It’s The Government Martha

Posted by M. C. on December 30, 2016

Today I had a silly exchange with a commenter on Aussieconservative who didn’t care for my opinion of Benjamin Netanyahu nor the Israeli government. While making up things I said and he said I was accused of anti-semitism. I sarcastically accused this person of being an Israeli troll.

I give myself too much credit in that respect.  I am more concerned with my own government than the Aussie equivalent of AIPAC. Which cleverly leads us to my point.

I believe those criticizing say Israel, Germany, the US et al speak of governments, not the mundane citizen.

It is government and it’s lapdog media that convince young people invading countries on the other side of the planet that have not attacked US or droning wedding parties protects our freedom at home.

When is the last time the MSM allowed Seymour Hersch to be heard? Read the rest of this entry »

Bibi Told Nope – LewRockwell

Anyone thinking there is a glimmer of hope Israel will agree to a two state solution is delusional. I don’t know why Bibi is so worried about what the UN thinks, it is a waste of time. The US however bankrolls the settlements. Money is fungible.

Barack Backhands Bibi – Antiwar.com Original by — Antiwar.com

Why Obama doesn’t luck Bibi’s boots like Congress is a welcome mystery. Remember when Netanyahu said he had the US in his back pocket? Israel is as great a destabilizing force as Al Qaeda.

Bibi Netanyahu’s Worst Nightmare Is Coming True

Posted by M. C. on January 17, 2016

Iran is divesting themselves of nuclear material and centrifuges. Our national intelligence estimates have told us Iran has not been working towards nuclear weapons since 2003 or so. Iran is following all the rules. They are getting their money back and sanctions lifted.

As we have mentioned in the past The Haaretz reported Bibi Netanyahu as telling the Knesset that his fear wasn’t that Iran would not meet disarmament requirements but that they would. Uh oh! Read the rest of this entry »

Who is the Real Commander in Chief-William Kristol, Benjamin Netanyahu or Obama?

Posted by M. C. on April 7, 2012

I agree with Robert Cogan’s recent Erie Times letter arguing that an attack on Iran is not in our interest. I say it is hardly necessary by anyone. Another ineptly conceived and implemented war and the resulting sky rocketing oil prices won’t do us any good. One can read where the 2007 National Intelligence Estimates and the CIA say Iran stopped any nuclear weapon research 10 years ago. Read the rest of this entry »

Hey Erie Times-Take off the desert rose colored glasses

Posted by M. C. on September 27, 2011

Pat Cuneo had the human interest column in today’s Erie Time Viewpoint page.  He is really steamed over some Republicans “undermining the Obama administration’s peace efforts between Israel and Palestine”.  I just don’t know where to start. Pat, I hate to let you down but ninety nine per cent of Congress doesn’t do anything Israel doesn’t want.  Read the rest of this entry »
