‘Just So You Know The Rules In This Country’: Tucker Contrasts Treatment Of Roger Stone With That Of Jeffrey Epstein | The Daily Caller

Posted by M. C. on November 22, 2019

All of which, Carlson contended, was “much harsher and more outraged … than anything that greeted convicted child molester Jeffrey Epstein.”

“How was he arrested?” asked the Fox News host. “That’s a trick question. He wasn’t arrested. According to the New York Times account, prosecutors called Jeffrey Epstein’s lawyer and politely asked him to turn himself in, which Epstein politely did. Nobody tipped off CNN.”

Stone was a show trial.

Epstein needed to be quietly eliminated.

Fox News host Tucker Carlson contrasted the public arrest and harsh treatment of longtime Trump associate Roger Stone with the treatment received by deceased pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

After an early morning January military-style arrest involving armed federal agents that was tipped to CNN, Stone was convicted on Friday of one count each of obstructing an official proceeding and witness tampering, along with five counts of making false statements to the House Intelligence Committee.

“Stone’s main crime was lying to Congress about who he had or had not spoken to about Russia,” Carlson opined. “By the time Stone’s trial began in Washington, the larger scandal that ensnared him had long been debunked.”

Still, Carlson noted, prosecutors “argued that Roger Stone should spend up to 50 years in prison, effectively the rest of his life,” while “official Washington cheered.”

“‘Rot in hell,’ they screamed on Twitter, oblivious to karma, which by the way is real,” said Tucker, referring in part to “The View” co-host Meghan McCain’s post-Stone-conviction remarks. (RELATED: John Podesta Takes A Victory Lap After Roger Stone Verdict)

Carlson went on to describe Epstein’s treatment and initial plea deal, where he received only 18 months in prison and was allowed to serve it in a “private wing of the Palm Beach County Stockade.” Epstein was even able to leave for work release even though convicted child molesters aren’t “allowed to get work release.”

“Authorities gave it to Epstein anyway, apparently they liked him,” said Carlson. “The authorities don’t like Roger Stone. He did something worse than molesting children. He mocked the people in charge, and then helped get Donald Trump elected president. For that Roger Stone is likely to die in prison. Just so you know the rules in this country.”

The Roger Stone – Wikileaks – Russia Hoax – Craig Murray

Posted by M. C. on November 20, 2019

Wikileaks does not do hacking, it does “leaks”. The clue is in the name.

It is worth noting that not one of those convicted of charges arising from or in connection with the Mueller investigation – Manafort, Papadopolous, Stone – has been convicted of anything to do with Wikileaks, with anything to do with Russia or with the original thesis of the enquiry.

As ever, the Guardian wins the prize for the most tendentious reporting of Roger Stone’s conviction. This is not quite on the scale of its massive front page lie that Paul Manafort visited Julian Assange in the Ecuadorean Embassy. But it is a lie with precisely the same intent, to deceive the public into believing there were links between Wikileaks and the Trump campaign. There were no such links.

The headline “Roger Stone: Trump Adviser Found Guilty On All Charges in Trump Hacking Case” is deliberately designed to make you believe a court has found Stone was involved in “Wikileaks hacking”. In fact this is the precise opposite of the truth. Stone was found guilty of lying to the Senate Intelligence Committee by claiming to have links to Wikileaks when in fact he had none. And of threatening Randy Credico to make Credico say there were such links, when there were not.

It is also worth noting the trial was nothing to do with “hacking” and no hacking was alleged or proven. Wikileaks does not do hacking, it does “leaks”. The clue is in the name. The DNC emails were not hacked. The Guardian is fitting this utterly extraneous element into its headline to continue the ludicrous myth that the Clinton campaign was “Hacked” by “the Russians”.

It is worth noting that not one of those convicted of charges arising from or in connection with the Mueller investigation – Manafort, Papadopolous, Stone – has been convicted of anything to do with Wikileaks, with anything to do with Russia or with the original thesis of the enquiry.

Astonishingly, in the case of Stone, he has been convicted of saying that the Mueller nonsense is true, and he was a Trump/Wikileaks go-between, when he was not. Yet despite the disastrous collapse of the Mueller Report, and despite the absolutely devastating judicial ruling that there was no evidence worthy even of consideration in court that Russiagate had ever happened, the Guardian and the neo-con media in the USA (inc. CNN, Washington Post, New York Times) continue to serve up an endless diet of lies to the public.

Randy Credico was the chief witness for the prosecution against Roger Stone. That’s for the prosecution, not the defence. This is the state’s key evidence against Stone. And Credico is absolutely plain that Stone had no link to Wikileaks. The transcript of my exclusive interview with Randy has now been prepared (thanks to Sam and Jon) and follows here.

I spoke to Randy yesterday to clarify one point. The first conversation Randy ever had with Julian Assange was on 25 August 2016 and it was on-air on Randy’s radio show. There was no private talk off-air around the show. That was Randy’s only contact of any kind with Julian Assange before the 2016 election. His next contact with him, also an on-air interview, was not until Spring 2017, well after the election. He could not have been in any sense a channel to Wikileaks.

Here is the unedited interview from 10 November:…

Roger Stone: I will be vindicated

Posted by M. C. on April 11, 2019

I do not get my news from CNN for the same reason I do not eat out of the toilet. Wolf Blitzer can kiss my ass!

One thing for sure. This will be interesting.

https://spectator.us/roger-stone-will-vindicated/

In January, when heavily armed FBI agents swarmed my south Florida home in the predawn hours to arrest me for a series of process crimes, it changed my life far more than I ever imagined. The judge in my case has issued a gag order so I am not permitted to discuss the case, the prosecution, the court or the specific charges against me and will not do so here. As the judge said, the place for talking is in court — and that time will come.

***

A vast American television audience was allowed to view the spectacle
of my arrest, because CNN arrived
15 minutes before the FBI swat team. CNN denies it was tipped off, instead chalking its good fortune up to a ‘hunch’. President Trump asked in a tweet
‘Who alerted CNN?’ Who indeed?

This week, it was widely reported that the FBI is refusing to turn over emails between the agency and CNN in the days before the raid on my home. Now the US Department of Justice is being sued
for these documents and perhaps we
will learn the truth about how and why CNN was present and why it was allowed to stay when the street was sealed off
 to all others.

***

CNN, MSNBC, the Washington Post, Politico and the Wall Street Journal have repeatedly accused me baselessly of collusion with the Russians, conspiracy, and treason. That is not the case. I plan a vigorous legal defense. I will be vindicated…

In all of the reporting regarding the charges against me, there is one constant: I am called a ‘self-described dirty trickster’. I have never described myself like this anywhere and was impressed with the professionalism of the Los Angeles Times when it corrected this particular smear. I did once acknowledge in an interview that others described me as a ‘dirty trickster’, and therefore I am probably stuck with it.

***

I was also shocked to watch USA Today’s Susan Page on MSNBC discussing her newly published biography and diaries of Barbara Bush. These contain a falsehood that is so wrong it requires correction. Barbara Bush said in her diary that when she learned I was ‘hired’ for her husband’s 1988 campaign, she then had me ‘fired’. Unfortunately I was never hired for H.W. Bush’s 1988 campaign and never wanted to be…

Be seeing you

hoover

Yes son, you too can grow up to be lying scum and hate black people.

Robert Mueller Is A Coward And A Liar – The Automatic Earth

Posted by M. C. on February 10, 2019

As WikiLeaks tweeted: “The indictment doesn’t have any reference to Stone talking to Assange, or Assange talking to Stone, or anyone at WikiLeaks telling him anything, whatsoever. It’s literally old men reading the news and wishing for things…

Mueller has never charged Assange with anything, despite the fact that Julian is all over all of his indictments. Mueller also refuses to talk to Assange, ostensibly because that way he can continue to accuse him of all manner of unproven ‘crimes’, and if he doesn’t have to prove what he accuses Assange of, he can accuse anyone of being in touch with Assange and conspiring to enact all sorts of collusion.

That statement is going to make me real popular, right? Any criticism of Robert Mueller for many people equals support for President Trump. But it doesn’t, and Mueller really is a coward and a liar, and it’s not hard to make that case, it’s even easier than how he makes his cases, because we can actually prove ours. We also don’t have to pervert the law, but he does.

Robert Mueller is a coward because he again, in his indictment of Roger Stone last week, makes claims against people who can’t defend themselves, and who moreover have in at least one case, that of Julian Assange, previously and repeatedly denied those claims. And Robert Mueller’s a liar because many of his claims are evidently not true; but though he will never be able to prove them, and he knows it, he still makes his ‘case’ based on them.

It’s also public knowledge that Mueller has lied since at least the WMD facade. On February 11 2003, then FBI director Mueller testified before Congress: “..as Director Tenet has pointed out, Secretary Powell presented evidence last week that Baghdad has failed to disarm its weapons of mass destruction, willfully attempting to evade and deceive the international community. Our particular concern is that Saddam Hussein may supply terrorists with biological, chemical, or radiological material.”

We know today he was lying, as was Colin Powell (and the entire Bush administration). Which is also interesting because a number of Mueller’s accusations against various ‘suspects’ are basically just that: someone has lied to Congress and must be punished for it. This is again the case in Roger Stone’s indictment, which would ring awfully hollow without it. And we don’t have to know how true that accusation is to realize that it’s being brought by someone who himself lied to Congress, but was never indicted for it. That is curious no matter how you look at it… Read the rest of this entry »

The Rutherford Institute :: Jackboots in the Morning: No One Is Spared From This American Nightmare |

Posted by M. C. on January 30, 2019

If you’re wondering why the Education Department needs a SWAT team, you’re not alone.

they always shoot the dogs first

By John W. Whitehead

This is jackboots in the morning. This is an American nightmare that they would arrest somebody like this.”—Judge Andrew Napolitano

The American Police State does not discriminate.

Whatever dangerous practices you allow the government to carry out now—whether it’s in the name of national security or protecting America’s borders or making America great again—rest assured, these same practices can and will be used against you when the government decides to set its sights on you.

We’ve been having this same debate about the perils of government overreach for the past 50-plus years, and still we don’t seem to learn, or if we learn, we learn too late.

For too long now, the American people have allowed their personal prejudices and politics to cloud their judgment and render them incapable of seeing that the treatment being doled out by the government’s lethal enforcers has remained consistent, no matter the threat.

All of the excessive, abusive tactics employed by the government today—warrantless surveillance, stop and frisk searches, SWAT team raids, roadside strip searches, asset forfeiture schemes, private prisons, indefinite detention, militarized police, etc.—will eventually be meted out on the general populace.

At that point, when you find yourself in the government’s crosshairs…

Take Roger Stone, one of President Trump’s longtime supporters, for example. Read the rest of this entry »

Second FBI Informant Tried To Entrap Trump Campaign With $2 Million Offer For Hillary Dirt: Roger Stone | Zero Hedge

Posted by M. C. on June 18, 2018

“If you believe that [Greenberg] took time off from his long career as an FBI informant to reach out to us in his spare time, I have a bridge in Brooklyn that I want to sell you,” Caputo said in an interview.

Trump campaign aides Roger Stone and Michael Caputo say that a meeting Stone took in late May, 2016 with a Russian appears to have been an “FBI sting operation” in hindsight, following bombshell reports in May that the DOJ/FBI used a longtime FBI/CIA asset, Cambridge professor Stefan Halper, to perform espionage on the Trump campaign.  Read the rest of this entry »
