn’t anything new for the state to smear Palestinians killed by its police and military as terrorists. But it seems to be a fresh twist for Israel to try to convince the UN that most of the Palestinian children slain by its forces had “terror” ties.

According to media reports, Israeli officials planned to tell Virginia Gamba, the UN special reporter on children and armed conflict, that Palestinians are exploiting children who are then killed by its forces.

Gamba was visiting Israel, the West Bank and Gaza ahead of her annual report on the conflict’s impact on children.

“Regarding the Palestinian casualties, Israel will present data indicating that most teenagers were operatives of the Hamas and Islamic Jihad terror groups, or engaged in military activity or military-linked activity,” an unnamed diplomatic source told Israel’s Channel 13.

The gambit is part of Israel’s overall strategy of deflecting its responsibility for Palestinians slain by its forces.

More than 50 Palestinian children have been killed in 2022, according for Defense for Children International-Palestine.

Last year, Israeli forces and armed civilians killed 78 boys and girls in the West Bank and Gaza, making it the deadliest year for Palestinian children since 2014.

Israel’s most recent Palestinian child victim is Jana Majdi Issam Assaf, 15, who was shot while on the roof of her family’s home in the northern West Bank city of Jenin on Sunday night.

Defense for Children International-Palestine said that the girl “sustained two gunshot wounds to her upper chest and one to the right side of her head.”

The rights group added that doctors who examined the child’s body “alleged the bullet fragments and wounds were consistent with the use of expanding bullets by the Israeli military.”

Jana was the second Palestinian girl killed by Israeli forces in the West Bank this year.

Last month, Israeli soldiers shot and killed Fulla Rasmi Abdulaziz Mallouh, 14, in the town of Beitunia near Ramallah. The girl was in the passenger seat of a car that was fired upon by soldiers, hitting Fulla in the head and chest.

Chief salutes killers

In the case of Jana, the girl killed in Jenin on Sunday, Amir Cohen, the chief of Israel’s Border Police, saluted the officers who shot her.

During a military ceremony on Wednesday, Cohen said “our fighters acted morally, with values, with courage, with determination and saved lives.”

The Israeli military has said that it was likely that one of its snipers “accidentally” shot the girl.

Israel has made the same claim that a soldier “unintentionally” killed Al Jazeera correspondent Shireen Abu Akleh in Jenin during May, despite all evidence and witness testimony suggesting that she was intentionally targeted.

But for Israel, the facts surrounding the death of a Palestinian at the hands of its forces do not matter. Ultimately, Palestinian civilians killed by the Israeli military are “mistakes” to be dealt with as a public relations problem and nothing more.

The Gospel of Taki – Taki’s Magazine

Posted by M. C. on December 19, 2022

https://www.takimag.com/article/the-gospel-of-taki/

Taki

It’s nice to be back in good old Helvetia again, but as the holiest of holy days approaches, I cannot help but think of my friend Jeremy Clarke and his struggles. Philosophers have dealt with life’s problems starting with the Greeks, yet not one of them was able to pin down man’s ultimate defeat: death, that is. The one who did manage it was no philosopher, just a simple carpenter, and his take on it has given more comfort and hope to us mortals than all the eggheads put together. Nowadays we have doubters who see us believers as dark-age ignoramuses; you know the kind I’m talking about—smelly, bearded, lefty, conceited know-it-alls. But even Charles Darwin believed in God, so who are these modern clowns to doubt him and his son?

Mind you, who am I—a very fortunate man—to talk about pain and death? We’re all hostages, as far as I’m concerned, to fate or destiny or whatever you want to call it. When religion that is now equated with ignorance and superstition gave way to science that we now equate with fact and reason, it was the beginning of the end. Has man seen a worse century than the 20th? The senseless slaughter of young men during World War I should have had the generals on both sides lined up against a wall and shot, their bodies given to wild animals for Christmas. Instead, their statues are still around. Two atomic bombs dropped on innocent Japanese women and children was as great a crime as I can think of, yet Truman’s statue stands proudly near my Athenian home. George W. Bush is a sort of hero to Americans because of his folksy manner and tangled syntax, while the foul neo-cons who planned the war in Iraq walk around Washington with their ugly heads held high. One million dead, I suppose, is not enough to shame them. Israel’s cruel treatment of the Palestinians and arbitrary appropriation of their land now overshadows that greatest of crimes, committed against the Jews by the Nazis.

“Take it from me, life can be beautiful if one only has beautiful thoughts.”

I’ve been finding lots of faults with today’s America as of late, only because no one in the land of the depraved ever practices what they preach. Land of the free sounds fine, but dare to say a word that is not politically correct and the mob demands your head. Canceling people over one wrong word has become very American, but also in Britain one’s canceled the instant they pronounce it. John Locke, everyone’s favorite philosopher at the time of America’s founding, tolerated everyone except atheists: “Those are not at all to be tolerated who deny the being of God.” The good philosopher insisted that the taking away of God even in thought dissolves us all.

Try to tell this to some of those monstrous-looking females who refer to women as people with cervixes, and watch the ghastly ones go bananas. The trouble with the left has always been intolerance, and their way of thinking has always been how things should be. That is why they look as troubled and downright frustrated as most leftists do, both men and women. Take it from Taki, life can be beautiful if one only has beautiful thoughts. Forget hating and envying people who are better off, richer, better-looking, and have better-looking wives or hubbies. It’s the luck of the draw. Stop being antisocial and hateful. Try going to church and see how cleansed and hopeful you emerge. Believe you me, as they say, it is the exact opposite feeling when emerging from a nightclub, and I’m one who knows.

Sometimes I think that anti-Christians take Christ more seriously than true believers do.

The Year of the Gaslighter

Posted by M. C. on December 19, 2022

https://open.substack.com/pub/cjhopkins/p/the-year-of-the-gaslighter?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android

CJ Hopkins

Well, it has been quite a year, 2022. I’m officially dubbing it “The Year of the Gaslighter.” I was going to dub it “The Year of the Mother of All Mindfucking Global-Capitalist Gaslighters,” but that seemed like a mouthful, so I’m opting for brevity.

Seriously, if there were an Olympics of Gaslighting, GloboCap (i.e., the global corporatocracy) would take the gold in every event. At this point, the majority of the global masses have been successfully gaslighted into a semi-conscious, quasi-cyclothymic state in which they oscillate, on a moment-by-moment basis, between robotic obedience and impotent rage. Those who are not still walking around in their masks and prophylactic face shields and injecting themselves with experimental “vaccines” for reasons they no longer even pretend to be able to articulate without gibbering like imbeciles are genuflecting at the feet of an oligarch huckster who they believe has come to deliver them from Wokeness.

If you were GloboCap, and in the process of imposing your new official ideology on the entire planet in a kind of global Gleichschaltung op, and otherwise establishing your “New Normal Reich,” and you needed the masses confused and compliant, you couldn’t ask for much more from your Gaslighting Division!

The gaslighting got underway in January, when the corporate media, health authorities, and other major organs of the New Normal Reich started suddenly “discovering” that the official Covid narrative was “inaccurate,” or, you know, a bunch of lies.

A series of limited hangouts ensued.

Suddenly, it appeared that the “Covid case” and “Covid death” statistics were inaccurate, or inflated, or had been fabricated. The “vaccines” didn’t work. They were killing people. Lockdowns had been a “serious mistake.” And so on. Duplicitous politicians, pusillanimous public-health authorities, perfidious pundits, and assorted other professional sycophants and lying weasels were shocked to discover they had inadvertently been part of the most insidious PSYOP that had ever been perpetrated on the masses in the history of insidious mass-PSYOPs.

Some Aussie Songs Against the Wars | The Libertarian Institute

Posted by M. C. on December 17, 2022

https://libertarianinstitute.org/articles/some-aussie-songs-against-the-wars/

by Kym Robinson

aussie music1

Music can be powerful, possessing the ability to conjure emotion in a few minutes what an essay never could. Australia has a rich history of talented singers, writers, and performers creating music that is unique to the sunburned continent. Australia also has a rebel culture, hidden in plain sight. Founded by reluctant prisoners, enthusiastic adventurers, and those escaping their birth land to call Aboriginal land their home, with a history of empire and defiance, the music can reflect this combination, none more than in the songs against war.

Few songs express the sorrow felt by soldiers when they return as well as Redgum’s “I Was Only 19.”

Lead vocalist and guitarist John Schumann wrote the song based on experiences he had heard from veterans and their journey from youth to maturity. The song is rich with slang familiar to those who served in Vietnam with the Australian Army. The original title, “A Walk in the Light Green,” refers to the shading on the map of vegetation density, light green meaning less vegetation but with a higher chance of contacts, dark green for the denser jungle. It’s a song for the diggers who fought in Vietnam. As a song it has become one that reflects on war itself, its futility and waste. It may be for the soldiers—in parts written by them—but it is also very much an anti-war tribute.

The lyrics to “I Was Only 19” unveil the realities faced by returned soldiers once “home.” The Vietnam War veterans found themselves a forgotten bunch and the song’s popularity helped to raise a national awareness. Men who had been in war, a failed and now unpopular one, trying to cope and survive in a society that did not understand the physical and mental damage incurred now had a musical advocate.

Cold Chisel’s break out hit was the song “Khe Sahn,” a catchy number about an Aussie soldier’s transition from war to civilian life, delving into addiction, trauma, and bad relationships. Unlike Redgum’s take on the issues some veterans face, Chisel produced a more upbeat sounding rock anthem that marched into the 1980s. Though the lyrics when heard are depressing, perhaps go unnoticed despite its constant play on most Aussie radio stations even to this day.

PTSD is an acknowledged and publicly discussed consequence of war today, but when “I Was Only 19” was first heard it was a dark secret.
