Biden’s Incompetent Presidency – A Feature, Not a Bug

Posted by M. C. on November 22, 2021

That is the hardest red pill to swallow in the end for too many at this point. The incompetence of the Biden Administration is itself a lie. These people have an agenda and a goal and they have moved with assiduous speed and deftness to implement that agenda.

They are not incompetent, but rather hyper-competent… at being vandals.

and it tells you who is in charge when the CIA is sent in to mop up the state department’s mess.

Author: Tom Luongo

I won’t blame anyone if they are confused by the actions of the Biden Administration. To any rational person they beggar belief. If these people are supposed to work for the betterment of all Americans how can they act in such openly hypocritical ways?

The first of many executive orders Biden signed on day one of his Presidency was cancel the Keystone XL pipeline. We can argue all day about whether we need Keystone or not. But the market is telling you that we do.

When Biden signed that EO oil closed at $53.13 per barrel. Natural Gas was $2.49 per million BTU and the national averages for gasoline and diesel fuel were $2.379 and $2.696 per gallon.

Today those numbers are $76.10, $5.109, $3.399 and $3.734. In the case of crude oil and natural gas, those numbers are 20% below their peak at the beginning of the month.

Instead of improving the domestic production environment or working with international leaders to improve the global supply and demand mismatch, Biden and company doubled down trying to get the Enbridge No. 5 pipeline from Canada shut down to starve the Great Lakes region of energy this winter.

Now, having stayed the course on Trump’s ridiculous treatment of Venezuela and further deteriorating our relationship with Russia we are now not only more dependent on foreign oil than we’ve been in years but we’re actually more dependent on Russian oilthan we’ve ever been.

As a fleet of Russian ships steam their way across the Atlantic, not full of hard-assed, stone-faced Russian marines and Spetsnaz troops, but millions of barrels of Urals grade medium sour to feed those Gulf Coast refineries Venezuela used to keep filled.

I wonder if we pay for that oil with petrorubles. If I were President Putin, I would demand that just for the lulz.

After four years of President Trump’s overly belligerent foreign policy towards China Biden’s team of ‘diplomats’ committed gaffe after gaffe with our biggest trade partner and rival. First at the summit in Anchorage and then multiple times over handling the sensitive issue of Taiwan.

Now, after a series of terrible phone calls, cables and visits by U.S. officials to the Pacific region we are treated to this:

A U.S. effort to show unity between two of its closest allies backfired, after Japanese and South Korean officials walked out and left the No. 2 American diplomat to face reporters on her own https://t.co/EuAiRu43jM— Bloomberg Politics (@bpolitics) November 18, 2021

When the protocol-obsessed Japanese and Koreans, whose safety you are supposed to guarantee, refuse to share a stage with you, you basically suck the sweat off a dead man’s balls (H/T Lt. Garlic!).

On relations with Russia, one day they are sending Arch Neocon Victoria Nuland to Moscow who then declares for the first time by a U.S. official that the Minsk agreements the only way forward for Ukraine. The next Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin is in Kiev vowing to assist Ukraine in bringing the breakaway republics of the Donbass back under Kiev’s control.

A position reaffirmed by top brass in NATO and the European Union.

Only to have CIA Director William Burns rush back over to try and smooth the Kremlin’s ruffled feathers, mostly to no avail.

Watch “Got Gas? Biden’s Big Oil Blunder!” on YouTube

Posted by M. C. on November 10, 2021

With gasoline and diesel prices at a seven year high and inflation raging, the Biden Administration’s plummet in the polls continues. The lofty aspirations of those pushing a “green agenda” – with shutdowns of pipelines – is meeting the hard reality of a country on the economic brink. Who will blink? Also today: Dissent within Fauci’s ranks, State Farm stands up for Aaron Rodgers, and MASSIVE Los Angeles protest against vax mandate.

Watch “Biden Doubles Down: ‘Your Jab Or Your Job!'” on YouTube\

Posted by M. C. on November 5, 2021

Seemingly unaware of the pummeling his party took at the polls this week, President Biden is doubling down on his “mandate” that American workers must take the covid shot or be fired. Lockdown politicians from Seattle to Virginia were tossed out – even almost the lockdown governor of New Jersey – by the same voters Biden has declared war on. Meanwhile, in formerly lockdown Canada Ontario and Quebec announced an end to mandatory vaccines for health workers.

‘Build Back… You Know, The Thing’: Americans Have No Idea What’s In Biden’s Economic Plan | ZeroHedge

Posted by M. C. on October 24, 2021

What’s more, “Not even Congress knows what the bill would accomplish, with the contents of the plan changing day-by-day as Democrats squabble over how much it should spend, who it should benefit and who should pay for it.”

https://www.zerohedge.com/political/build-back-you-know-thing-americans-have-no-idea-whats-bidens-economic-plan

by Tyler Durden

While Congressional Democrats spar over the ultimate size of President Biden’s “Build Back Better” economic plan, Bloomberg astutely points out that Americans have no clue what they’re signing up for with their tax dollars. In fact, according to a CBS News poll published Oct. 10, just 10% of Americans say they know the specifics of the bill, while only 1/3 think it would benefit them directly. What’s more, “Not even Congress knows what the bill would accomplish, with the contents of the plan changing day-by-day as Democrats squabble over how much it should spend, who it should benefit and who should pay for it.”

For example, on Tuesday, the White House suggested it would jettison free community college. The next day, Democrats were focused on proposed tax hikes after moderate Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) put her foot down over corporate and personal tax rates. In an attempt to provide some clarity (don’t hold your breath), Biden on Thursday night held a CNN town hall-style event (on the same night as Dune’s US release). In short, their messaging sucks.”I will state the obvious, but they need to shift the focus away from process to policy. So far, the coverage around their proposal is all around Democratic divisions, which inevitably makes it impossible to sell,” said former Marco Rubio communications director, Alex Conant. “Frankly, they need to talk about what their goals are,” he added. “Why is this necessary?”Republicans, on the other hand, are clear on their messaging; “Massive government spending leads to massive tax hikes,” according to GOP strategist Ron Bonjean. “When you have a shifting number and shifting programs, it becomes confusing to follow.”

Instead of focusing on the legislation’s new investments in child care, the elderly, education, healthcare and climate change, Democratic lawmakers have openly haggled over the price tag. A standoff between the party’s progressive and centrist factions has created cable news-ready drama.“Given how much is wrapped up in this package, it was always going to be a long and intense negotiation,”  said Ben LaBolt, a former spokesperson for President Barack Obama. “One way to start is to build the case for the way this will help middle class families and focus the public on those conversations, while at the same time preserving room for the closed-door negotiations to bring all of the elements of the party together for the biggest, most comprehensive approach possible.” -Bloomberg

In a Wednesday speech in Scranton, PA, Biden tried – and failed – to  convey how his economic agenda would help working class families – by intermingling stories about growing up in the area and programs contained in the legislation.”Frankly, they’re about more than giving working families a break; they’re about positioning our country to compete in the long haul,” said Biden, doing his usual poor job of reading a teleprompter. “Economists left, right, and center agree.”Meanwhile, Biden – let’s face it, Biden’s ‘advisers’ have failed to ink a final compromise between warring factions of Democrats. For the Build Back Better plan to pass, every single Senate Democrat must be on board. As moderates Sinema and Joe Manchin (D-WV) balk on the price tag and demanding deep cuts, progressive House Democrats are sure to similarly balk at passing the smaller, $1.2 trillion infrastructure package that’s already passed the Senate.

While advocacy groups have started to spend heavily to promote policies in the plan, most of the discussion remains centered on its cost.Biden’s advisers are banking on the presumption that ordinary Americans don’t pay much attention to the machinations of everyday Washington. Much as they were during the presidential campaign, the president’s aides are largely dismissive of what they call horse-race stories. But Biden’s team had a much easier time selling his pandemic relief legislation, the American Rescue Plan, in March, with its convenient focus on three clear issues — money for vaccines, money to re-open schools and checks sent directly to American households. -Bloomberg

They haven’t laid out why we need this, other than Democrats are in power now and aren’t going to have it again for a long time,” said Conant.Good luck with that.

Watch “Biden’s Mad Mandate Is Ripping The Country To Shreds” on YouTube

Nuclear scientists dismissed. First responders booted. Doctors and nurses axed. Pilots put on leave. And Biden’s “mandate” has not even been promulgated by OSHA. The country is being ripped apart…and that may be just what they want. Meanwhile, Biden’s numbers continue an express elevator downward. What’s the end game?

Republicans Warn Biden’s IRS $600 Disclosure Plan Could Lead To “Surveillance State” | ZeroHedge

COULD lead!!!!

Authored by Masooma Haq via The Epoch Times,

Republicans are sounding the alarm over a proposal tucked inside the Democrats’ 2,500-page $3.5 trillion Build Back Better Act that would expand the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and allow the agency to have access to any bank transaction of $600 or more.

The proposal would give the IRS further access to anyone’s financial information, which Republicans say amounts to federal overreach and a “surveillance state.”

“How can you possibly justify to the American people that the IRS should be snooping around in their bank, retirement, or investment accounts,” said Sen. Rick Scott (R-Fla.) said on Oct. 7 from the Senate floor.“There’s only one explanation, and it’s simply terrifying: The Democrats want to control how you spend your money.”

“I want to be very clear what President [Joe] Biden’s proposing here is as close to policy from communist China that we’ve seen in the United States,” Scott added.

“In oppressive regimes like Cuba and communist China we’ve come to expect the surveillance state, where the government has access to every part of a person’s life. Now Joe Biden wants to bring that to America.”

Rep. David Kustoff (R-Tenn.) during a Sept. 30 House oversight hearing questioned U.S. Secretary of Treasury Janet Yellen about the new policy of increasing the number of IRS agents and the IRS’s ability to monitor low-level transactions.

“We have proposed both augmenting the resources of the IRS so that it can hire qualified auditors and augmenting the information flow so that the IRS gets insight opaque sources of income, and both together we believe can serve to greatly address the $7 trillion estimated tax gap that we’ll see in this country,” said Yellen.

When pressed by Kustoff about the $600 dollar disclosure policy, Yellen defended the new plan.

I don’t believe it’s an invasion of privacy and look, the IRS gets a great deal of information that it needs in order to make sure the taxpayers comply with the tax code,” Yellen said.

Rep. Richard Neal (D-Mass.), chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, has praised the $80 billion investment in the IRS and the agency’s ability to access small bank transactions, saying Democrats want to ensure tax fairness and to make sure the wealthy do not dodge their tax obligation under the new tax plan.Sen. Mitch McConnell said he opposes the new tax plan in the Democrats’ budget of $80 billion of funding for the IRS.

“They want to finance their spending spree by effectively treating every ordinary American as if they were under IRS audit,” said McConnell.“I must have forgotten when the president campaigned on giving everybody their own audit!”

Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Ala.) urged the Senate to pass his legislation, the Protecting Financial Privacy Act (S.2953), which would prevent the IRS from accessing financial transaction data of their customers, building on a pre-existing law, the Bank Secrecy Act.“The bulk data collection they are proposing will do nothing to close the so-called tax gap,” said Tuberville in a press statement released Oct. 7. “All it does is violate the liberty of every freedom-loving American who values their financial privacy.”

Biden Tells Supreme Court That Publicly Documented Torture Is a State Secret

Posted by M. C. on October 12, 2021

In 2016, Margulies said that Abu Zubaydah is “the poster child for the torture program, and that’s why they never want him to be heard from again.”

Human Rights and Global Wrongs

When Abu Zubaydah was apprehended in Pakistan in 2002, the George W. Bush administration falsely characterized him as chief of operations for al-Qaeda and Osama bin Laden’s number three man. For the next four years, the CIA sent Zubaydah to its “black sites” in Thailand and Poland where he was viciously tortured. In 2006, Zubaydah was taken to Guantánamo, where he remains to this day. He has never been charged with a crime.

The torture of Abu Zubaydah is thoroughly documented in the 2014 report of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence. In fact, several of the justices at the October 6 Supreme Court oral argument in United States v. Zubaydah referred to his treatment as “torture.”

Zubaydah’s lawyers detailed the torture he suffered in their brief (which referenced the Senate torture report) as follows:

On 83 different occasions in a single month of 2002, he was strapped to an inclined board with his head lower than his feet while CIA contractors poured water up his nose and down his throat, bringing him within sight of death. He was handcuffed and repeatedly slammed into walls, and suspended naked from hooks in the ceiling for hours at a time. He was forced to remain awake for eleven consecutive days, and doused again and again with cold water when he collapsed into sleep. He was forced into a tall, narrow box the size of a coffin, and crammed into another box that would nearly fit under a chair, where he was left for hours. He was subjected to a particularly grotesque humiliation described by the CIA as “rectal rehydration.”

Nevertheless, the Biden administration told the high court that Zubaydah’s well-known torture is a “state secret” because former CIA Director Mike Pompeo said publicizing it would harm national security. Thus, Solicitor General Brian Fletcher argued, the two contractors who orchestrated Zubaydah’s torture in Poland should not be permitted to testify in a Polish court’s criminal investigation into the treatment of Zubaydah.

But as Justice Elena Kagan said, “At a certain point, it becomes a little farcical, this idea of the assertion of a privilege, doesn’t it? I mean, if everybody knows what you’re asserting privilege on, like, what exactly does this privilege.… It’s not a state secrets privilege anymore.”

Pelosi Pulls the Vote – Resistance is NOT Futile | Armstrong Economics

Posted by M. C. on October 2, 2021

I have worked with politicians for 40 years. Never in my entire life have I witnessed such a totally irresponsible crop who think taking money in their back pocket to do the bidding of others behind the curtain will lead to a world where they can live the high life. Their dreams are corrupt, as Pelosi’s husband rakes in millions on his Big Tech stocks on inside information.

by Martin Armstrong

The wicked witch of the West and all her flying monkeys could not push this insane $3.5 trillion spending spree that they think will buy votes for the Democrats at the expense of the nation. Pelosi had to pull the vote because there is resistance within her own party. I have been stating that I have seen firsthand resistance among the Democrats to this wild agenda. The conservative Democrats are starting to stand up, proving, at last, the Resistance is Not Futile.

Pelosi was born on March 26, 1940. She is 81, Fauci is 80, and Biden is a bit younger at 78. Even Yahoo News is starting to see what is taking place. Have they suddenly become a right-wing conspiracy chaser for simply looking at what these people are doing to the country? The title today:

“What Happened to ‘Honest Joe’? President Joe Biden’s Promises are Turning into Lies.”

The broader agenda here is not going to prevail. This is really treason, and they are so greedy that they are only looking at the immediate money dangling in front of them. They are probably ignorant of the end game that wants to end the United States and propel the United Nations to rule the world and end democracy, as they have already achieved in Europe.

Support The Troops? Biden Demands Dishonorable Discharge For Vax Refusers!

Posted by M. C. on September 23, 2021

The Biden Administration is demanding that members of the US military who refuse the covid shot be DISHONORABLY discharged! The Administration is also taking aim at military members who prefer to pass on the vax because they have natural immunity from a previous infection. Is this about discipline…or about a political purge of the military? Also today: cancer deaths in UK will skyrocket due to covid lockdowns and care restrictions. Do the world covid elites have an endgame now that their narrative has failed?
