The Messianic World Reformer Behind WHO’s Agenda. (It Isn’t Bill Gates.)

Posted by M. C. on April 25, 2020

The responsibility of charting the necessary changes in human behavior rests clearly on the sciences working in that field. Psychologists, psychiatrists, sociologists, economists, and politicians must face this responsibility. It cannot be avoided

He treated his office as a pulpit from which to preach Freudian-inspired ideas about proper parenting and the perversions of religion and popular morality. Much of what he had to say concerned what he saw to be the root causes of war. War, he argued, was a manifestation of collective neurosis: the consequence of poor parenting and social institutions that delivered humanity into a state of perpetual immaturity. He condemned the central institutions of society — family, school, and church — for propagating the dogmas that lay at the base of this collective neurosis.

There are no anti-vaccine organizations with any influence. Anti-vaccination organizations are tiny, underfunded, fringe organizations that have no influence.

Officially, it was part of UNESCO, which at the time was run by the scientific world’s most famous defender of eugenics, Sir Julian Huxley.

In contrast, the pro-vaccination movement is universally dominant. This is where all of the government money goes, not just in the United States but everywhere. This is the message articulated by all of the proponents of world health movements. In short, this is the Establishment. In the United States, it is represented at the top by Fauci.

The CDC, NIH WHO, NHS…all have been caught flat-footed, totally unprepared.

What do we pay these people for?

Their solution is to lock down the world and pray…oops they don’t do that…hope someone comes up with a secular miracle.

Gary North

I have a Ph.D. in history. I am a revisionist (“conspiracy”) historian. I have been ever since 1958.

I have written fat books on historical events and historical causation. I have even written a book on the conspiracy view of history. You can download it here.

As a revisionist historian, I am on the fringe of the fringe of a fringe. In 1958, I became a revisionist historian because of the assistance of a lady who was part of a network of mostly female anti-Communist researchers in southern California. She had a lot of files and conservative books. She introduced me to The Freeman. She also introduced me to the revisionist literature of the Pearl Harbor attack. I learned how to connect the dots at age 16.

I have continued to connect the dots in ways not considered historiographically acceptable.

What I am about to tell you is “the story behind the story,” as Marvin “Robbie the Robot” Miller used to tell us on his daily radio shows in the early 1950’s.

The secret is knowing which questions to ask, and then using the Web to connect the major dots. That will get you started.

Most people ask no questions. They don’t care. Most of the others ask the wrong questions. Then they are lured down rabbit trails by their questions.

THE HISTORIAN’S SIX QUESTIONS

The historical questions are these, and in this sequence: what, where, when, who, why, and how? Each successive question is more difficult to answer.

What? The World Health Organization is part of the United Nations.

Where? Its headquarters are in Geneva, Switzerland. But geography is irrelevant. It is an international organization. It is under the jurisdiction of UNESCO: the United Nations Educational and Social Organization. That is located in the United Nations Building in New York City. Why New York City? Because John D. Rockefeller, Jr. donated the land. It cost him $8.5 million for 18 acres. The city spent another $5 million. The Rockefellers owned the apartment complex across the street. The value of that property soared.

When? It has been around a long time. The Wikipedia entry explains just how long it has been around.

The International Sanitary Conferences, originally held on 23 June 1851, were the first predecessors of the WHO. A series of 14 conferences that lasted from 1851 to 1938, the International Sanitary Conferences worked to combat many diseases, chief among them cholera, yellow fever, and the bubonic plague. The conferences were largely ineffective until the seventh, in 1892; when an International Sanitary Convention that dealt with cholera was passed.Five years later, a convention for the plague was signed. In part as a result of the successes of the Conferences, the Pan-American Sanitary Bureau (1902), and the Office International d’Hygiène Publique (1907) were soon founded. When the League of Nations was formed in 1920, they established the Health Organization of the League of Nations. After World War II, the United Nations absorbed all the other health organizations, to form the WHO.

We also read this in the entry’s introduction:

The WHO was established in 7 April 1948, which is commemorated as World Health Day. The first meeting of the World Health Assembly (WHA), the agency’s governing body, took place on 24 July 1948. The WHO incorporated the assets, personnel, and duties of the League of Nations’ Health Organisation and the Office International d’Hygiène Publique, including the International Classification of Diseases. Its work began in earnest in 1951 following a significant infusion of financial and technical resources.

From the beginning, the organization was committed to the eradication of disease by means of vaccines.

1947: The WHO established an epidemiological information service via telex, and by 1950 a mass tuberculosis inoculation drive using the BCG vaccine was under way.

Who? This is where it gets interesting. We read in the section on “Establishment“:

The first meeting of the World Health Assembly finished on 24 July 1948, having secured a budget of US$5 million (then GB£1,250,000) for the 1949 year. Andrija Stampar was the Assembly’s first president, and G. Brock Chisholm was appointed Director-General of WHO, having served as Executive Secretary during the planning stages.

G. Brock Chisolm was a high-level administrator in the post-World War II New World Order. He was a Canadian. I first wrote about him in 1959 in a high school term paper. He was one of the big promoters of the mental health movement. In 1957, he became the president of the World Federation for Mental Health. This was why I knew who he was when I wrote my term paper. Wikipedia summarizes:

The World Federation for Mental Health (WFMH) is an international, multi-professional non-governmental organization (NGO), including citizen volunteers and former patients. It was founded in 1948 in the same era as the United Nations (UN) and the World Health Organization (WHO). . . .The WFMH founding document, “Mental Health and World Citizenship”, understood “world citizenship” in terms of a “common humanity” respecting individual and cultural differences, and declared that “the ultimate goal of mental health is to help [people] live with their fellows in one world.Members include mental health service providers and service users. In 2009, the World Fellowship for Schizophrenia and Allied Disorders, an international network of families of people with serious mental illness, merged with the World Federation. The World Federation has close ties with the World Health Organization. For many years after its founding, the WFMH was the only NGO of its kind with a close working relationship with UN agencies, particularly the WHO.

In my 1959 paper (which I saved), I quoted Dr. Chisholm. He wrote “The Psychiatry of an Enduring Peace” in Psychiatry (Feb. 1946).

The responsibility of charting the necessary changes in human behavior rests clearly on the sciences working in that field. Psychologists, psychiatrists, sociologists, economists, and politicians must face this responsibility. It cannot be avoided (p. 5).We have been very slow to rediscover this truth and to recognize the unnecessary and artificially imposed inferiority, guilt, and fear, commonly known as sin, under which we have almost all labor and which produces so much of the social maladjustment and unhappiness in the world (p. 7).

There is something to be said for taking charge of our own destiny, for gently putting aside the mistaken old ways of our elders if that is possible. If it cannot be done quietly, it may have to be done roughly or even violently — that has happened before (p. 18)

Five months after the article was published, he was appointed as the head of the predecessor of the WHO, the WHO Interim Commission. Officially, it was part of UNESCO, which at the time was run by the scientific world’s most famous defender of eugenics, Sir Julian Huxley.

The Canadian Encyclopedia offers this insight:

In the negotiations leading up to the WHO’s formation, Chisholm stressed that the organization must be truly global in its scope. He insisted that it serve the “world citizen” and see past divisions imposed by national borders and histories.

In 2009, the University of British Columbia Press published a book on Chisholm: Brock Chisholm, the World Health Organization, and the Cold War. In a review of this book published on the website of the academic Humanities and Social Science Online, we read this:

As deputy minister [of Canada’s newly created Department of Public Health and Welfare], Chisholm was not a retiring bureaucrat; rather, he repeatedly drew unwanted attention to his department for ill-considered and sometimes outrageous public comments. Perhaps most famously, Chisholm lashed out against Santa Claus. In an address to an Ottawa audience, he declared that parents crippled their children by consistently lying to them: “Any man who tells his son that the sun goes to bed at night is contributing directly to the next war…. Any child who believes in Santa Claus has had his ability to think permanently destroyed” (p. 43).

The WHO has a page reviewing the book. We read this:

A postscript could perhaps have mentioned that those early visionary ideas have turned out to be not that illusory after all. Chisholm’s hope of universal health services now guides WHO’s Global Strategy for Health for All; his advocacy of a peacekeeping force is now reality, albeit weak, through the UN Blue Berets; his ideas on world federalism are partly translated in the European Union; his anti-nuclear stand has seen the Pugwash Conferences on Science and World Affairs receive the Nobel Peace Prize; and his poverty–disease link is key to UN Millennium Development Goals.

It is a highly laudatory review, as we would expect.

In 1959, he was named the man of the year by the American Humanist Association.

What is also significant is the fact that he had no background in epidemiology. He was a psychiatrist. He had been a political appointment in Canada, and he was a political appointment with the WHO. He was the director-general of the WHO in 1946, before it was established as a separate organization. The WHO website says this:

The Canadian Government created the position of Deputy Minister of Health in 1944, and Chisholm was first the person to occupy the post until being elected as Executive Secretary of the WHO Interim Commission in July 1946.Succeeding the League of Nations’ Health Organization, the World Health Organization was established in April of 1948, with Chisholm as its Director-General.

It was Chisholm who proposed the name “World Health Organization”, with the intent of emphasizing that the Organization would be truly global, serving all nations. Chisholm’s vision of WHO was a determining factor in the election for the post of Director-General. Parts of WHO’s constitution, including the definition of health as “…a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”, were first heard in Chisholm’s speech to the final meeting of WHO’s technical planning committee.

The WHO constitution also declares health to be a fundamental right of every human being, and recognizes that “the heath of all peoples is fundamental to the attainment of peace and security.” Chisholm believed that the well-being of humanity is dependent on the world’s emotional health.

The significant question is this: how did he get the two appointments? That is the question that revisionist historians ask whenever government economic intervention is involved. It is the question that Murray Rothbard asked again and again in his histories of American intervention. It is the question that is almost never raised by conventional historians.

Why? The WHO has been at the forefront of vaccination from its beginning. This has been at the top of its agenda. This historical account appears on the website of the WHO. You can read it here. It was published in 2014.

The immunization programme that saved millions of livesWhat started as an ambitious effort to tackle six vaccine-preventable diseases has become one of the world’s most successful public health programmes. This month the Expanded Programme on Immunization marks its 40 years. Michael Reid and Fiona Fleck report.

Bulletin of the World Health Organization 2014;92:314-315. doi: http://dx.doi.org/10.2471/BLT.14.020514

In the 1960s, smallpox was still circulating in Africa and Asia. Within a decade of the launch of the World Health Organization’s (WHO) Intensified Smallpox Eradication Programme in 1967, the disease had been wiped out globally.

Long before the last case of smallpox was reported in 1977, the idea that a similar approach could be taken with other vaccine-preventable diseases was gaining support.

Dr Donald A Henderson, who joined WHO in 1967 to head the Intensified Smallpox Eradication Programme, was struck by how much could be achieved with modest means. “We found very quickly that in Africa the average vaccinator could reach 500 African children a day,” he says. “We wondered ‘why aren’t we doing this with more vaccines?’”

The article offers historical details of the WHO’s program of vaccination.

While other donors joined them, it was the core EPI team at WHO that established the foundation of this global initiative with its cold-chain unit, led by John Lloyd and James Cheyne, “catalyzing a revolution in improved cold-chain equipment and logistics,” Rafe Henderson says.Few countries had immunization programmes and most were just responding to outbreaks, according to Dr Ciro de Quadros, who became head of EPI in the WHO Region of the Americas in 1976, His first step was to get countries to appoint a national immunization manager.

“We brought together the country managers and everyone else from the governments working in epidemiology, primary health care, and so on, and listed the problems – how to improve coverage, do surveillance and organize the cold chain – and analysed them. Then we worked on each problem and solution in each country,” de Quadros says.

In the 1970s countries the world over were keen to launch their own EPI but lacked important elements, including sustainable funding, heat-stable vaccines (in tropical countries), suitable transportation and a system to guarantee vaccine quality.

Of all of the agencies under the auspices of the United Nations, the WHO has been most successful in pursuing its agenda.

For Dr Thomas Cherian, who coordinated WHO’s EPI from 2006 to 2012, the programme’s achievements far exceed the expectations raised by the 1974 resolution. “Virtually all countries have immunization programmes and most of them have dedicated budgets and effective surveillance systems, which are vital for detecting new cases and monitoring the extent to which a population is protected,” he says.Since the 1980s, the quality of vaccines has been assured, through the prequalification system managed by WHO, so that these vaccines can be recommended for bulk purchase by UNICEF, the GAVI Alliance (formerly known as the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization) and other funding agencies. Thanks to prequalification and other regulatory systems, more than 90% of vaccines used in national immunization programmes are of an assured quality.

Immunization in countries is no longer limited to the six classic vaccines for children: diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, measles, poliomyelitis and tuberculosis.

Infants are vaccinated routinely against rubella, hepatitis B, Haemophilus influenzae type b (a leading cause of bacterial meningitis and pneumonia), rotavirus (a major cause of diarrhoea) and Streptococcus pneumoniae bacteria (a major cause of pneumonia). In some countries human papillomavirus vaccine is included for girls between nine and 12 years of age and routine immunization against regionally important diseases such as epidemic meningococcal meningitis, yellow fever and dengue is also offered.

How? This pro-vaccine agenda took money to implement. Its agenda is based on a theory of epidemiology that is almost universally accepted by both the scientific and medical communities. This theory offered a solution to pandemics: a program of universal vaccination. This could only be implemented by government funding and compulsion. This is why the WHO’s agenda takes political connections at the highest level. It takes tax money and political power to implement the agenda.

Because the WHO is international, it has always relied on a program calling for cooperation among national governments. This internationalist vision has always been at the forefront of the creation of the New World Order. That was the personal goal of Brock Chisholm from the very beginning. He articulated this vision. The WHO has never deviated from this vision.

Of all the United Nations agencies, none has been as successful as the WHO in promoting international government cooperation. The public has never called this into question.

THE GATES FOUNDATION

Bill Gates was born in 1955. He co-founded Microsoft in 1975. He resigned as the CEO of Microsoft in January 2000. In that year, he and his wife created the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

In 2015, he gave a TED talk on the next pandemic.

Earlier this year, Netflix posted a three-part documentary: Inside Bill’s Brain. It was produced in 2019. The interviewer asked Gates whether any government agency paid any attention to his speech. He said that only one small agency did. In short, his speech was ignored.

This is also worth noting, which the Daily Mail reported:

In the episode titled The Next Pandemic the documentary producers go to a wet market in Lianghua, China, where animals are killed and the resulting meat sold in the same place. This, the documentary explained, makes the wet markets a ‘disease X factory’ as the different animal corpses are stacked on top of each other, blood and meat mixing, before being passed from human to human.

The United States government paid no attention to any of this until it was too late.

What we see from this should be obvious to anybody who is aware of the historical background: Bill Gates until a month ago had no influence at all with respect to the pandemic.

WHO’s budget is about $4.2 billion a year. This has been true since 2008. In terms of purchasing power, the budget is 22% less today than it was in 2008.

Of this, the United States government provides about 20%, according to a recent Fox News report. The Gates Foundation is second. It is expected to pay $531 million in voluntary donations this year. That is 13% of the budget.

There is no doubt that the Gates Foundation is an important contributor to this program. But the idea that the Gates Foundation is somehow the tail that wags the dog is ludicrous. The WHO has been the primary agency of universal vaccines ever since its creation in 1948.

In 1999, the Gates Foundation donated $750 million to set up GAVI. GAVI is today called Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance. Previously, it was the GAVI Alliance, and before that the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization. In 2015, Gates did an interview for GAVI. He said he regarded this as the most important money that his foundation has contributed to.

There is no question that Bill and Melinda Gates are both big proponents of universal vaccination in countries that are facing major diseases. But this is standard operating procedure today. This is what the United States government has been funding since 1948. This is the official party line of the United States government and WHO. In the private sector, Gates is no doubt today the most famous proponent of this worldview. But he has no power. The man who has power is Dr. Anthony Fauci.

THINGS TO FOLLOW

There are basic things that a conspiracy theorist or revisionist must do. There are things he must follow. Here are the big ones:

Follow the money.
Follow the confession/ideology.
Follow the organizations.
Follow the media.
Follow the government appointments.

There are no anti-vaccine organizations with any influence. Anti-vaccination organizations are tiny, underfunded, fringe organizations that have no influence.

In contrast, the pro-vaccination movement is universally dominant. This is where all of the government money goes, not just in the United States but everywhere. This is the message articulated by all of the proponents of world health movements. In short, this is the Establishment. In the United States, it is represented at the top by Fauci.

Fauci is the second longest-serving bureaucrat to head a government agency since J. Edgar Hoover. Ronald Reagan appointed him the head of the little-known agency, the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Until late February, almost nobody had ever heard of the organization. Fauci is 79 years old. He has run the agency for 36 years. He could’ve retired. He could’ve retired to become a highly paid lobbyist for the pharmaceutical industry. But he didn’t. He is a true believer. He is a true believer in universal vaccination. He has made this clear over the past six weeks. He has so much power and influence with the public that Donald Trump is afraid to fire him. He has been Trump’s front man in all of this.

To imagine that Bill Gates is anything more than a very rich advocate of “me, too” public health policies on the vaccination issue is to fail to understand the basics of historical research.

And so, I offer you this piece of advice. Anyone who tells you that Bill Gates is the power behind the throne of the WHO is not a serious historian. He does not know the basics of historical research. He has not followed the money, the confession, the organizations, the media, and the government appointments with respect to vaccination as the only acceptable solution to widespread diseases, including pandemics. He has also not asked the six questions: “what, where, when, who, why, and how?”

I am a great believer in revisionist history. Here is my other advice. If you want to do a revisionist history of the WHO, ignore Bill Gates. Pay attention to G. Brock Chisholm. How did he get the position as the first head of the WHO? Who was behind him? He was a psychiatrist, not an epidemiologist.

The trouble is, newcomers to conspiracy theories are not interested in doing serious revisionist research. They really don’t want to know the background of the WHO. They don’t want to do the painstaking research necessary to trace this background. They want to post a sensational article on Facebook. The problem is, the sensational article was written by somebody who doesn’t know what is going on, and more importantly, what has been going on since 1946.

I figured out who Brock Chisholm was and what he was doing in 1959 when I was 17 years old. Is it too much to expect conspiracy theorists of the WHO to pursue this line of investigation? Yes, I suppose it is.

CONCLUSION

Today, the WHO is a bureaucracy with a minimal budget, half of it raised by voluntary donations. There is no trace of its old humanist, world-transforming vision of world reconstruction through systematically applied coercion by the United Nations. That was Chisolm’s vision. Today, the UN is toothless. UNESCO is impotent.

WHO’s employees are narrowly focused medical technicians who must content themselves with trying to stop diseases that threaten to become pandemics. Their solution is always the same: a vaccine. But there is no vaccine for COVID-19. So, all that the WHO can do is recommend that national governments put the world’s population under house arrest until someone, somewhere comes up with a vaccine. They are narrowly focused specialists with a hammer — a promised vaccine — who see mankind’s liberty as a nail.

Its policy recommendation has been adopted. Politicians have unilaterally shut down the world’s economy. Bailing out the economy through massive government deficits and counterfeit central bank money is destroying the few remaining traces of fiscal restraint in the West.

This is the bankrupt legacy of Chisholm, Huxley, and the messianic New World Order of the immediate post-war era. They proclaimed a new humanity through scientific central planning by the United Nations. Their heirs are a cadre of specialized technicians with no political power. They have no solution to COVID-19 except to ask politicians to put the world under house arrest until some pharmaceutical firm comes up with a cure for an epidemic that may well have receded before the magic bullet arrives . . . if it ever arrives.

Don’t worry about Bill Gates. He has no power. Worry about your governor, who has enormous power, and who has used it without a vote from the legislature to shut down business all over your state. When is he going to stop paying attention to Fauci? When is he going to cancel your state’s system of house arrest, which he unilaterally imposed on his own authority?

P.S.

This is a publicly posted article. I would appreciate it if you would post a link to it if you read some Facebook diatribe against Bill Gates and his supposed control of the WHO. Maybe there is some dedicated person out there who will be willing to do the hard work of finding out the people who have been behind the power of the WHO since its inception in 1948. That would be worth investigating. Connecting the dots back to Bill Gates is a rabbit trail. It deflects people from finding out who really have been the powers behind the throne, and what their agendas have been.

The Other COVID Disaster – The CDC

Posted by M. C. on April 25, 2020

The public needs your help.

While looking at the daily Erie County PA Health Department daily COVID blurb my immediate thought is how can any of this be close accurate to accurate if the CDC sent out COVID contaminated COVID test kits?

I emailed the ECHD asking them the affect on statistics the contaminated test kits have. The answer was they didn’t know.

This is reasonable as even thought this happened 2 months ago the CDC only recently fessed up.

My response was I am sure the CDC and local hospital quality systems can certainly track the issuance of the test kits via lot numbers for example. I was looking forward to seeing the revised local and PA infection and death rates.

I can hear you laughing.

Yes, I know, it will be a miracle if the CDC can track the faulty test kits. Their track record for this entire situation is disgusting. Failure to recognize the largest disease crisis sweeping across China since Spanish flu. Complete lack of preparedness in dealing with a crisis. Stonewalling foreign and independent (of government, job justifying red tape) kits and victim support equipment.

Disease CONTROL-it is in the title.

Currently government data could be spot on or totally worthless. No one knows.

The entire issue of what constitutes a COVID infection and fatality (COVID “related”-can anyone define that) is certainly nebulous and the truth will likely take years if ever to come out-but hey-one step at a time.

In the coming weeks please feel free to contact the your government departments and press for:                                                                                                                                    accurate, contamination adjusted infection and fatality data and fatality and           explanations on how the CDC could have failed in such a spectacular fashion.

Cuomo: Need ‘Hard Look’ at Experts, Organizations, and ‘International Watchdogs’ on Coronavirus

Posted by M. C. on April 24, 2020

Even commies can find the acorn once in a while.

CDC, NIH, NIAID, WHO, NSA, CIA, FIB, Fauci all missed it.

How can they all miss it when it has been known since H1N1 or before than Wuhan was a coronavirus cesspool.

The US even funded the Wuhan research lab.

How could everyone miss this? How indeed…

https://www.breitbart.com/clips/2020/04/23/cuomo-need-hard-look-at-experts-organizations-and-international-watchdogs-on-coronavirus/

by Ian Hanchett

During a town hall on CNN on Thursday, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) stated that there has to be a “hard look” at “the experts, the organizations, the international watchdogs” who should have been watching for the coronavirus outbreak “because obviously, we missed it.” Cuomo also stated that banning travel from China was sensible, but came after it was too late.

Cuomo said, “Well, look, global pandemic, the words had been used for many years, doctor, but we’ve never actually lived through it. So, I don’t think that this country was ready for it. I don’t even think our experts were ready for it. You know, in retrospect, it seems so simple, right? China has a virus last November, last December. The virus can get on a plane, can go to Europe, can come to New York, can be anywhere in 24 hours. What made anyone think it was going to stay in China last November and last December? And then, we’re taking actions in March. What happened to January and February? You know, when you look back at it, it seems to be so plain and so obvious. The president has talked — spoken about the World Health Organization and what they should have done, but I think we have to take a hard look. Where were the experts, the organizations, the international watchdogs who should be watching for something like this? Because obviously, we missed it. March — we’re taking actions in March. I have the first case in March, but the data is now saying it may have been here in January. It may have been here in February.”

He added, “Well, in retrospect, close the door on China, yeah that makes sense. But it had already left China.”

The CDC sent tests contaminated with the coronavirus to states in February – TheBlaze

Posted by M. C. on April 24, 2020

We are betting our lives on these clowns.

One reason to doubt any statistics from them. The CDC needs all the help they can get to justify themselves.

This is so bad you would almost think this was intentional.

https://www.theblaze.com/news/cdc-tests-contaminated-with-coronavirus

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention botched the crucial rollout of COVID-19 tests in February, sending tests contaminated with the coronavirus to states at a time when the virus could’ve potentially been better contained without widespread lockdowns, the New York Times reported.

“It was just tragic,” said Scott Becker, executive director of the Association of Public Health Laboratories, according to the Times. “All that time when we were sitting there waiting, I really felt like, here we were at one of the most critical junctures in public health history, and the biggest tool in our toolbox was missing.”

How did this happen? The tests were contaminated due to “sloppy laboratory practices,” the Times reported, including employees entering and exiting labs without changing their coats, and tests being assembled in the same room where other researchers were working on positive coronavirus samples.

The CDC has admitted that it did not follow its own manufacturing standards with the tests, and said enhanced quality control measures have been put in place since the errors.

What was the result? Because of the contamination, many of the tests sent to states during that crucial early period of the coronavirus outbreak did not produce conclusive results.

Public health labs began receiving tests from the CDC on Feb. 7. The first known COVID-19 death in the United States occurred on Feb. 6. Although the availability of testing has improved some over the past two months, an inability to widely test the population has been possibly the greatest obstacle to an effective, targeted pandemic response.

The U.S. has had more than 800,000 confirmed COVID-19 cases, and antibody research increasingly indicates that the true number of cases could be many times higher than the current confirmed tally. The U.S. has a relatively low COVID-19 detection rate due to scarce availability of reliable tests.

Our ‘Greatest Generation’ Men Weaponized Viruses, Too | The American Conservative

Posted by M. C. on April 24, 2020

https://www.theamericanconservative.com/state-of-the-union/our-greatest-generation-men-weaponized-deadly-viruses-too/

Some of us might remember a cheesy Tales from the Crypt knock-off in the 1980’s called Tales from the Darkside. Created by horror legend George Romero, it was more great camp than great horror, but it had one of the best opening credits of any show then and since. While the camera rolls over green forest and glen, a scene-chewing narrator begins: “Man lives in the sunlit world that he believes to be reality…”

Suddenly the same landscape is rendered bleak and ominous by a jarring shift to inverted negative photography. The narration continues, dramatically pausing for effect: “But ….there is, unseen by most, an underworld, a place that is just as real, but not as brightly lit….a Darkside.”

The intro (some say it was the scariest part of the show) so perfectly encapsulates the Washington swamp that it’s almost too obvious. But I thought it of again quite suddenly while editing Jeff Groom’s excellent piece Wednesday about the history of germ warfare. Groom, a military man himself, reminds us that despite the “sunlit” narrative of America saving the world from tyranny after WWII only to be thrust into another existential struggle with the Red scourge of Communism, an entire underworld was operating simultaneously, secretly manufacturing biological weapons, breeding insects as vectors for disease, perhaps even deploying them in the battlefield (in other words, doing everything we were accusing the morally bankrupt enemy of doing).

…the 406th Medical General Laboratory of the U.S. Army’s Far East Medical Section was established, “in a warehouse near the Agsugi Air Base in Yokohama (Japan) in 1946,” ostensibly to provide health services to U.S. military servicemen.

However, their mission soon expanded to include an R&D division comprised of 309 personnel. Researchers “initially concentrated on mosquito-borne diseases, but the military scientists eagerly expanded their work to include ticks, mites, lice, fleas, and flies, with particular attention to the breeding and biting behaviors of black flies and midges found in Japan and Korea.”

As I wrote about here, journalist Stephen Kinzer published a book late last year that went into great detail about the covert U.S. bio and chemical weapons programs that flourished from the infusion of seemingly endless Cold War resources after WWII. While it is important to note that it was never proven that the U.S. actually unleashed diseased swarms of insects against the enemy in Korea as alleged, it is also worth reminding readers that the War on Communism was nonetheless used to justify an entire battery of inhumane and unconstitutional activities right under the surface of our perceived reality. Much of it was lost to memory with the destruction of files decades later, but plenty has been recovered by intrepid journalists, including Kinzer, over the years.

Just an example of what we do know according to Kinzer: after WWII, the Americans hunted down and arrested one General Shiro Ishii, who commanded the ghoulish hellscape known as Unit 731, located in Japanese-occupied Manchuria. Among other human experiments he conducted on Chinese prisoners, including children (like slow roasting people with electricity, or locking them in high-pressure chambers until their eyeballs popped), Ishii infected his victims with botulism, bubonic plague, syphilis, cholera, smallpox, tuberculosis, and myriad other deadly diseases long vanquished by vaccines, and watched them die.

Instead of bringing Ishii to justice, scientists at the secret Army bioweapons program at Camp Detrick, Maryland, “wanted to learn what he knew and were driven by a sense of urgency that overwhelmed whatever moral qualms they might have felt,” wrote Kinzer in Poisoner in Chief. They convinced Gen. Douglas MacArthur to sign a secret decree granting amnesty to Ishii and all who worked with him. He turned over all of this research, which included an untold number of tissue samples taken from people while they were still alive, to the Americans. “Thus did the man responsible for directing the dissection of thousands of living prisoners during wartime, along with those who worked with him, escape punishment.”

The “sunlit” reasoning was likely that the information would be valuable for mounting a defense against enemy germ attacks. But we know from Kinzer’s book that the underworld was experimenting with all kinds of ways of weaponizing pathogens and dispersing them silently over populations, too. They even used unwitting Americans as guinea pigs.

In 1950, according to Kinzer’s book, scientists from Camp Detrick used a Naval minesweeper off the coast of San Francisco to release harmless but traceable bacteria (it had a red tint) into the air over the city via large aerosol hoses. After six days of this they found that some 800,000 residents in the city, as well as people as far as Oakland were affected. Over the next several weeks, 11 people checked into local hospitals with urinary tract infections, and had drops of red in their urine. One man died. “Doctors were mystified.” Of course they were—because the experiment had not been authorized or known to any local authorities.

Camp Detrick deemed “Operation Sea Spray” a “success,” knowing that yes, huge swaths of a city could be infected with a silent but deadly germ from a boat sitting off the coast of a major urban center. It would be the first of many such secret “simulations” in U.S. cities through 1969.

To believe that only rogue dictatorships like China might be responsible for weaponizing viruses—like some contend the Chinese were doing in Wuhan, is naive, and frankly dangerous. For decades after the Second World War, Americans who we call “the Greatest Generation” used the sword of righteousness to expand and metastasize the military industrial complex until one hand no longer knew what the other was doing and why, and frankly did not want to. Led by powerful men like CIA Director Allen Dulles, they did diabolical things we believed only possible in science fiction, and more. That this was allowed to go on for so long shows how amazingly useful the power of narrative can be, and how most of us are willing to believe in it at the risk of missing “the Darkside” right behind the mirror.

Essential, Yet Illegal? – LewRockwell

Posted by M. C. on April 24, 2020

I am serving a sentence of life imprisonment, without the possibility of parole. In 2002, I was convicted of conspiring to distribute marijuana. I ponder that one quarter mile from here, in Illinois, marijuana distributors are not restrained by the lockdown orders. Instead, they are “essential businesses.”

https://www.lewrockwell.com/2020/04/no_author/essential-yet-illegal/

By Craig Cesal

The US federal government does a bunch of things that mystify me. They cannot discriminate in conferring benefits based on race, oh, unless it is affirmative action. Government agents cannot search you or your home without first earning a warrant, unless they think they should. I’ve even accepted there is alternative truths; you can keep your doctor; and Bill didn’t inhale. But, in the last few days, it seems they overwhelmed my imagination.

In these days of coronavirus lockdown, mine are spent in cell #107 at the federal prison at Terre Haute, Indiana. I am serving a sentence of life imprisonment, without the possibility of parole. In 2002, I was convicted of conspiring to distribute marijuana. I ponder that one quarter mile from here, in Illinois, marijuana distributors are not restrained by the lockdown orders. Instead, they are “essential businesses.” My indictment reads: “The People of the United States of America versus Craig Cesal,” agreed or confederated to distribute marijuana. The final judgment reads life imprisonment. Who got it wrong—the People of the United States or Craig Cesal? The rules governing that review are quickly evolving.

The thirty-three states that consider marijuana marketing an essential business, they carry on without any intervention by the US government, or even by the People of the US. How can I accept this from my vantage point of being locked in a seven feet by eleven feet prison cell?

While the marijuana purveyors carry on in their marijuana stores, the local county jails are busy identifying prisoners they can release if they determine they are not a danger to the community. Local jails are working to reduce jail populations to staunch the spread of coronavirus. All but violent offenders, including marijuana slingers, are being released, since they are not a threat to anyone. If marijuana proprietors are not a threat to the community, a community made up of the People of the US, why are taxpayers spending over $50,000 per year to keep me in this box?

A guy recently left here. He had been caught dumping his “Honey Wagon,” a tanker truck that sucks out septic tanks, along a dirt road in Kentucky. Wouldn’t you know it, that road was next to a dried up creek bed, and therefore a federal waterway. The US court sent him here for 30 months. Okay, the People of the US don’t want 10,000 pounds of poop lying next to their road. I get that.

Next, a guy down the corridor from me was playing with his new laser pointer one night and pointed it at a helicopter. He later learned it was a Homeland Security helicopter, and the fancy night vision equipment within recorded him standing in his backyard doing it. He’ll be here for the next 40 months. Even though the folks don’t want a pile of poop along their road, others don’t want a flash-blinded helicopter pilot over their houses. In contrast, though, depositing roadside excrement and illuminating helicopters are not essential businesses.

I’m not surprised that all these things are being done or by what the media says about it. Instead, I am befuddled over what is not asked. Thousands of prisoners awaiting trial have now been released from jails because they are of no threat. The truant query is why were taxpayers shelling out hard earned cash to hold them there in the first place? Indeed, if they are no danger to the county, why is so much effort being expended to send them to prison?

A sober peek at who is being held in our jails has resulted in thousands being released. Okay, some will commit new crimes upon being freed, but not the bulk of them. If they never really needed to be held in jail, why were they there? As a prisoner, I know most were jailed simply to keep them from having too much access to resources to prepare a vibrant, and too often poignant defense. Jail is a weapon wielded by the government. Until last month, by and large, the People of the US weren’t allowed oversight as to who is held in jail and why. The outside attention and review has resulted in massive changes to the US jail population.

The same who, what, and why questions should be cut and pasted atop the prison inmate population. About half of the 174,000 federal prisoners are drug offenders, and 17% of those are serving sentences related to marijuana distribution. Those 24,000 inmates conducted essential business—even if they didn’t have the opportunity to pay the requisite tax. This 60-year-old marijuana offender has consumed over $50,000 per year worth of housing, food, insulin, medical care, and more for over eighteen years. Aggregate the cost of prosecution and the People of the US have spent over a million dollars of their tax payments to keep this essential businessman in prison and away from his family and his tax-paying job.

When the People of the US are done scouring the jails for people better off released, I suggest they look closely at the 24,000 essential business people in federal prison.

Bill Gates and the Depopulation Agenda. Robert F. Kennedy Junior Calls for an Investigation – Global ResearchGlobal Research

Posted by M. C. on April 24, 2020

More eugenics.

https://www.globalresearch.ca/bill-gates-and-the-depopulation-agenda-robert-f-kennedy-junior-calls-for-an-investigation/5710021

For over twenty years Bill Gates and his Foundation, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) have been vaccinating foremost children by the millions in remote areas of poor countries, mostly Africa and Asia. Most of their vaccination program had disastrous results, causing the very illness (polio, for example in India) and sterilizing young women (Kenya, with modified tetanus vaccines). Many of the children died. Many of the programs were carried out with the backing of the WHO and – yes – the UN Agency responsible for the Protection of Children, UNICEF.

Most of these vaccination campaigns were implemented without the informed-consent of the children, parents, guardians or teachers, nor with the informed-consent, or with forged consent, of the respective government authorities. In the aftermath, The Gates Foundation was sued by governments around the world, Kenya, India, the Philippines – and more.

Bill Gates has a strange image of himself. He sees himself as The Messiah who saves the world through vaccination – and through population reduction.

Around the time, when the 2010 Rockefeller Report was issued, with its even more infamous “Lock Step” Scenario, precisely the scenario of which we are living the beginning right now, Bill Gates talked on a TED show in California, “Innovating to Zero” about the use of energy.

He used this TED presentation to promote his vaccination programs, literally saying, “If we are doing a real good job vaccinating childen, we can reduce the world population by 10% to 15%”.

This sounds very much like eugenics.

The video, the first 6’45”, “The Truth about Bill Gates and his Disastrous Vaccination Program”, will tell you all about it.

Robert F Kennedy Jr, an avid Defender of Children’s Rights and anti-vaccination activist, has launched a petition sent to the White House, calling for “Investigations into the ‘Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’ for Medical Malpractice & Crimes Against Humanity“

“At the forefront of this is Bill Gates, who has publicly stated his interest in “reducing population growth” by 10-15%, by means of vaccination. Gates, UNICEF & WHO have already been credibly accused of intentionally sterilizing Kenyan children through the use of a hidden HCG antigen in tetanus vaccines”. (Excerpt from text of Petition)

Robert. F. Kennedy Exposes Bill Gates’ Vaccination Agenda

Now Mr. Gates and his allies, including Big-Pharma, WHO, UNICEF, Dr. Anthony Fauci, Director of NIAID / NIH, a close ally of Mr. Gates  – and of course, Agenda ID2020, are proposing to (force) vaccinate 7 billion people around the globe, with their concoction of a (so far) untested coronavirus vaccine. This is a multi-billion dollar bonanza for  Big Pharma and for all those who support the vaccine. Nobody will really know what the vaccine cocktail will contain. They intend to start with the Global South (Developing Countries) and then gradually move North (Developed Countries).

Mind you, there is no need for a vaccine to cure the corona virus. There are many cures:

French Professor Didier Raoult, who is one of the world’s top 5 scientists on communicable diseases, suggested the use of hydroxychloroquine (Chloroquine or Plaquenil), a well-known, simple, and inexpensive drug, also used to fight Malaria, and that has shown efficacy with previous coronaviruses such as SARS.  By mid-February 2020, clinical trials at his institute and in China already confirmed that the drug could reduce the viral load and bring spectacular improvement. Chinese scientists published their first trials on more than 100 patients and announced that the Chinese National Health Commission would recommend Chloroquine in their new guidelines to treat Covid-19. Bats, Gene Editing and Bioweapons: Recent DARPA Experiments Raise Concerns Amid Coronavirus Outbreak

Posted by M. C. on April 24, 2020

Question Everything, Come To Your Own Conclusions

https://www.thelastamericanvagabond.com/top-news/bats-gene-editing-bioweapons-recent-darpa-experiments-raise-concerns-amid-coronavirus-outbreak/

Posted by Whitney Webb

DARPA recently spent millions on research involving bats and coronaviruses, as well as gene editing “bioweapons” prior to the recent coronavirus outbreak. Now, “strategic allies” of the agency have been chosen to develop a genetic material-based vaccine to halt the potential epidemic.

WASHINGTON D.C. – In recent weeks, concern over the emergence of a novel coronavirus in China has grown exponentially as media, experts and government officials around the world have openly worried that this new disease has the potential to develop into a global pandemic.

As concerns about the future of the ongoing outbreak have grown, so too have the number of theories speculating about the outbreak’s origin, many of which blame a variety of state actors and/or controversial billionaires. This has inevitably led to efforts to clamp down on “misinformation” related to the coronavirus outbreak from both mainstream media outlets and major social media platforms.

However, while many of these theories are clearly speculative, there is also verifiable evidence regarding the recent interest of one controversial U.S. government agency in novel coronaviruses, specifically those transmitted from bats to humans. That agency, the Pentagon’s Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA), began spending millions on such research in 2018 and some of those Pentagon-funded studies were conducted at known U.S. military bioweapons labs bordering China and resulted in the discovery of dozens of new coronavirus strains as recently as last April. Furthermore, the ties of the Pentagon’s main biodefense lab to a virology institute in Wuhan, China — where the current outbreak is believed to have begun — have been unreported in English language media thus far.

While it remains entirely unknown as to what caused the outbreak, the details of DARPA’s and the Pentagon’s recent experimentation are clearly in the public interest, especially considering that the very companies recently chosen to develop a vaccine to combat the coronavirus outbreak are themselves strategic allies of DARPA. Not only that, but these DARPA-backed companies are developing controversial DNA and mRNA vaccines for this particular coronavirus strain, a category of vaccine that has never previously been approved for human use in the United States.

Yet, as fears of the pandemic potential of coronavirus grow, these vaccines are set to be rushed to market for public use, making it important for the public to be aware of DARPA’s recent experiments on coronaviruses, bats and gene editing technologies and their broader implications.

Examining the recent Wuhan-Bioweapon narrative

As the coronavirus outbreak has come to dominate headlines in recent weeks, several media outlets have promoted claims that the reported epicenter of the outbreak in Wuhan, China was also the site of laboratories allegedly linked to a Chinese government biowarfare program.

However, upon further examination of the sourcing for this serious claim, these supposed links between the outbreak and an alleged Chinese bioweapons program have come from two highly dubious sources.

For instance, the first outlet to report on this claim was Radio Free Asia, the U.S.-government funded media outlet targeting Asian audiences that used to be run covertly by the CIA and named by the New York Times as a key part in the agency’s “worldwide propaganda network.” Though it is no longer run directly by the CIA, it is now managed by the government-funded Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG), which answers directly to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who was CIA director immediately prior to his current post at the head of the State Department.

In other words, Radio Free Asia and other BBG-managed media outlets are legal outlets for U.S. government propaganda. Notably, the long-standing ban on the domestic use of U.S. government propaganda on U.S. citizens was lifted in 2013, with the official justification of allowing the government to “effectively communicate in a credible way” and to better combat “al-Qaeda’s and other violent extremists’ influence.” Read the rest of this entry »

The One Certain Victor in the Pandemic War – LewRockwell

Posted by M. C. on April 24, 2020

Indeed, the one certain victor in the coronavirus pandemic war will likely be Big Government. As John Donne wrote, “No winter shall abate this spring’s increase.”

https://www.lewrockwell.com/2020/04/patrick-j-buchanan/the-one-certain-victor-in-the-pandemic-war/

By

“War is the health of the state,” wrote the progressive Randolph Bourne during the First World War, after which he succumbed to the Spanish flu.

America’s war on the coronavirus pandemic promises to be no exception to the axiom. However long this war requires, the gargantuan state will almost surely emerge triumphant.

Currently, the major expenditures of the U.S. government, as well as a growing share of total federal spending, are Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid.

None of these programs will be curtailed or reduced this year or next. And if the Democrats win in November, the nation will likely take a great leap forward – toward national health insurance.

Republicans are calling for a suspension until 2021 of payroll taxes used to finance Social Security and Medicare. While that would provide an economic stimulus, it would also blow a huge hole in federal revenue and further enlarge the deficit and national debt.

Even before the virus struck with full force in March, that deficit was projected at or near $1 trillion — not only for fiscal year 2020 but for every year of the new decade.

The next major item of the budget is defense, considered untouchable to the Republican Party. Hence a confident prediction: This generation will never again see a budget deficit smaller than $1 trillion.

Indeed, the $2 trillion lately voted on to save businesses and keep paychecks going to workers will lift the deficit for 2020 above $3 trillion.

As of March 1, 2020, the nation was at full employment, with the lowest jobless rates among women and minorities in our history.

Less than two months later, 26 million Americans are out of work.

These workers will soon begin picking up unemployment checks, a new burden on the federal budget, to which will be added the cost of expanding food stamps, rent supplements and welfare payments.

Consider education.

Though Harvard, with its $41 billion endowment, was shamed into returning the $8.7 million in bailout money coming its way, does anyone believe the stream of U.S. revenue going into higher education will ever fall back to what it was before the pandemic?

As for that $1.5 trillion in student loan debt, is it more likely that vast sum will be paid back by those who incurred the debt, or that it will be piled atop the federal debt?

Congress has already voted to bail out our stressed hospitals.

Now, standing patiently in line for their bailouts, are the states — and America’s cities and counties. These governmental units are virtually all certain to face falling tax revenue and expanded social demands, leading to exploding deficits.

Their case: You bailed out the businesses and the hospitals. What about us? When does our turn come?

Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, anticipating the mammoth bill for bailing out states and cities, has suggested that governments be allowed to use bankruptcy laws to write down and write off their debts.

Probably not going to happen.

Recall what happened when President Gerald Ford told New York City that Uncle Sam was not going to bail out the Big Apple. “Ford to City: Drop Dead!” was the famous headline splashed across the front page of the New York Daily News.

Ford recanted but did not recover. His perceived callousness in the face of New York City’s crisis — though that fiscal crisis was entirely of the city’s own making — factored into his defeat by Jimmy Carter.

Donald Trump is not going to give Red State governors facing gaping budget deficits because of the coronavirus crisis the wet mitten across the face. For his political future will be decided by those states.

Still, the cost of bailing them out promises to be enormous and to create a precedent for bailouts without end.

Then there is the clamor, already begun, from, and on behalf of, the Third World. The IMF, World Bank and the West, it is said, have a moral obligation to replace revenue shortfalls these nations are facing from lost remittances from their workers in the developed world.

There is talk of hundreds of billions of dollars in monetary transfers from the world’s North to the world’s South.

Anti-tax activist Grover Norquist once famously declared: “I don’t want to abolish government. I simply want to reduce it to the size where I can drag it into the bathroom and drown it in the bathtub.”

What is more likely to be drowned in that bathtub is the philosophy: “That government governs best which governs least.”

What is more likely to be drowned in that bathtub is the philosophy that champions small government, the primacy of the private sector, a belief in “pay as you go,” and that “balanced budgets” are the ideal.

Call it Robert Taft conservatism. Today, it appears irrelevant.

Indeed, the one certain victor in the coronavirus pandemic war will likely be Big Government. As John Donne wrote, “No winter shall abate this spring’s increase.”

According to CDC Data, It’s Not COVID-19 Coronavirus That Is Causing All the Severe Lung Deaths – LewRockwell

Posted by M. C. on April 24, 2020

https://www.lewrockwell.com/2020/04/no_author/according-to-cdc-data-its-not-covid-19-coronavirus-that-is-causing-all-the-severe-lung-deaths/

By Bill Sardi

Examine the maps below.  They show the States where COVID-19 cases occur which correlates with where tuberculosis of the lungs is prevalent.  Either of two conclusions can be made from these maps:

1) Either people living in these States have weak immunity and therefore are likely to develop COVID-19 coronavirus or tuberculosis, or both; and/or

2) The fact most cases of lung pathology occur along the southern border and New York City, where immigrants enter the country, typically with dormant or latent cases of TB.  TB may be an uninvestigated co-morbidity that is causing many deaths attributed to COVID-19 coronavirus.

In the next graphic (below) the top chart indicates mortality from pneumonia and influenza only for 2016-2020 with a dramatic up-spike (red line) in early 2020.  The bottom chart displays data for total deaths from COVID-19 coronavirus in addition to pneumonia and influenza for Oct. 2015-April 2020 with a sharp increase in the third and fourth months of 2020 (red line).  When both charts are compared, it is obvious that the reported increase in deaths is largely due to pneumonia or influenza, not COVID-19.
