Do you, like I, wonder why with all this DHS/CIA/NSA spying does ISIS pop up from nowhere? These efforts don’t seem to be diminishing the terror threat.
How much of this spying is meant to curb international terrorism and how much is actually directed inward? Read the rest of this entry »

When I heard that the proposed new rules over the NSA had been watered down I wanted to know what were rules before and after. Then I realized it doesn’t matter.
A secret spy organization requests a secret warrant from a secret court that issues secret rulings.
After the secret ruling the NSA (FBI, DHS take your pick) does whatever they want anyway. If there is a chance a stink will be raised the regime’s “teams of lawyers” will come up with slimy double talk to cover their backsides. Read the rest of this entry »

This is a rehash of a recent post but it can’t be helped. The following was submitted to the Erie Times-News. The response was typical of what I receive when submitting guest editorials and complaining about the butcher that edits letters – Nothing.
Caroline Little of the Newspaper Association of America in the 5 May Erie Times-News complains about government treatment of the press. Particularly how the NSA hacked reporters’ phone records. It is a “sobering time for the newspaper industry”.
The media had their chance to stop the NSA but there is more for them to worry about. Read the rest of this entry »

It is all a big show for the benefit of the peasants courtesy of Anthony Snowden.
Angela may not have had direct knowledge that her phone was tapped but she shouldn’t have been surprised. The EU countries graciously gave the NSA phone and internet data on their subjects.
What has got Angela and the other club members upset is now the peons know they were sold out. Read the rest of this entry »

I have tried to alert everyone about social media’s and various operating system companies collusion with government’s criminal snoopers.
Here is yet more damning evidence.
The NSA will soon, if not already, have code in every Android smartphone.
Google and Android are leading you down the Chrome road to the nearest FEMA camp.
I like the Ubuntu operating system. Read the rest of this entry »

Recently I emailed my Congresspersons asking when they would have James Clapper indicted for lying to congress. Representative Mike Kelly responded with a form letter that did not address my question but was oozing with concern about my privacy and praise for the FISA court and warrants. We have recently discussed the validity, or rather lack of, the court and its warrants.
I was going to reprint the letter along with scathing criticism. But I thought what a complete waste my efforts have been and waste of your time it would be enduring my diatribe. The situation is all to familiar to anyone that tries to intelligently discuss an issue with their “representative”.

Sorry for the redundancy
We have talked about this before. Everyone wants to put their photos on-line. Nothing wrong with that. However one should think before putting their child’s photo on social media. The same goes for valuables like that new car or necklace. Because-
You probably have your GPS on because it is so cool. Criminals think it is cool too.
This video describes how the smartphone or conventional camera GPS data gives time and date (you may be far enough from home for someone to pay an uninterrupted visit to your house), broadcasts the longitude and latitude of the photo, provides a google map and google earth shot of the photo location (your home perhaps). Anyone with a little know-how can see access this. The video describes this is done and most importantly
HOW TO SHUT OFF THE INFORMATION FLOW.

Don’t tell me you haven’t put black tape over your computer’s camera lens!
Bill Gates
Philanthropist, progressive, Obama’s buddy.
He is also an education advocate. According to this he advocates the NSA’s education regarding all we do with MS software.
Per William Blum: In September 1999 it was revealed that NSA had arranged with Microsoft to insert special “keys” into Windows software, in all versions from 95-OSR2 Read the rest of this entry »

This is an open letter to PA State Representative Greg Lucas and PA Senator Sean Wiley. I urge you to introduce a bill creating a Pennsylvania State Defense Force.
All able-bodied persons would be eligible (or required?) to join and must have a suitable firearm at their disposal.
Pennsylvania would join several other states having a state defense force not subject to federal control nor subject to draft into federal service. These local forces would be rapidly available for natural and man-made disaster aid. They would provide defence against attack by terrorist or foreign forces in Pennsylvania.
