Sources have told Fox News that the British foreign surveillance service, the Government Communications Headquarters, known as GCHQ, most likely provided Obama with transcripts of Trump’s calls. The NSA has given GCHQ full 24/7 access to its computers, so GCHQ — a foreign intelligence agency that, like the NSA, operates outside our constitutional norms — has the digital versions of all electronic communications made in America in 2016, including Trump’s. So by bypassing all American intelligence services, Obama would have had access to what he wanted with no Obama administration fingerprints.

Rand Paul Is Right: NSA Routinely Monitors Americans’ Communications Without Warrants
They are not targeting Americans. They are targeting foreigners. But they are doing it purposefully to get to Americans.

In his book, The Brothers, Stephen Kinzer documents the use of the CIA and State Department in behalf of the clients of the Dulles brothers’ law firm’s clients. The CIA serves no American purpose, only the private purposes of the ruling elites, who are the real deplorables who have used corrupt Western governments to solidify all income and wealth in a few greedy hands.
Great book
Another alternative is for Trump to make the obvious point that despite the allegations of the CIA and the presstitutes, any hacking that occurred was not the fault of Trump and Russia, but the fault of the US intelligence agencies who were too incompetent to prevent it. Trump’s trump question to the CIA, NSA, FBI is: So, you know the Russians hacked us and you did not prevent it? If you repeat your incompetence, I am going to fire every one of you incompetents.
Great idea. If they let Trump live long enough.

MORIS is Facebook’s “friend” but not yours.
The potential for this information to come back to haunt you is almost unlimited. There are numerous examples of individuals turned down for employment due to sexually suggestive, politically controversial, or simply “inappropriate” posts. Some employers even demand access to social networking accounts as a prerequisite to employment.

This WND article describes Obama’s latest threat to freedom-the Domestic Terrorist Council. Domestic terrorist is meant to include anyone anti-government or whom considers themselves a sovereign citizen.
Side note: What is a sovereign citizen? Definitions vary from anyone who believes in their Constitutional rights see here
to those who pick and choose what laws they prefer to obey see here
to the FBI’s definition which includes anyone who does not like to do as they are instructed.

“Signals intelligence … ain’t enough, you guys,” the NSA chief told a gathering of contractors in the geospatial intelligence business. “We gotta create a much broader picture.”

Does anyone seriously think the delayed renewal of the Patriot Act caused the NSA to break stride in vacuuming our personal communications? The Patriot Act is a feel good PR stunt to legitimize blatant illegal activity. Likewise the rubber stamp, secret FISA court. The consensus is the fine print in the Freedom Act make it worse than what it is replacing.
Spying on citizens isn’t new. Omnivore, carnivore, echelon and prism are a just few secret programs dating back to at least the ‘60s. Read the rest of this entry »

The Patriot Act is up for renewal. Senate Intelligence Committee Chair Richard Burr says we must renew as we are in more danger than ever.
He is right about the danger part. All the US efforts since Desert Storm have made the Middle East go from mildly bad to incredible disaster.
The Patriot Act and its FBI, DHS, CIA, NSA enablers have been a complete failure in bringing peace. A figure I heard on the Scott Horton show (Philip Giraldi interview) was 2 million dead in the war on terror. Read the rest of this entry »
