The documents in question stem from a report at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, better known as DARPA, which were hidden in a top-secret shared drive.
DARPA is an agency under the U.S. Department of Defense in charge of facilitating research in technology with potential military applications.
Project Veritas has obtained a separate report to the Inspector General of the Department of Defense written by U.S. Marine Corp Major, Joseph Murphy, a former DARPA Fellow.
The report states that EcoHealth Alliance approached DARPA in March 2018, seeking funding to conduct gain of function research of bat borne coronaviruses. According to new leaked documents, the social media giant uses algorithms to target users who disseminate messaging that runs counter to the company’s political ideology and vaccine narrative — even if the comments are factually accurate.
An internal memo obtained by Project Veritas explained “Vaccine Hesitancy Comment Demotion.” O’Keefe told Sean Hannity on Monday that Facebook initiated a “beta” test for the algorithm that classifies some users under two incremental tiers of what they dub “vaccine hesitancy” or a “VH Score,” and does so without the user’s knowledge.

The Facebook whistleblowers alleged the company is pushing an initiative to censor vaccine hesitancy on its platform.

Another leaked document addressed “Borderline Vaccine Framework,” which classifies content with another expressed “goal” to “identify and tier the categories of non-violating content that could discourage vaccination in certain contexts, thereby contributing to vaccine hesitancy or refusal.” The framework states: “We have tiered these by potential harm and how much context is required in order to evaluate harm.”
The ratings are divided into two tiers: “Alarmism & Criticism” and “Indirect Vaccine Discouragement,” which includes celebrating vaccine refusal and “shocking stories” that may deter others from getting vaccinated even if events or facts are potentially or actually true.
The algorithm flags key terms in comments to determine whether or not it can remain in place, but allows human “raters” to make a ruling if the algorithm cannot do so itself.
“What’s remarkable about these private documents that Facebook has not wanted you to see until tonight is that ‘Tier 2’ [violation] says even if the facts are true that you will be targeted and demoted — your comments will be targeted and demoted,” O’Keefe said.
The first whistleblower told O’Keefe that Facebook, led by CEO Mark Zuckerberg, wants to “build a community where everyone complies — not where people can have an open discourse and dialogue about the most personal and private and intimate decisions.”
“The narrative [is] get the vaccine, the vaccine is good for you, everyone should get it. If you don’t, you will be singled out as an enemy of society.”
In response to the leaked documents, Facebook told Project Veritas, “We proactively announced this policy on our company blog and also updated our help center with this information.”
O’Keefe, however, said the change in policy has largely been private while Facebook holds itself out as being a free speech town square.
Facebook working with CDC to censor reports of vaccine injury from its own VAERS system
Facebook insiders and leaked internal documents allege the company coordinates with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to censor vaccine content, including reports submitted to the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS).
“So the VAERS is a Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System. It looks like [Facebook] is measuring the comments where they’re mentioning where, you know, that the patient died,” said the Facebook whistleblower. “Really they [the CDC] support all of this because you know they release the standards, the CDC themselves. And that’s really one of, one of the primary things that Facebook is basing their policy off of.”
Under Facebook’s Borderline Vaccine Framework, content pointing to VAERS data is censored because it suggests “extreme risk without providing context.”
The insider said Facebook is open about the fact they’re coordinating with the CDC.
Ultimately, any facts that don’t fit a particular narrative are omitted, demoted, deboosted, banned or considered dangerous to society, said O’Keefe.
Children’s Health Defense sues Facebook over censorship
In August 2020, Children’s Health Defense (CHD) filed a lawsuit charging Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg and several fact-checking organizations with censoring truthful public health posts and for fraudulently misrepresenting and defaming the children’s health organization.
The complaint alleges Facebook has “insidious conflicts” with the pharmaceutical industry and health agencies, and details factual allegations regarding the CDC, CDC Foundation and the World Health Organization’s extensive relationships and collaborations with Facebook and Zuckerberg, calling into question Facebook’s collaboration with the government in a censorship campaign.
Facebook censors CHD’s page, targeting factual information about vaccines, 5G and public health agencies. Facebook-owned Instagram deplatformed CHD Chairman Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. on Feb. 10 without notice or explanation.
Lawyers for Children’s Health Defense are awaiting the ruling of Judge Susan Illston after defendants’ filed a motion to dismiss in the CHD lawsuit alleging government-sponsored censorship, false disparagement and wire fraud.

Project Veritas has released the results of an investigation into alleged ballot harvesting by supporters of Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar in Minnesota, a key swing state in the 2020 presidential election.
Video footage captured by Project Veritas shows an operative, Liban Mohamed, bragging about collecting hundreds of ballots.
“Numbers do not lie. Numbers do not lie. … You can see my car is full. All these here are absentee ballots. Can’t you see? Look at all these; my car is full,” Mohamed can be heard saying in the video.
The video also includes testimony from a whistleblower, Omar Jamal, who called Rep. Omar’s alleged ballot harvesting an “open secret” and also discussed an alleged cash-for-votes scheme organized by staffers of Rep. Omar.
“She [Ilhan Omar] will do anything that she can do to get elected and she [Ilhan Omar] has hundreds of people on the streets doing that,” said Jamal.
James O’Keefe, the founder and CEO of Project Veritas, said, “Ballot harvesting is real, and it has become a big business. Our investigation into this ballot harvesting ring demonstrates clearly how these unscrupulous operators exploit the elderly and immigrant communities — and have turned the sacred ballot box into a commodities trading desk.”
O’Keefe said, “We are showing Americans what is really going on in one of our great cities — but, it is not me saying — we have the operatives on tape saying it all themselves.”
Project Veritas said its investigation found three locations inside Ward 6, a ballot harvesting triangle, where the scheme operates: The Riverside Plaza apartments, the senior citizen community at Horn Towers, and the Minneapolis Elections and Voter Services office at 980 E. Hennepin Ave., which also functions as a voting location and ballot drop-off site.
Jared Edge, the chief legal officer for Project Veritas, said that Mohamed and other ballot harvesters could face heavy penalties for their alleged violations of the law.
“The federal laws, 18 USC §597 and 52 USC §10307(c), are quite clear,” he said. “In the case of 18 USC §597, it is punishable by up to two years in prison and in the case of 52 USC §10307 it’s punishable by up to $10,000 in fines and up to five years in prison.”
The Minnesota statute 211B.13(1) prohibits paying a person or receiving money to register to vote or to vote, he said. “This is a state felony punishable by more than one-year imprisonment.”
Beyond paying voters, there are also state and federal laws regarding intimidation of voters, he said.
“The federal laws 52 USC §20511, 18 USC §594, and 52 USC §10307(b) and the Minnesota statue 211B.07 prohibit anyone from using undue influence, threats, intimidation, or fraud to influence a person’s vote or to influence them to vote at all,” he said.
“It is also a violation of federal law for anyone who votes for others illegally,” he said.
“The punishment under 52 USC §10307(e) also goes up to five years’ incarceration and a $10,000 fine,” he said.
“In addition to those statutes, Minnesota has another statute, 211B.11(3), which makes it a misdemeanor to induce or persuade a voter to vote for or against a candidate while transporting the voter to the polls,” he said.

Make no mistake,” Foval continued. “Over the last twenty years, I’ve paid off a few homeless guys to do some crazy stuff, and I’ve also taken them for dinner, and I’ve also made sure they had a hotel and a shower, and I put them in a program. Like I’ve done that. But the reality is, a lot of people, especially, our union guys, a lot of union guys, they’ll do whatever you want. They’re rock ‘n roll.”

In mid-October 2016, while on business in New York, I swung over to New Jersey to visit with my relatives. At dinner that evening, my brother, then in in the early stages of TDS — it has since metastasized; pray for him — was gloating over Hillary’s impending victory.
I asked my brother if he were willing to bet on it. He most certainly was. He was sufficiently confident to give me 7 to 1 odds. I took it. Based on what I knew, I would have taken the bet at even money. I had inside info.
Earlier in the day, I had popped up to visit James O’Keefe at the Project Veritas offices north of the city. My timing was excellent. O’Keefe was in the middle of rolling out his “Rigging the Election” series of undercover videos.
A few days earlier, O’Keefe had released as part of the series a video recorded by the irrepressible Laura Loomer. Laura was twenty-three at the time. If there is a ballsier journalist/activist in America, I have not met him. Today, Loomer is the Republican candidate for Congress in Florida’s 21st District.
Loomer caught Alan Schulkin, a Democrat on New York’s Board of Elections, in a moment of rare candor. “I think there is a lot of voter fraud,” admitted Schulkin. “People don’t realize, certain neighborhoods in particular they bus people around to vote.” When Loomer asked him to identify the neighborhoods, Schulkin specified black, Hispanic, and Chinese.
This was not a lead the major media were prepared to follow up on. The New York Daily News attacked Project Veritas. The New York Times did its best to ignore it.
O’Keefe’s next bombshell was harder to ignore. A Project Veritas reporter had been posing as a young Democrat organizer named “Steve” in Wisconsin and gained the trust of the higher-ups, most notably Scott Foval. Foval was then deputy director of People for the American Way, an outfit founded by TV producer Norman Lear and funded by George Soros among others.
Like many campaign strategists, Foval liked to boast. He began by sharing with Steve the many ways in which Democrats move people around to affect the outcome of an election. As though speaking to an imagined Republican, Foval claimed, “Well you know what? We’ve been bussing people in to deal with you f—— a——- for fifty years and we’re not going to stop now.” Vote fraud is old news, but Foval moved into new territory: a phenomenon he called “bird-dogging.”
“You remember the Iowa State Fair thing where Scott Walker grabbed the sign out of the dude’s hand, and then the dude kind of gets roughed up right in front of the stage right there on camera?” Foval asked Steve.

Foval conveniently laid out the hierarchy of the bird-dogging network. “The [Clinton] campaign pays DNC,” he told Steve. “DNC pays Democracy Partners. Democracy Partners pays The Foval Group. The Foval Group goes and executes the s— on the ground.”
Foval reported directly to Bob Creamer at Democracy Partners. “Bob Creamer is diabolical,” said Foval, “and I love him for it. I have learned so much from that man over the last twenty years, I can’t even tell you.” Bob Creamer, the husband of a Chicago-area congresswoman, had already served time for bank fraud, a useful credential for running the dirty tricks campaign against Donald Trump.
According to White House visitor logs, Creamer had made more than 340 trips to the White House while Obama was president, occasionally with Obama present at the meeting. Foval described Creamer as “the black hat” to his “white hat.”
O’Keefe sat on the Foval video for months. In the interim, through a clever and involved strategy, he and his Project Veritas team succeeded in getting a 21-year-old reporter, “Angela,” an internship at Democracy Partners. Creamer took a shine to Angela, bringing her to the DNC offices and even inviting her to the White House, which opportunity she ducked lest she get busted for entering under a false identity.
Creamer shared some of the secrets of bird-dogging with his new intern. He explained that “DREAMers” were some of their most effective troublemakers. “They’re just pros at this,” said Creamer. When Angela asked for clarification, Creamer explained, “Dreamers are the category of people brought here as children, as immigrants.” He singled out one particular individual whose “crew is spectacular at it.” For the record, these “pros” were in the country illegally. That did not seem to bother Creamer.
“So Hillary is aware of all the work that you guys do, I hope?” Angela asked. “Oh yeah,” said Creamer. “Yes. The campaign is fully in it.”
When I headed back to New Jersey that day, I knew that all this and more was about to hit the news, and it hit powerfully enough to shift the momentum. During the final Las Vegas debate, Trump did not hesitate to bring up the dirty tricks campaign Hillary and her people had orchestrated.
As I relate in my new book, Unmasking Obama, O’Keefe, Loomer, and scores of other irregular journalists did the investigative work the major media refused to during the Obama years. Their efforts ultimately paved the way to Trump’s victory.

James O’Keefe’s team of undercover journalists Project Veritas have released hidden camera footage of Facebook employees admitting to deliberate political bias, censorship of Trump supporters, as well as discrimination against conservative and white male employees.
A Facebook insider, Ryan Hartwig, has also come forward to Project Veritas to give his account of bias and discrimination at the company.
The hidden camera footage reveals a host of Facebook employees and contractors admitting to political bias.
Steve Grimmett, team lead for content review at Facebook can be heard admitting that he lumps the MAGA movement in with “Nazis” and “Hitler.” Grimmett can be heard telling an undercover reporter that he monitors “hate organizations” including “Hitler, Nazis, MAGA, you know, proud boys, all that stuff all day long.”
“We rig the game so it can work on the left side” admits another Facebook employee, who agrees that the company “100%” favors the left.
A content moderator at Cognizant, a firm that handles content moderation for Facebook, can also be heard saying she would accept a $81 million bounty placed on President Trump’s head by the government of Iran.

“If I were to go in with a MAGA shirt or a MAGA hat I’d get my ass beat,” says another employee, apparently admitting to an atmosphere of political discrimination and intimidation at the company.
In further undercover footage, Facebook Senior HR manager Leslie Brown can be heard admitting that it’s easier for the company to fire white males because they aren’t able to sue the company for discrimination.
“They were able to fire him without having to worry about discrimination…” says an undercover reporter.
“Right, right. Because he’s a white man. Yeah, white man. So no problem.” – Leslie Brown, Senior HR manager, Facebook.
“Oh, it’s easier when they’re..” continues the reporter.
“..White men,” says Brown, completing the reporter’s sentence. “No one has the white man’s back anymore [laughs].”

I would like to know how “diverse” FB really is and what kind of diversity it tolerates.
Libertarians, black conservatives, natural law advocates, anarchists, Christians…
Facebook has a secret “Diversity Initiative Board” that governs the latest diversity push by the company, but those in the know are ordered to keep its existence quiet, according to an alleged internal HR report obtained by Project Veritas.
According to the Project Veritas report, the alleged Facebook memo explains that the Diversity Initiative Board (DIB) will be allowed to recommend termination or reeducation in a “Diversity Training” program for any unlucky Facebook employee who gets in the way of the company’s new diversity initiative.
The alleged memo, intended for Facebook employees working in the company’s HR department, insists that the existence and operations of the DIB be kept as secret as possible.
“Inform only select employees of the existence of the DIB on a “need-to-know” basis,” the document instructs.
“Do not inform employees of who is on the DIB.”
“Do not inform employees of the DIB review process.”
“Giving unnecessary information to employees may damage the integrity and effectiveness of the DIB.”
According to the document, the DIB will be empowered to recommend “Termination, Diversity Training, or No Action” as the company’s response to instances of noncompliance with the diversity initiative.
“HR Professionals may submit evidence of noncompliance anonymously to the DIB.”
The document recommends that Facebook’s HR employees push a number of measures believed to be helpful to diversity, including telling employees that they should not ask their colleagues to speak English.
“Employees should not request or demand that diverse workers speak English exclusively in meeting spaces or elsewhere in the workplace,” so says the report. “Remind employees that discrimination of this nature is not tolerated.”
The document also tells HR to encourage employees to “circumvent” controversial political discussion in meetings, including discussions related to “Immigration,US Elections, POTUS, FLOTUS, etc.”
The document also says that employees should be instructed to give preference to certain employees’ views based on their status as “diverse” or “non-diverse.”
“Non-diverse employees should be encouraged to ‘yield the floor’ to diverse workers in an effort to foster more diverse thought and opinion,” says the alleged report.
“Remind employees to refrain from speaking over diverse workers or minimizing their opinions,” it continues.
