According to this analysis, FinCEN warned financial institutions of “extremism” indicators that include “transportation charges, such as bus tickets, rental cars, or plane tickets, for travel to areas with no apparent purpose,” or “the purchase of books (including religious texts) and subscriptions to other media containing extremist views.”
The highlighted portion shows how algorithmic analysis works in financial surveillance. First compile a list of naughty behaviors, in the form of MCC codes for guns, sporting goods, and pawn shops.

The U.S. Treasury might be the state’s next major surveillance player.
A few weeks ago, Ohio congressman and Judiciary Committee chairman Jim Jordan’s office released a letter to Noah Bishoff, the former director of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, or FinCEN, an arm of the Treasury Department. Jordan’s team was asking Bishoff for answers about why FinCEN had “distributed slides, prepared by a financial institution,” detailing how other private companies might use MCC transaction codes to “detect customers whose transactions may reflect ‘potential active shooters.’” The slide suggested the “financial company” was sorting for terms like “Trump” and “MAGA,” and watching for purchases of small arms and sporting goods, or purchases in places like pawn shops or Cabela’s, to identify financial threats.
Jordan’s letter to Bishoff went on:
According to this analysis, FinCEN warned financial institutions of “extremism” indicators that include “transportation charges, such as bus tickets, rental cars, or plane tickets, for travel to areas with no apparent purpose,” or “the purchase of books (including religious texts) and subscriptions to other media containing extremist views.”
During the Twitter Files, we searched for snapshots of the company’s denylist algorithms, i.e. whatever rules the platform was using to deamplify or remove users. We knew they had them, because they were alluded to often in documents (a report on the denylist is_Russian, which included Jill Stein and Julian Assange, was one example). However, we never found anything like the snapshot Jordan’s team just published:

A consequence of such commitment by the US is spelled out by Scott when he makes this prediction in the interview:
This is gonna be a long, drawn out war. This is not something that’s gonna be over when the weekend’s over with.
Yeah, that would be expected when the US provides all the means of war requested with no questions asked.

Déjà vu in the United States House of Representatives. For the second time this week two Republican House members were running against each other to become House speaker, both of whom were over the top in their support for the expansive aiding of the Israel government in its war arising out of last Saturday’s Hamas attack.
On Wednesday, one ardent “stand with Israel” proponent — Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA) — narrowly defeated another — Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) — in a secret ballot election held by Republican House members. I detailed in an article that day how preceding the vote they had both at their Twitter pages made postings trumpeting their devotion to strongly supporting the Israel government, including in its prosecution of its new war.
Then, on Thursday, Scalise dropped out of his race after failing to gain enough Republican members’ support to garner him a win in a vote by the full House membership.
A House speaker race then commenced between Jordan and a new entrant — Rep. Austin Scott (R-GA). Friday, that race was decided with Jordan winning the support of the majority of Republican members via a new secret ballot vote.
Next step is a speaker vote by all members on the House floor, unless the Republicans members start over with another inside the party speaker race or take a new course of action.
So what was Scott saying over the last few day at his Twitter page about the Israel government and its new war? It turns out he is in agreement with both Jordan and Scalise.
Saturday morning of last week, Scott posted the following at his Twitter page:
This barbaric attack on Israeli citizens is unconscionable.
I stand with the people of Israel. They have a right to defend themselves against these brutal attacks from Hamas terrorists.
This message is concerning for people who support the US taking a noninterventionist position in regard to the rising conflict because Scott used close to the phrase “stand with Israel” that is commonly blurted out by DC politicians to show their devotion to supporting and aiding the Israel government no matter what it does. But, Scott using the similar but different phrase “stand with the people of Israel” and refraining from mentioning the US government offered hope that Scott could be just condemning of the Hamas attack without advocating any US government action.

Last week’s revelation that Facebook took orders from the Biden Administration to censor even accurate information about Covid is the latest example of the US government’s disregard for our Constitution. Thanks to Rep. Jim Jordan, Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, we now know the extent to which the Biden Administration went in its proxy war against the First Amendment.
Getting the information wasn’t easy. It was only after Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg was threatened with being held in contempt of Congress that he relented and shared information with the Judiciary Committee about Biden Administration pressure to censor Americans on Facebook who disagreed with White House policy on Covid.
What we have discovered thus far is disgusting. For example, in April 2021, a Facebook employee sent a message to top executives in the company complaining that, “we are facing continued pressure from external stakeholders, including the [Biden] White House” to remove posts. In another example, senior executive Nick Clegg complained that Andy Slavitt, a Senior Advisor to President Biden, was “outraged…that [Facebook] did not remove” a particular post, according to Rep. Jordan’s report.
Rep. Jordan revealed that the “offending post” that the Biden Administration wanted removed was simply a joke making fun of possible vaccine injury down the road. The Biden Administration even wanted to “protect” us from jokes that it didn’t like.

In order to protect free speech online, Jordan said the judiciary panel as well as his “Weaponization of the Federal Government” subcommittee want appropriations bills that explicitly block taxpayer funds from being used for censorship and to classify speech as “so-called ‘mis-, dis-, or mal-information.’”
Jordan has the FIB’s number.
The only budget the government reduces is yours.

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) released on Tuesday a series of government funding recommendations that he says will hold the Biden administration “accountable” and protect civil liberties.
The wishlist of reforms came in the form of a letter to House Appropriations Chairwoman Kay Granger (R-TX) as spending bills for the various government agencies make their way through Congress ahead of the September 30 deadline, which is the end of the fiscal year. Republicans have a slim majority in the House, meaning leadership can only afford to lose a couple of GOP votes without support from the Democrats to pass legislation, and they also have to contend with a Democrat-led Senate and President Joe Biden to avert a shutdown.
Bemoaning a surge in southern border encounters and release of migrants into the United States, Jordan said the judiciary panel “recommends prohibiting taxpayer dollars from being used to implement the Biden Administration’s radical immigration policies.”
Jordan took aim at the FBI, which Republicans have accused of politicization, calling for appropriations bills to cut funding “that is not absolutely essential for the agency to execute its mission.” As a starting point, Jordan suggested “eliminating taxpayer funding for any new FBI headquarter facility and instead examining options for relocating the FBI’s headquarters outside of the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.” He suggested Alabama as an alternate location.
The chairman also said the committee recommends “tying funding for the FBI to specific policy changes — such as requiring the FBI to record interviews — that will promote accountability and transparency at the FBI.”

So three days after they say it came from a lab, they changed their position, and the only intervening event was a conference call with Dr. Fauci and Dr. Collins. Again, a call that Mr. Redfield (CDC Director at the time) was not allowed to be on … And then three months later, Shazam! They get 9 million bucks from Dr. Fauci. Why, isn’t that something?”

BY TYLER DURDEN
Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) was on fire Wednesday during the first COVID select subcommittee investigating the origins of Covid-19, where former CDC Director Dr. Robert Redfield said he was “sidelined” from internal debates over the origins of the virus, and that former White House chief medical adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci didn’t appreciate Redfield’s support for the theory that it emerged from a lab.
“This was an a priori decision that there’s one point of view that we’re going to put out there, and anyone who doesn’t agree with it is going to be sidelined,” said Redfield. “And as I say, I was only the CDC director, and I was sidelined.”
The 71-year-old Redfield told Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) that his support for the lab leak theory likely prompted his exclusion.
“I think I made it very clear in January [2020] to all of them why we had to aggressively pursue this,” he said. “And I let them know as a virologist that I didn’t see that this was anything like SARS or MERS. … And they knew that was how I was thinking.”
Jordan then focused the conversation to two top Fauci advisers – Dr. Kristian Andersen and Dr. Robert Garry – who suddenly changed their stance on lab leak theory. The two notably emailed Fauci on Jan. 31, 2020 where they suggested that anomalies in the virus pointed to a non-natural origin. According to Anderson, the virus had “unusual features” that “(potentially) look engineered,” and that other scientists “all find the genome inconsistent with expectations from evolutionary theory.”
Jordan went on a tear…

Authored by Jack Phillips via The Epoch Times (emphasis ours),

Fourteen FBI whistleblowers have come forward to provide information to Republican congressional investigations, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) said on Aug. 14, about a week after the FBI raided former President Donald Trump’s Florida home.
“Fourteen FBI agents have come to our office as whistleblowers, and they are good people,” Jordan told Fox News. “There are lots of good people in the FBI. It’s the top that is the problem.”
“Some of these good agents are coming to us, telling us … what’s going on—the political nature now of the Justice Department … talking about the school board issue, about a whole host of issues,” he added.
Two months ago, Jordan said that six FBI whistleblowers approached the committee. Two came forward about a memo related to alleged violence and intimidation at school board meetings and four in connection to the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol breach. In the Senate, meanwhile, Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) said in July that whistleblowers had come to his office to provide information, including disclosures relating to investigations into Hunter Biden’s overseas business dealings.
“It’s becoming a well-worn trail of agents who say this has got to stop, and thank goodness for them and that American people recognize it, and I believe they’re going to make a big change on Nov. 8,” Jordan said, referring to the midterm elections.
In June, Jordan sent a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray warning that several former FBI officials were coming forward, while alleging the agency is “purging” employees who have conservative views.
“In one such example, the FBI targeted and suspended the security clearance of a retired war servicemember who had disclosed personal views that the FBI was not being entirely forthcoming about the events of January 6,” Jordan wrote in a statement. “The FBI questioned the whistleblower’s allegiance to the United States despite the fact that the whistleblower honorably served in the United States military for several years—including deployments in Kuwait and Iraq—valiantly earning multiple military commendation medals.”
It comes as Republicans stepped up calls on Aug. 14 for the release of an FBI affidavit showing the justification for its seizure of documents at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home.

The true reason Fauci refused to get specific is because real the answer is zero – there is no new case number that will ever be low enough for the government to relinquish its death grip on society and the economy.
Pressed further on when Americans will regain basic Constitutional freedoms like assembly, Fauci replied, “I don’t see this as a liberty thing,”
Knowing Americans would never accept the permanent lockdown that he envisions, Fauci’s only recourse when pressed in public testimony is to play hide-the-ball and resort to tired appeals to safety and public health, etc.

The latest updates on the “new normal” – chronicling the lies, distortions, and abuses by the ruling class.
The canon of pandering, grasping-at-straws “vaccine art” by the social engineers has accumulated some sad new additions.
Brace yourself.

According to the WHO, which insists you play along with the delusion, injecting experimental mRNA vaccines with no long-term safety studies into your skin is basically the same as sunscreen to block UV rays

Again, WHO math goes ‘vaccine’ = hats

“Get it, stupid? ‘vaccine’ = rainboots (plus umbrella again)” -WHO
The “vaccine” PR machine has subtly shifted its sights to target rural conservative whites premised on concerns over rampant vaccine hesitancy within that demographic:
“More than 45% of white, rural conservatives said they were unwilling even to consider taking the vaccine.”
For much of late 2020 and early 2021, the social engineers had instead focused their “vaccine” propaganda on the black community, which is historically suspicious of government medical advice given the genocidal Tuskegee Syphilis Experiments.
During these unethical experiments – officially titled “Tuskegee Study of Untreated Syphilis in the Negro Male” – government scientists injected rural blacks in Alabama with syphilis without their consent and then denied treatment. You know, just to see what happened.
“The goal was to ‘observe the natural history of untreated syphilis in black populations. But the subjects were unaware of this and were simply told they were receiving treatment for bad blood. Actually, they received no treatment at all.”
The unwitting test subjects got syphilis, suffered immensely, and then died.
The CDC via Bill Clinton issued a mea culpa in 1997 under pressure. Now, the agency would have everyone believe they are truly reformed from their historical roots of dangerous medical experimentation without informed consent:
“They believed they had found hope when they were offered free medical care by the United States Public Health Service. They were betrayed.”
The CDC’s image-rehabilitation efforts have not taken – not, at least, in the rural South. Check NPR’s classist accounting, dripping with visceral disgust, of white rural Americans who won’t take the shot:
“On a recent weekend in Hartsville, the local health department had trouble filling up even half the spots for a COVID-19 vaccination event… Down the street at the Piggly Wiggly grocery store, Cris Weske, 43, stopped in to buy a can of dipping tobacco… Weske, who is wearing a ‘We the People’ T-shirt, says the U.S. Constitution protects his choice to opt out of the massive nationwide vaccination effort.”
NPR here employs a psychological manipulation tactic called gaslighting.
Notice the subtle sleight of hand: Weske “says“ the United States Constitution protects his right to control what is injected into his bloodstream—not that it actually protects him, which it does both in letter and spirit.
Now, the American peasantry isn’t just required by fiat to wear a mask – the ruling class has gotten into the nitty-gritty of regulating what technically constitutes a “mask.”

American taxpayers pay Federal US District Judge Royce $218,600 per year – for what?
As a condition of pre-trial release, U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth – who has been feeding at the federal judiciary trough since 1974 — ordered that defendant Rachel Powell not just wear a mask, but the right kind, and not just at court but everywhere, all the time, just to stay out of jail:
“Defendant’s decision to appear in a video wearing a mask with holes in it at work mocks compliance with the Court’s Order setting as a condition of pre-trial release that she ‘wear a mask whenever she leaves her residence.’”

The mask deemed unacceptable to the Federal High Court
Powell stands accused of… operating a bullhorn on Capitol grounds or some vague non-violent crime during the Jan 6th protests at DC Swamp Ground Zero.
Per the guidelines in a super-official-sounding “notice” from the CDC (not a law), Powell’s COVID-burka inarguably meets the federal government’s own criteria for a “mask”:
“Mask means a material covering the nose and mouth of the wearer, excluding face shields.”
Essentially, by fiat, the federal judiciary now has carte blanche to arbitrarily imprison US citizens with no grounding in any federal law or statute.
In an April 15 Congressional hearing showdown between Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Supreme Commander Lord-Doctor His Worshipfulness Anthony Fauci, he refused, yet again, to offer any concrete milestones for when social distancing restrictions might be lifted.

Jordan: In your written statement, you say ‘now is not the time to pull back on masking, physical distancing, and avoiding congregate settings.’ When is the time? When do Americans get their freedom back?
Fauci: When we get the level of infection in this country low enough that it is not a really high –
Jordan: What is ‘low enough’? Give me a number… What metrics, what measures, what has to happen before Americans get their freedoms back?
Fauci: My message… is to get as many people vaccinated as quickly as we possibly can…to get the level of infection in this country low so it is no longer a threat…
Jordan: What determines when? What? What measure?… What standard, what objective standard…?
…
This pointless exchange went on for several more rounds. At no point in his entire testimony to Jordan did Fauci offer any concrete goalposts – just “lower levels” of infection as the benchmark for lifting lockdowns.

“Shut your mouth,” Slay Queen Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) concluded from behind her mask. That concluded Rep. Jordan’s fruitless questioning of Fauci.
