Slavery: The Inconvenient Truth – Taki’s Magazine

Posted by Martin C. Fox on April 16, 2018

This all brings me to the exposé recently aired by CNN on the modern-day slave trade that appears to be running out of Libya.

You remember Libya, the land that Hillary freed.

As a father of two impressionable teenage girls, I am having a tough and at times frustrating time trying to undo the damage done at school in the course of their history studies, where they seem to be learning little about European civilization other than that we “palefaces” should be remembered primarily as the masters of the slave trade and as avaricious colonialists who enjoyed being beastly brutes making life miserable for Africans. Libya Is Home to a 21st-Century Slave Market and the UN Security Council Won’t Act | Alternet

Posted by Martin C. Fox on November 27, 2017

Yah, but all the US, French and UK oil profits were worth reneging on the US agreement to leave Libya alone when it renounced nukes. Oh wait, Al Qaeda runs the show now.

Oh well! Let’s go to Yemen and see who we can save there!

CNN recently aired a powerful report from Libya, where the reporters went into a house and shot footage of an auction of human beings. Yes, this is a 21st-century slave market. Read the rest of this entry »

Are American Wars Just and Moral? – LewRockwell

Posted by Martin C. Fox on July 26, 2017

https://lewrockwell.com/2017/07/patrick-j-buchanan/american-wars-just-moral/

In which of the countries we have attacked or invaded in this century — Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Libya, Yemen — are the people better off
than they were before we came?

And we wonder why they hate us.

Just like here at home it is about control. Not improving life.

The problem is there are fewer sheeple over there than here.

More On The Real John McCain

Posted by Martin C. Fox on July 25, 2017

https://lewrockwell.com/2017/07/jack-kerwick/real-john-mccain/

The truth, though, is that in exchange for the billions and billions of dollars that McCain has confiscated from them for well over three decades, taxpayers have received an ever-burgeoning administrative state, relentless illegal immigration from the Third World, and, of course, war—and all while McCain has pretended to be a “conservative.”

Thanks to his labors, hundreds of thousands of human beings, both foreign and American alike, are now dead. Read the rest of this entry »

We “Liberated” Libya from an “Evil” Dictator. Now It’s Openly Trading Slaves

Posted by Martin C. Fox on April 17, 2017

http://theantimedia.org/liberated-libya-trading-slaves/

The Guardian reports that while “violence, extortion and slave labor” have been a reality for people trafficked through Libya in the past, the slave trade has recently expanded. Today, people are selling other human beings out in the open.
Another neocon foreign policy success story.

The French were in on this for the oil. I don’t know what the US had to gain except make work for US arms makers. Someone has to keep NATO supplied. Killing leaders of countries that are actually fighting ISIS and Al Qaeda instead of supplying them keeps the bomb makers busy. Read the rest of this entry »

Is Hillary Wiped?

Posted by Martin C. Fox on September 9, 2016

The Hillary situation is beyond ridiculous.

Her neocon foreign policy and influence starting in during Bill’s regime has resulted in a world of disaster. Hundreds of thousands dead and millions displaced. W and O have done their share also but peaceful discourse is not Killary’s forte. Ask any Christians left alive in Kosovo, Libya, Iraq etc. How can anyone take the MSM and their Hillarious coverage of her legacy seriously?

Remember when courageous Hillary as first lady, her daughter and a fat comedian dodged bullets after landing in a firefight at a Bosnian airport?

Coughing fits and the returning mystery man with the Epipen looking device. “Bones” with a TriOx pen! Beam her up. Read the rest of this entry »

We Are Back In Libya, Raising the Bar For Incompetance

Posted by Martin C. Fox on August 5, 2016

Apparently we haven’t done enough to this poor country.  After Hillary Clinton turned Libya from a relatively stable though corrupt country to  the world headquarters for ISIS, pentagon marionette Obama is going to make it better.  I am sure Libya’s bad luck will hold.

See here to see why.

Here is a funny/sad tidbit from the article describing some of what Hillary has wrought.

Take a look at what we’re getting ourselves into: with no less than three governments, lawless Libya is a perfect example of Ronald Reagan’s famous dictum that “government is the problem, not the solution.” Yes, that’s right, the former domain of Ghaddafi has three rival “governments.” Go ahead and count ‘em:

  1. The General National Congress (GNC), headquartered in Tripoli, is controlled by Islamist militias and backed by Turkey, Qatar, and Sudan.
  2. The Council of Deputies, located in Tobruk, is basically the instrument of Gen. Khalifa Hiftar, a known CIA asset who used to live a few miles from the Agency’s headquarters.
  3. The UN-appointed “government of national unity,” which was never elected by anyone and had to be shipped into the country by boat because the Tripoli authorities wouldn’t let their plane land.

Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Palestine, Libya-Going In Circles

Posted by Martin C. Fox on February 13, 2016

Spanish born philosopher Santayana said those who ignorant of history are bound to repeat it. He also said only the dead have seen the end of war.

There was a predominate superpower hell-bent for world hegemony via compliant puppet governments. Military bases and an all powerful navy were spread throughout the world. Control of the Middle East was crucial. This superpower played allies and enemies against each other to further it’s agenda. Promises were repeatedly made and broken. Western powers all wanted a piece of the Middle East action.

The Middle East was made up of numerous tribes and sects, each of which had their own particular needs and goals. Many of these groups were at odds with their neighbors and religious variants.

This superpower was unable to recognize these rivalries let alone deal with them. The overall situation was incredibly complex. The superpower did not let ignorance hinder its efforts. Read the rest of this entry »

Iraq, Eqypt, Libya, Ukraine, ISIS and Boko Haram – There Seems To Be A Pattern

Posted by Martin C. Fox on June 12, 2014

Prior to 2001 and sanctions Iraq may not have been the greatest place to live but there was relative peace and women were allowed to get an education and were treated fairly well (women are third class citizens in Saudi Arabia home to our “friends” that bankrolled 9/11). There was no Al Qaida like there were no WMDs. The US liberated and democratized Iraq by bombing it to splinters and killing a million innocent civilians. Not to mention the loss of thousands of US soldiers. Now hundreds of thousands flee in fear of being overrun by so-called Al Qaida faction ISIS.

The result: Total hate for the US.

Afghanistan had the Taliban but few Al Qaida. But we were entrenched fighting a Taliban that never attacked the US. Thanks to US, a regional “terror” group escalated in power. Al Qaida grew too, big enough that the world’s policeman had to bribe to them not attack its truck convoys. Like those before us, Afghanistan was our graveyard. Not mention is a sinkhole for hundreds of millions worth of shrink-wrapped pallets of US dollars. Read the rest of this entry »
