There are no reported casualties at this time. Can’t say the same when SA decimates a Yemeni town. But then you don’t have headlines like this when the sandal is on the other foot.
I am sure the scientific wizards at the Saudi Ministry of Culture and Information had the missile trajectory down to the inch (oops, meter). CIA to SA – “tell them it was the Royal Palace”.

A ballistic missile was launched at the Saudi capital, a Houthi spokesman said.
Mohammed Abdussalam said on Twitter that a Volcano 2-H ballistic missile was fired towards al-Yamama royal palace. Read the rest of this entry »

Yah, but all the US, French and UK oil profits were worth reneging on the US agreement to leave Libya alone when it renounced nukes. Oh wait, Al Qaeda runs the show now.
Oh well! Let’s go to Yemen and see who we can save there!

CNN recently aired a powerful report from Libya, where the reporters went into a house and shot footage of an auction of human beings. Yes, this is a 21st-century slave market. Read the rest of this entry »

Nowadays, the press is busy associating Yemen with Iran in order to justify Saudi aggression. However, it is reluctantly being forced to acknowledge the Saudi starvation strategy. The spread of cholera and the rising number of deaths is the attention-getter after 2 years.

Because it is worth all those dead women and children to accomplish… you know… that thing Saudi Arabia and Israel said they want to do…you remember…yah that. Besides, it lowers our bomb stockpile so the pentagram can pay it pals to make more.

Yah, MORE! That’s what I want, MORE!

It’s remarkable that whenever you read an article about Yemen in the mainstream media, the central role of Saudi Arabia and the United States in the tragedy is glossed over or completely ignored. A recent Washington Post article purporting to tell us “how things got so bad” explains to us that, “it’s a complicated story” involving “warring regional superpowers, terrorism, oil, and an impending climate catastrophe.” Read the rest of this entry »

Guess who is enabling and paying for much of the child killing.
http://news.antiwar.com/2017/10/06/saudis-reject-un-blacklisting-over-yemen-child-deaths/
Saudi Arabia is complaining on Friday after winding up on the UN blacklist for violence against children in warzones related to their attacks on Yemen. The report blamed the Saudi-led coalition in Yemen for at least 683 child casualties in 2016.
Saudi officials complained their inclusion was “misleading,” but offered no evidence to the contrary. Saudi Ambassador Abdallah al-Mouallimi insists that Saudi warplanes exercise the “maximum degree of care.”
The UN puts SA on a list. SA does not appear to be shaking in it’s sandles.

Quite an admission from the neo-conish Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
http://www.post-gazette.com/opinion/editorials/2017/08/30/The-stain-of-Yemen-U-S-support-in-Saudi-war-remains-appalling/stories/201708300032
U.S. involvement in the Yemen war is based primarily on the fact that America sells the Saudis warplanes. Those warplanes need spare parts, munitions and U.S. technical support to keep them in the air bombing Yemen. In terms of the merits of the parties to the conflict with reference to U.S. strategic interests in the region, there isn’t a dime’s worth of difference among the Yemen parties to the conflict. America’s taking sides in the Saudi-Iran, Sunni-Shiite competition in the region is a question far separate from the Yemen war. Read the rest of this entry »

Written by Darius Shahtahmasebi
(ANTIMEDIA Op-ed) — The United States is killing entire families in Raqqa, Syria, and enabling Saudi Arabia to do the same in Yemen.
In June of this year, the U.S. led a campaign to retake the city of Raqqa from ISIS fighters while the Russian and Syrian militaries were also attempting to do the same thing. In the first week of fighting, U.N. war crimes investigators warned that the U.S. had already killed 300 civilians from air strikes alone in that seven day period. Read the rest of this entry »

Anything for Saudi Arabia and Israel.
If we are going to send troops to an already dead zone make it the Bureau of Land Management SS. Yemen is a good place for them.
http://news.antiwar.com/2017/08/04/us-troops-are-on-the-ground-in-yemen-for-al-qaeda-offensive/
A day after the US was reported to have participated in an anti al-Qaeda offensive in southern Shabwa Province of Yemen, the Pentagon is confirming that a “small number” of US ground troops have been deployed into Yemen for an ongoing operation against the al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) force.

In which of the countries we have attacked or invaded in this century — Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Libya, Yemen — are the people better off
than they were before we came?
And we wonder why they hate us.
Just like here at home it is about control. Not improving life.
The problem is there are fewer sheeple over there than here.

http://www.unz.com/pgiraldi/liars-lying-about-nearly-everything/
The United States has been using lies to go to war since 1846, when Americans who believed in manifest destiny sought to expand to the Pacific Ocean at the expense of Mexico, acquiring by force of arms California and what were to become the southwestern states. In 1898 the U.S. picked up the pieces of a dying Spanish Empire in a war that was driven by American imperialists and the yellow dog reporting of the Hearst Newspaper chain. And then came World War 1, World War 2, and Korea, all avoidable and all enabled by deliberate lying coming out of Washington… Read the rest of this entry »
