Google Glass-Comic Book X- Ray Glasses That Really Work…Why You Should Feel Naked

Posted by M. C. on July 17, 2013

The Erie Times-News recently had an article describing how three local people were chosen as beta testers for Google Glass.  As a comic book reader in my youth I recall the ads for x-ray glasses with the spiral shapes on the lenses.  That is what I think of when I hear of Google Glass.

The testers were given twenty minutes of training by Google.  No mention was made in the article about any data banking issues in Google training or by the testers themselves.  One problem is the data is probably being collected automatically with the user not being aware.  The guilt factor is lessened assuming there was some guilt there to begin with.  Here is my response-

Today’s front page describes how a local teacher, student and businessperson are beta testing Google Glass. When you meet Google Glass wearers on the street ask:

Am I being photographed, video or voice recorded? Read the rest of this entry »

Bush, Obama, Clapper and the NSA-Lying Liars and Their Lies-The Bright Side

Fisa court oversight: a look inside a secret and empty process

If there can be bright side to the NSA revelations it is when Obama and Clapper tell another whopper and the lie is exposed within a few days.   It has been happening like clockwork.  When criminals like these are caught I often do not what makes me more disgusted, the crime or how stupid the culprit was in getting caught.

Obama and Clapper are not stupid, they just don’t care.  They think the unwashed masses will just buy their line.  Most do unfortunately.  Hopefully that will be changing with the growing abandonment of mainstream media use of the internet.

The bright light has been cast yet again by Glenn Greenwald and the Guardian.  Glenn hold wasn’t kidding when he said there is much more to come. Read the rest of this entry »

Through the Looking Glass

Posted by M. C. on March 23, 2013

It won’t be long now.  You will be able to look at someone and know their name, address, whatever.  You will know what they are reading.  Nook and Kindle know in real-time now.  You will know where they have been.  Soon you may even know what the other person is thinking if the military has it way.

He will know he same about you.  So will the FBI, CIA, DHS, state police, local police, IRS, USPS, ATF, SEC, SS, UN, your employer……..

The internet is no longer an information web.  It is a surveillance web.  Like the man says here. Read the rest of this entry »

Second Amendment How and Why. What Can Happen When the Citizenry Is Made Vulnerable.

Posted by M. C. on December 26, 2012

Most do not appreciate that the second the Second Amendment has nothing to do with hunting nor protection in the street mugger context.  It is about protecting one’s self from malevolent government.  We are living in a time of government reading all communications, TSA searches on planes and trains and beginning in 2003 the start of domestic government use of drones for spying on anyone.  Going to a rally or protest?  Assume you are being watched and biometrically scanned.  Combine that with the government’s successful efforts in destroying our economy, but not that of their bankster buddies and it is no wonder there are those that feel they must gather protection from the government.  We common folk certainly can’t expect to attack and win against the military/militarized police.  Hopefully the current regime will collapse from its own folly as did the Soviet Union but without the widespread suffering.  We must be capable of  defending against the mobs that will ensue as a result of government generated economic and social collapse.

Here is an excellent summary of second amendment how and why.  Here is what can happen when the citizenry is disarmed. Read the rest of this entry »
