In 1945, [Julian] Huxley noted that it is too early to propose outright a eugenic depopulation program but advised that it will be important for the organization “to see that the eugenic problem is examined with the greatest care, and that the public mind is informed of the issues at stake so that much that now is unthinkable may at least become thinkable.”

The next decisive step toward the global economic transformation was taken with the first report of the Club of Rome. In 1968, the Club of Rome was initiated at the Rockefeller estate Bellagio in Italy. Its first report was published in 1972 under the title “The Limits to Growth.”
The president emeritus of the Club of Rome, Alexander King, and the secretary of the club, General Bertrand Schneider, inform in their Report of the Council of the Club of Rome that when the members of the club were in search of identifying a new enemy, they listed pollution, global warming, water shortages, and famines as the most opportune items to be blamed on humanity with the implication that humanity itself must be reduced to keep these threats in check.

Since the 1990s, several comprehensive initiatives toward a global system of control have been undertaken by the United Nations with Agenda 2021 and Agenda 2030.

The 2030 Agenda was adopted by all United Nations member states in 2015. It launched its blueprint for global change with the call to achieve seventeen sustainable development goals (SDGs). The key concept is “sustainable development” that includes population control as a crucial instrument.
Saving the earth has become the slogan of green policy warriors. Since the 1970s, the horror scenario of global warming has been a useful tool in their hands to gain political influence and finally rule over public discourse.

In the meanwhile, these anti-capitalist groups have obtained a dominant influence in the media, the educational and judicial systems, and have become major players in the political arena.
In many countries, particularly in Europe, the so-called green parties have become a pivotal factor in the political system. Many of the representatives are quite open in their demands to make society and the economy compatible with high ecological standards that require a profound reset of the present system.

Lowering motorway speed limits and introducing driving bans on Sunday are ideas being suggested to cut Britain’s reliance on oil.

The ideas are part of a ten-point plan proposed by the International Energy Agency in a bid to reduce global oil demand by 2.7 million barrels per day.

Motorway speed limits would be reduced by 6 mph across the country under the proposals, while the plan also suggests a ban on driving in cities every Sunday.

This is horseshit! It has nothing to do with “reducing reliance on oil” and everything to do with the WEF and UN “sustainable development Agenda 2030.”

You know what’s going to happen? The existing stream of folks leaving countries implementing these policies will turn into a flood (more on this in a minute). With it will come capital controls, because the sociopaths driving this agenda will never see their own policies as the problem. No, it’s always those silly peasants who are the problem.

Wasn’t Ireland “famous” for its potato famine? You would think that people would learn from history. I am coming to the view that little/nothing is learnt by studying history.

Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the word “rights” appears only once in the Agenda, in Section 19.  Instead of “rights,” the two buzzwords that appear throughout the Agenda are “needs” and “sustainability.”  “Needs” resonates with the Marxist dictum “from each according to his ability; to each according to his needs.”

The U.N.’s Agenda 2030 is still in place, and the clock is ticking toward its empowerment — only eight years and two-plus months to go.  This Agenda is for a new world government, which will implement the policies of the Agenda.

This new government on our horizon explains many of the failures in policies in these first months of the Biden administration.  The failures are based not so much on mistakes as on deliberate sabotage to weaken our country, dilute the power that undergirds our sovereignty, and prepare us to accept one-world government.

The seed ideas for Agenda 2030 began with Pres. Woodrow Wilson’s League of Nations in his Fourteen Points at the end of WWI.  A community of nations could bring pressure for peace in the world that the treaty or alliance system could not do, as shown by the First World War.  While this idea took hold in Europe and other countries, it was unable to gain sufficient traction in the U.S. as it met with Republican resistance in the U.S. Senate on the grounds that it would lead to a dilution of U.S. sovereignty.

With the benefit of 20-20 hindsight, all right-thinking persons can see that Woodrow Wilson’s first giant step toward globalism was rightly rejected.  The League was a complete failure in terms of bringing peace to the world.  To the German Nazi government, the League was a joke.  The Japanese left the League after their invasion of China was repudiated.  Yet Republican sway over U.S. governance became diminished by the four-time election of Franklin D. Roosevelt as president of the U.S. and the hegemony of the Democrat party for twenty years from 1933 to 1953.

After WWII, the U.N. was conceived of as having duties and functions that the League did not have.  The U.N. would sustain the world in real ways with the establishment of the International Monetary Fund to strengthen currencies worldwide and the World Bank to finance and endorse vast construction projects.  These institutions would together foster peace and “community” in our fragmented world (whispers of the “it takes a village” cliché that would take hold decades later).  After all, is it not true that poverty is ultimately the cause of conflict in our world?

Yes, the U.S. and the other illogical leftists throughout the West and the other parts of the world bought into the Marxist idea that wars are caused by fierce competition for scarce resources.  Even the great Harvard economist Walt Rostow in the 1950s and 1960s had a vision of global financial institutions through the sponsorship of the U.N. as bringing the poorest countries to a “take-off stage.”  There was only one problem with Prof. Rostow’s well-researched and theoretically sound vision: take-off never happened.  All that great Harvard research was not worth the paper it was written on.  The wealth disparities among the developed world, the less developed countries (LDCs), and the less developed developing countries (LDDCs) persisted. 

As a result of the perceived stratification of the world community, there was a paradigm shift in understanding the relations among the different wealth levels of societies.  Many on the left believed that if the whole world were one, then the destitution and resulting despair of the poorer countries could not be dismissed as a failure of local nation-state governments to enact good policies or to be less corrupt.  If, so to speak, all nations were under the same roof or same umbrella, the thought “that’s their problem” could not easily obtain.

“Their problem” automatically would become “our problem,” as we all are together under one government.  This is an updating of the idea first put forward in 18th-century France by Jean-Jacques Rousseau that the best government is not the liberty-centered, individualistic, and rights-oriented government such as projected by John Locke; rather, the best government bypasses all exploitation by expressing the General Will — it is a vision that goes beyond mere teamwork, a vision of all for all.  Any type of individualism or personal achievement is bourgeois and undermines true progress.

That brings us to Agenda 2030.  This Agenda puts forward a plan for a new soft world government by the year 2030.  It was a plan adopted unanimously by the U.N. on September 25, 2015, and has 91 sections.  The Agenda covers every aspect of human experience and thus is a government without using the word government.  Instead of stressing the word “rights” throughout, as did the original U.N. Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the word “rights” appears only once in the Agenda, in Section 19.  Instead of “rights,” the two buzzwords that appear throughout the Agenda are “needs” and “sustainability.”  “Needs” resonates with the Marxist dictum “from each according to his ability; to each according to his needs.”  Just as the more wealthy and advanced countries engage in various socialist and social welfare programs to meet the needs of their poorer citizens, the wealthier countries will feel more obligated and be expected to contribute much more to the needs of their fellow citizens in their new global state.  Trans-national identities of persons will replace national identities.  The needs of people will be uppermost in peoples’ minds, not their location in the world, ethnicity, religion, customs, mores, diets, appearances, and gender identities.  All distinctions become subsumed under needs in this new vision of one world.

“Sustainability” also brings us into the sphere of commonality rather than differences.  We all occupy one environment.  Problems with the oceans near one place may have effects on air quality at another — distant — place.  We all have to breathe the air on Planet Earth.  We influence each other all over the world through carbon emissions and through our habits of waste disposal.  Natural resources may be available to some countries more than others, but insofar as we are all residents of one planet, those resources ultimately belong to all.  Sustainability according to this vision is a global issue, and it must be addressed as a global issue through a world government. 

With this evolution of the U.N. before us, are we not better able to understand why the left is so comfortable with the collapse of our borders?  With the capture and availability of so much U.S. military equipment in Afghanistan?  With the overthrow of law and order in our cities so we look more and more like an unruly third-world country with each passing year?  With our budgets so inflated that currency inflation and collapse are almost a certainty?

Yes, this writer is proposing that these recent “mistakes” are connected with the goal of a one-world government, which has already been enunciated and was signed onto by the USA.  The disintegration we are facing in various sectors is, I believe, part of a move toward the collapse of our sovereignty in favor of a world government as outlined in Agenda 2030.

Getting Started

  • First, make a plan. World domination isn’t just going to fall into your lap. Read old school case studies like The Project for a New American Century and from more recently, the World Economic Forum’s Great Reset, the WHO’s Agenda 2030, ID2020 and UN Agenda 2030.
  • Create a crisis. It must be a “catastrophic and catalyzing event.” It will be easier to implement your plan in the chaos that follows. WINE BOTTLE GLASSES – … Buy New $25.99 (as of 04:43 EST – Details)
  • Fear is your friend. Paralyze them with fear. They’ll go along with anything.
  • The crisis should have mysterious foreign origins. Cave-dwelling terrorists in Afghanistan, cave-dwelling bats in Wuhan. For some reason, caves work, maybe something about their primitive connotations. Plus, it’s not like journalists are going to investigate something that happened in some God-forsaken foreign nation when they can earn a paycheck by “reporting” on what happened last night on Twitter from the comfort of their own beds.
  • But the place can’t be totally random. You’re going to need some connections in high places. Remember, Bush’s connections with Saudi Arabia, the CIA with Osama Bin Laden, Bill Gates with China, and Anthony Fauci with that Wuhan lab?
  • Psychologically prepare the population. This is most easily accomplished by making movies for the plebes. See Pearl Harbor (May 2001) and Pandemic (January 2020).
  • You need an “invisible enemy” that “knows no borders,” one that is impossible to definitively eradicate. But don’t use terrorists or a virus again. That’s played out. You’ll have to come up with something bigger and better next time. Aliens might be cool.
  • Make the epicenter the Big Apple, because those folks are generally on our side and always easy to work with. Also, take a cue from Hollywood: Godzilla didn’t invade Charleston, and I Am Legend doesn’t take place in Helena. There is a reason for this.
  • Go big or go home. Is it likely that commercial airliners would manage to fly through some the most heavily defended airspace in the world and hit two buildings, 18 minutes apart, and the Pentagon? No — LOL! Is it likely that a virus would manage to escape one of the most highly secured and secretive labs in the entire world? Probably not. But the good news is: You don’t have to worry about what is likely or probable or believable. Just concern yourself with what is plausibly deniable and go from there. Seriously, the bigger the lie, the easier it is to believe, because they won’t be able to believe that someone would tell a lie that big. It’s all about chutzpah!
  • Plant a few seeds or make sure there is some precedent for the incredulous, like this and this.
  • Practice makes perfect! We recommend running some simulations, like the Pentagon Mass Casualty Project or the September 11 NORAD drills or Event 201. They can be good for cover or confusion or just for looking like you are trying to prepare for a crisis instead of planning one.

D-Day

  • Surprise, surprise. Condoleeza Rice and President Bush both said that no one could have imagined terrorists using planes as missiles! (Though the military had imagined and prepared for this very thing.) And even though the Wuhan lab had 1,500 viruses in its stockpile, the virus that caused the plandemic was of course totally unknown to mankind, like nobody knew how it worked and stuff. This is important, like whatever happens needs to seem to come out of nowhere.
  • Instantly associate your new crisis with an iconic old one, but don’t recreate the wheel. Humans have short memories. “Pearl Harbor” usually works. See The Boston Globe in September 2001, and The Boston Globe again in April 2020.
  • Provide instant answers and verbalize the plan immediately. By the afternoon of September 11, 2001, Osama Bin Laden’s face was plastered all over the television screen, and people were calling for war (the plan) shortly thereafter. With the virus, it was important to tell people immediately what it was, where it came from, and that there would be no hope in combatting it without a vaccine (the plan), right away. First impressions are important. After that, humans will for some reason just, like, go with it.

Messaging

  • Re-traumatize through repetition. In 2001, television stations broadcasted the images of the towers collapsing over and over again for months. In 2020, no one could escape the daily reports on “cases.” Repetition is key. Don’t worry: We’ve laid the groundwork for you here. The media will dutifully repeat whatever you tell them, and then the humans will, in turn, repeat whatever they hear from the media. We didn’t call it “Operation Mockingbird” for nothing!
  • Make up slogans. Let’s roll! Never forget. Never again. These colors don’t run. Flatten the curve. Stay safe. Socially distance. Shelter in place. #wearadamnmask. You know, dumb crap like that.
  • You need some branding, something catchy to get people on board, something like “The War on Terror” or “The Great Reset.”
  • Promote unity. If someone questioned the events of September 11th he was deemed “unpatriotic.” If he questioned the narrative of COVID-1984, he was surely a sociopath! Next time, if shame doesn’t work, send them to a “re-education camp” or just start killing people, ideally in public.
  • The all-seeing eye. After September 11: “If you see something, say something” and “Report suspicious activity.” After the virus, people started snitching on their neighbors who were having a birthday party or playing football in the park.
  • Allow virtue signaling. Give people a way to show their buy-in, like by wearing an American flag on their lapel or donning a face diaper. Just make sure it’s easy, because people will do anything to seem like a good person, but not if it’s hard.
  • Tell them everything has changed. Use terms like “post-9/11” and the “New Normal.” The crisis must be characterized as a watershed event that will forever change the way they live (key word being “they”… ha ha.)
  • Never look back. Discourage reflection and “how did we get here” conversations, like about “blowback” or the ethics of engaging in biological warfare research or the pervasive problem of generally weakened immune systems from nutrition-less, GMO foods.   • Combat dissent. For anyone who 1) points out the published agendas in written documents, 2) speaks about large gatherings of powerful elites like Davos Group, Council on Foreign Relations, Bilderberg Group, etc., 3) dares to speak aloud the names of conspirators or the organizations they fund and associate with, 3) questions the origins of the crisis, or 4) urges prudence instead of haste, 5) calls attention to the downsides of the plan, 6) questions the plan in anyway, censor them, call them “conspiracy theorists” or say that they want to “do nothing” in a time of crisis.

Moving towards implementation, you must create the right environment.

  • The threat must be ongoing. After September 11, they used an ever-changing, color-coded warning system. After the virus, they did this too. In both cases there were constant reports of “break-outs” and predictions of a second wave, and ongoing “scientific discoveries” like: “It causes brain damage!” or “It causes infertility!” or “People who walk their dogs are 78% more likely to get the virus!”
  • Create logical chaos. For a thinking person, there is nothing so maddening. For example, in 2001, people were told that the fires from jet fuel were so hot that they could cause steel structures to collapse and disintegrate into dust, yet one of the terrorists’ passports was supposedly found lying on the ground. People were told the terrorists were in Afghanistan but “we” needed to invade Iraq. People were told the virus could live on surfaces for up to two weeks, but then it couldn’t. It wasn’t necessary to wear a mask, but then it was. Asymptomatic people could transmit the virus, then only pre-symptomatic people could. The virus could spread at anti-lockdown protests but not at BLM protests. This kind of thing will drive thinking people crazy. Good. That’s what you want.
  • Create social chaos. Thinking people will spend hours, years, decades, trying to figure out the truth, sharing the latest information, and then arguing, especially on social media, about what is true and what is not. Keep them arguing over the truth of what really happened while you implement the plan.
  • Ignore, play down protests and it will be like they didn’t happen. Most people had no idea of the extent of the protests against the invasion of Iraq, or about the extent of the protests against the lockdowns. So when the plan proceeded unimpeded, it didn’t strike many as being against the will of the people.
  • Make people feel physically insecure and unsafe. After September 11, they unleashed the Anthrax scare. After the virus, they funded the BLM and Antifa riots, started race wars, and worked toward color revolution. While Rome is burning, you will be calmly implementing your plan.

As you implement the plan:

  • Manufacture evidence. The intelligence agencies were pressured to “find” the evidence that would support the plan to invade Iraq; just like hospitals and doctors were bribed or pressured to report the cause of deaths as COVID-1984.
  • Dismiss family ties as conspiracy theory. George W. Bush was the son of Herbert Walker Bush, former President and head of the CIA (who didn’t remember where he was the day Kennedy died), had waged a previous war against Saddam Hussein, and had publicly called for a “new world order,” yet the “War on Terror” could have nothing to do with any of that. Bill Gates came from a family of eugenicists, engaged in dishonest business practices his whole life, and publicly called for population reduction and control, but this vaccine could have nothing to do with any of that.   • Move at warp speed. The post-September 11 cries that we must “Do something!” fueled the rush to war. The panic over the virus fueled “Operation Warp Speed,” the push for a vaccine. The wreckage at the World Trade Center was carted off and sold to China before anyone could blink. Likewise, there was no time to investigate Gates’ and Fauci’s ties to the Wuhan lab, how the virus escaped, whether the virus was manmade, the fraudulent testing and reporting, and certainly no time to for the necessary trials to test the vaccine before it went to market.
  • Mission creep: Just like the need to bomb the caves in Afghanistan where the terrorists supposedly dwelled led to the invasion for Iraq, and then the occupation of both countries for decades, so “fourteen days to flatten the curve” led to six months of “lockdown” and economic devastation and, then, the need to stop climate change, to move to digital currency, to usher in the fourth industrial revolution and trans-humanism.
  • Get the Catholic Church on your side. One way to do this might be to have a major paper publish drop a perfectly timed bombshell that exposes the largest sex scandal in history, thereby discrediting them, embroiling them in controversy, and preoccupying them with lawsuits for the foreseeable future so they can’t, or won’t, speak out against war. If you can’t do that, buy their silence with millions of dollars. Like the folks in NYC, the people at the top of the USCCB have proven historically very easy to work with: They didn’t bring up Just War Theory when the U.S. government invaded Iraq, and they didn’t bring up fetal tissue from aborted babies when they pushed the vaccine.

Now is the time for a power grab. Just like everything and anything could be justified in the name of national security after September 11, 2001, everything and anything could be justified in the name of public health in the wake of COVID-1984, including the following:

  • Increase surveillance and trampling of civil rights: There was the Patriot Act in the wake of September 11th and “contact tracing” in the wake of the virus.
  • Install new government busybodies: Like the TSA, then contact tracers.
  • Censor! Silence anyone who criticizes or questions the government’s narrative, even those – especially those — who are well qualified in related fields, such as doctors, immunologists, structural engineers, and architects. Refer to all as “conspiracy theorists” and put them all on a media blacklist.
  • Rake in obscene profits. The military-industrial complex on the one hand, BigPharma and the Davos billionaires on the other. Luckily these two massive industries eventually blended, with DARPA and the Department of Defense involved in the developing and deploying of the vaccine. With Big Military, Big Tech, and Big Pharma all blending, things things are getting harder for people to sort out. That’s good!

Psy-ops are necessary to psychologically condition the population for your long term plan.

Imagine, you are living in a world that you are told is a democracy – and you may even believe it – but in fact your life and fate is in the hands of a few ultra-rich, ultra-powerful and ultra-inhuman oligarchs. They may be called Deep State, or simply the Beast, or anything else obscure or untraceable – it doesn’t matter. They are less than the 0.0001%.

For lack of a better expression, let’s call them for now “obscure individuals”. 

These obscure individuals who pretend running our world have never been elected. We don’t need to name them. You will figure out who they are, and why they are famous, and some of them totally invisible. They have created structures, or organisms without any legal format. They are fully out of international legality. They are a forefront for the Beast. Maybe there are several competing Beasts. But they have the same objective: A New or One World Order (NWO, or OWO).

These obscure individuals are running, for example, The World Economic Forum (WEF – representing Big Industry, Big Finance and Big Fame), the Group of 7 – G7, the Group of 20 – G20 (the leaders of the economically” strongest” nations). There are also some lesser entities, called the Bilderberg Society, the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), Chatham House and more.

The members of all of them are overlapping. Even this expanded forefront combined represents less than 0.001%. They all have superimposed themselves over sovereign national elected and constitutional governments, and over THE multinational world body, the United Nations, the UN.

In fact, they have coopted the UN to do their bidding. UN Director Generals, as well as the DGs of the multiple UN-suborganizations, are chosen  mostly by the US, with the consenting nod of their European vassals – according to the candidate’s political and psychological profile. If his or her ‘performance’ as head of the UN or head of one of the UN suborganizations fails, his or her days are counted. Coopted or created by the Beast(s) are also, the European Union, the Bretton Woods Organizations, World Bank and IMF, as well as the World Trade Organization (WTO) – and – make no mistake – the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague. It has no teeth. Just to make sure the law is always on the side of the lawless.

In addition to the key international financial institutions, WB and IMF, there are the so-called regional development banks and similar financial institutions, keeping the countries of their respective regions in check.

In the end its financial or debt-economy that controls everything. Western neoliberal banditry has created a system, where political disobedience can be punished by economic oppression or outright theft of national assets in international territories. The system’s common denominator is the (still) omnipresent US-dollar.

“Unelected Individuals”

The supremacy of these obscure unelected individuals becomes ever more exposed. We, the People consider it “normal” that they call the shots, not what we call – or once were proud of calling, our sovereign nations and sovereignly elected governments. They have become a herd of obedient sheep. The Beast has gradually and quietly taken over. We haven’t noticed. It’s the salami tactic: You cut off slice by tiny slice and when the salami is gone, you realize that you have nothing left, that your freedom, your civil and human rights are gone. By then it’s too late. Case in point is the US Patriot Act. It was prepared way before 9/11. Once 9/11 “happened”, the Patriot Legislation was whizzed through Congress in no time – for the people’s future protection – people called for it for fear – and – bingo, the Patriot Act took about 90% of the American population’s freedom and civil rights away. For good.

We have become enslaved to the Beast. The Beast calls the shots on boom or bust of our economies, on who should be shackled by debt, when and where a pandemic should break out, and on the conditions of surviving the pandemic, for example, social confinement. And to top it all off – the instruments the Beast uses, very cleverly, are a tiny-tiny invisible enemy, called a virus, and a huge but also invisible monster, called FEAR. That keeps us off the street, off reunions with our friends, and off our social entertainment, theatre, sports, or a picnic in the park.

Soon the Beast will decide who will live and who will die, literally – if we let it. This may be not far away. Another wave of pandemic and people may beg, yell and scream for a vaccine, for their death knell, and for the super bonanza of Big Pharma – and towards the objectives of the eugenicists blatantly roaming the world – see this. There is still time to collectively say NO. Collectively and solidarily.

Take the latest case of blatant imposture. Conveniently, after the first wave of Covid-19 had passed, at least in the Global North, where the major world decisions are made, in early June 2020, the unelected WEF Chairman, Klaus Schwab, announced “The Great Reset”. Taking advantage of the economic collapse – the crisis shock, as in “The Shock Doctrine” – Mr. Schwab, one of the Beast’s frontrunners, announces openly what the WEF will discuss and decide for the world-to-come in their next Davos Forum in January 2021.
