CIA’s Afghan Forces Terrorize the Public, Undermine Trust – News From Antiwar.com

Forever War

60 years later and still winning hearts and minds by burning down villages.

Jason Ditz

17 years into the US war in Afghanistan, various administrations have tried myriad different strategies to try to win the war, many of them involving recruiting local groups. While the Pentagon’s various allies have had well-documented problems, they’re nothing compared to the CIA.

Clandestine and playing fast and loose with the rules, the CIA’s own Afghan forces, various bands of local gunmen with some nominal training, have missions to do, and very little in the way of rules of engagement.

Being told to “search for militants” is all but blanket permission to raid and loot random homes. One survivor of such a raid describes the fighters taking him away for questioning. After they took him, they killed his two brothers and sister-in-law, then burned the house to the ground, killing his 3-year-old daughter.

Provincial officials were deeply critical of the “atrocity,” saying the raid targeted an innocent man. With the CIA’s seal of approval attached to it, however, there is very little that local or even Afghan government officials could do about it…

Blessed Are The Warmongers – PaulCraigRoberts.org

Posted by M. C. on December 29, 2018

It is peace that is declared to be the threat. Even in Russia Putin’s restrained response to provocations has lowered his approval rating.

Paul Craig Roberts

As life on planet Earth enters its recorded year of 2019 the world has only one leader. He is Vladimir Putin, President of Russia. There are in office nowhere in the West any real leaders, only servants of the Oligarchy and vassals of the servants. Donald Trump intended to be otherwise and might yet break out of the orchestrated existence the military/security complex, Democratic Party and presstitute media have created for him.

Putin’s humanity and self-control, has maintained peace despite Washington’s aggression and provocative actions against Russia. It is Putin who has accepted insults that in the past would have resulted in war… Read the rest of this entry »

Influencing Foreigners Is What Intelligence Agencies Do

Posted by M. C. on December 22, 2018

The second story, much less reported in the US media, relates to how the British intelligence services have been running their own disinformation operations against Russia, also using social networks and the internet.

The CIA has been spreading disinformation using paid journalists and arranging foreign elections since 1947.

Not to mention CIA wholesale assassination and government overthrow.

https://www.strategic-culture.org/news/2018/12/20/influencing-foreigners-is-what-intelligence-agencies-do.html

Philip M. GIRALDI

The Russian story is part of the continuing saga of Russiagate. On Monday, the Senate Intelligence Committee released two reports on Russian operations before during and after the 2016 election to influence targeted groups, to include African-Americans, evangelical Christians and Second Amendment supporters to confuse voters about what the candidates stood for. Russia Internet Research Agency, headed by Yevgeny V. Prigozhin, alleged to be a friend of President Vladimir Putin, reportedly coordinated the effort.

The New York Times, slanted in its coverage of the story, claiming that Moscow was “weaponizing” social media and that it was intended to support the candidacy of Donald Trump who “had a Russian blind spot and an army of supporters willing to believe convenient lies and half-truths.” They also dubbed it “a singular act of aggression that ushered in an era of extended conflict.” Of course, one might note that in 2016 the Times itself had a blind spot regarding Hillary Clinton compounded by a bias against Trump and his “deplorable” supporters, while one must also point out that Russian intentions are unknowable unless one were a fly on the wall inside the Kremlin when the US election was under discussion, so one might conclude that the newspaper is itself spreading something like disinformation.

It is undoubtedly true that Russia had a vital national interest in opposing Clinton, whose malevolent intentions towards Moscow were well known. It is also undoubtedly true that there was a campaign of manipulation of social networks by the Kremlin and its proxies to influence readers and also to assess the development of the two major party campaigns. The FBI Manufactured ‘302s’ before Mueller

Posted by M. C. on December 19, 2018

https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2018/12/the_fbi_manufactured_302s_before_mueller.html

By Jack Cashill

The FBI calls its report of a given interview a “302.” This Luddite insistence on a written summary in the age of easy voice recording opens the door to all manner of misinterpretation.

In the case of the 302 that recreated the initial interview with Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn in January 2017, that misinterpretation may not be innocent. To have any value, a 302 must be prepared within five days of the actual interview. That is FBI protocol as well. Last week, when Judge Emmett Sullivan ordered the Robert Mueller legal team to turn over the 302 for the Flynn interview, however, Mueller produced a 302 prepared seven months after the interview.

As Sidney Powell observes in the Daily Caller, there is ample evidence in the infamous Lisa Page-Peter Strzok texts and in the most recent Mueller filing that the FBI had prepared a 302 in a timely fashion. Strzok, in fact, conducted the original interview. That original 302 apparently has been lost or destroyed.

This is not the first time that the FBI — or some entity with power over the FBI — has manufactured a 302 in a politically sensitive case. In the case of TWA Flight 800, the 747 destroyed off the coast of Long Island in July 1996, the FBI and/or CIA manufactured second interviews with the three most critical eyewitnesses.

In fact, the CIA built its infamous “zoom climb” animation around a fully imaginary second interview with Mike Wire, “the man on the bridge.” In Wire’s case, no second 302 was put in his file, but someone did put counterfeit 302s in the files of other two key witnesses. Newly-Released MKUltra Docs: The CIA Made Remote-Controlled Dogs With Brain Surgery

Posted by M. C. on December 11, 2018

The ultimate goal is to make YOU roll over.

Looks like someone feels government schools aren’t getting the job done.

Profile picture for user Tyler Durden
The Central Intelligence Agency made six remote-controlled dogs as a part of their MKULTRA “behavior modification” or mind control program.  Using brain surgery, newly requested documents show that the dogs were “field operational” and controlled by human beings.

The documents were provided under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) by  The Black Vault founder, John Greenewald. According to a report by Newsweek, The Black Vault specializes in declassified government records. In one declassified letter (released as file C00021825) a redacted individual writes to a doctor (whose name has also been redacted) with advice about launching a laboratory for experiments in animal mind control. The writer of the letter is already an expert in the field, whose earlier work had culminated with the creation of six remote control dogs, which could be made to run, turn, and stop.

“As you know, I spent about three years working in the research area of rewarding electrical stimulation of the brain,” the individual writes.

In the laboratory, we performed a number of experiments with rats; in the open field, we employed dogs of several breeds.

As if their mind control experiments on humans were not disturbing enough, the CIA also admits that the goal was to control the behavior of a dog.

The “Father of the Hydrogen Bomb” Edward Teller Refuses To Talk About Bob Lazar – Collective Evolution

IN BRIEF

  • The Facts:Edward Teller, the father of the Hydrogen Bomb, has worked in the highest level of security clearances in existence. The secrets this man knows are many, which is why it was interesting when he did not deny knowing UFO whistleblower, Bob Lazar.
  • Reflect On:In Ufology, there is a great deal of evidence. Some from eye witness, some from whistleblowers and some from researchers. We must always take stories with a grain of salt, but in Lazar’s case, it appears there is an all-out effort to silence him.

The infamous “Area 51” is no longer a conspiracy theory. It became obvious that the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) officially declassified its existence as a place where the military tested classified, secretive and extremely advanced aerial technology. That being said, research has shown that multiple military bases, underground as well as at the bottom of the ocean could be taking in large portions of our tax dollars via the Black Budget. You can read more about that phenomenon and see some examples here.

A lot of people don’t know that their money is being used to fund ‘off the books’ Special Access Programs (SAPs) that have no oversight from Congress. These programs are taking in trillions of dollars, as recently uncovered by a Michigan State professor, among others. You can read more about that here. Read the rest of this entry »

George H.W. Bush, the CIA and a Case of State-Sponsored Terrorism – Consortiumnews

Posted by M. C. on December 3, 2018

(Solemnly with a tear) George H. W. Bush was a great diplomat.

Don’t be fooled by the kind words. Bush was a typical inhabitant of the deep state/Military/industrial/bankster swamp.

He was a tool, then head of, the CIA. You don’t get much deeper in the muck than that.

He helped kill half a million kids in Iraq. I doubt you will hear this mentioned during the eulogy.

I am no JFK assassination buff but Bush angle and Bush phone calls have always peaked my interest.

See this: https://www.dailykos.com/stories/2005/3/18/100364/-

So we have George H. W. Bush telling the FBI that he did not know the source of the information but knew that a John Bircher named James Parrott, who was the same age as Lee Harvey Oswald (24), wanted to kill President Kennedy in Houston. Bush did not know much about Parrott but gave the name of two Republican Party officials in Houston. Of course, Bush’s Zapata Off-Shore Drilling Company had been a CIA front since 1960 and had supplied the Bay of Pigs invasion (code named “Zapata”) force with two of his company’s ex-U.S. Navy landing craft, renamed the “Barbara J” and the “Houston.” In any case, Bush’s phone call to the FBI was a false lead, and Parrott was cleared.

However, Bush’s phone call creates more questions about him than about Parrott…

Ex-CIA Officer: UK NGO Used for Covert Ops Allows London ‘Plausible Deniability’ – Sputnik International

Posted by M. C. on November 27, 2018

When you hear about an NGO with Aid, Democracy or Freedom as part of it’s name…they are likely a US foreign policy tool. Foreign policy as in government overthrow, the occasional assassination and CIA drug running to finance black ops.

https://sputniknews.com/analysis/201811241070086444-uk-russia-covertops-integrity-project/

UK intelligence chieftains ran a global hybrid warfare program out of a non-governmental organization (NGO) to provide London with plausible deniability in case the scheme was exposed, former CIA officer Philip Giraldi told Sputnik.

“This is undoubtedly a covertly funded front NGO carrying out media and agent of influence manipulation that is actually being run out of the embassies’ intel shops,” Giraldi, who also served in US Army counter-intelligence, said on Friday. “Using an NGO provides plausible deniability when the activity is revealed.”

Such activities were often carried out to get decisions made by the local governments that are favorable to perceived British interests, Giraldi explained.

“Every intelligence agency worth its salt does the same thing to a greater or lesser degree, including Russia, China and the USA,” Giraldi said.

The Anonymous hacktivist collective earlier published a batch of documents that exposed the UK’s global information secret service operation in Europe, the United States and Canada whose stated goal is to counter Russia. The hacker group claimed that Integrity Initiative, a London-based think tank, acted as a hub for the UK secret service operation.

Anonymous also reported that the UK program funded Kremlin critic Bill Browder and Vladimir Ashurkov, an associate of Russian opposition activist Alexey Navalny…

CIA’s ‘surveillance state’ is operating against us all | TheHill

Posted by M. C. on November 26, 2018

https://thehill.com/opinion/national-security/414804-surveillance-state-is-alive-well-and-operating-against-us-all

BY SHARYL ATTKISSON

Maybe you once thought the CIA wasn’t supposed to spy on Americans here in the United States.

That concept is so yesteryear.

Over time, the CIA upper echelon has secretly developed all kinds of policy statements and legal rationales to justify routine, widespread surveillance on U.S. soil of citizens who aren’t suspected of terrorism or being a spy.

The latest outrage is found in newly declassified documents from 2014. They reveal the CIA not only intercepted emails of U.S. citizens but they were emails of the most sensitive kind — written to Congress and involving whistleblowers reporting alleged wrongdoing within the Intelligence Community.

The disclosures, kept secret until now, are two letters of “congressional notification” from the Intelligence Community inspector general at the time, Charles McCullough. He stated that during “routine counterintelligence monitoring of government computer systems,” the CIA collected emails between congressional staff and the CIA’s head of whistleblowing and source protection… Read the rest of this entry »

The Curious Death of Adlai Stevenson – LewRockwell

Posted by M. C. on October 24, 2018

In the summer of 1965, one of President Johnson’s most secretive plots—in collaboration with Israeli leaders—was well underway: A plan to join Israel in a long-planned war with their neighbors, Egypt, Jordan and Syria, a supposedly “spontaneous war” scheduled well in advance for June 15, 1967 (that would be inadvertently jump-started ten days early).

https://www.lewrockwell.com/2018/10/phillip-f-nelson/the-curious-circumstances-of-adlai-stevensons-1965-death-was-he-the-victim-of-lbjs-manipulations/

By

From the beginning of the last half of the 20th Century through the recent past, several national leaders have died at suspiciously-critical points in their careers, many by heart attacks which were presumed, but conveniently never subjected to autopsy confirmation.  The ones occurring prior to January 20, 1969, the end of his presidency (even up to his death four years later) might have been added to the official “hit list” by the most likely culprit for such terminations, President Lyndon B. Johnson.

Despite the fact that he had never been caught “red-handed” for any murders, there are numerous cases—still open and unresolved—of which he has been accused of being the sole, or primary instigator.  Among the accusers, the late Texas Ranger (later U.S. Marshal) Clint Peoples, one of the most honored, respected and impeccably credentialed of Texas lawmen, had pursued a number of such leads (including JFK’s assassination) for decades, always impeded by Johnson’s gossamer web of political, law enforcement and judiciary connections throughout the state and nation.

In 1984 (when Johnson had been dead for over a decade) Peoples convinced a Texas grand jury to change the cause of death of one of those victims, Henry Marshall—who in 1961 had been viciously beaten to death, forced to inhale a lethal dose of carbon monoxide and shot five times in his chest—from “suicide” to “homicide.”  That Johnson was able to have that absurd “C.O.D.” stick, for twenty-three years, is the best illustration of his political power within Texas throughout his reign and for many years afterward.
