What Do Jonathan Pollard, PA Senators Casey and Toomey Have in Common? Traitors

Posted by M. C. on January 18, 2014

The cancerous lump that is Congress gave away its power to declare war 60 years ago. It was given to President Truman. Now they are taking that the power away from the President and handing it to another country.

S 1881 The “Iran Nuclear Weapon Free Act of 2013” says in part:

If Israel is “compelled to take military action in legitimate self-defense against Iran’s nuclear weapons program,” the United States “should stand with Israel and provide … diplomatic, military and economic support to the Government of Israel in the defense of its territory, people and existence.”

Israel and (Saudi Arabia) would like nothing more than for the US to go to war for them in Iran. This law will make it happen. Benjamin Netanyahu can start a war with Iran and the US will be legally bound finish it. Read the rest of this entry »

The Meaning of Term Limits… and Size Matters

Posted by M. C. on August 10, 2013

There has been much discussion and even a petition drive in Erie County of late for term limits.

We of course already have a term limit mechanism-elections.  But this does not seem to work.

Why?  On a very local level an official may have done a good job of dealing with certain issues so you want to keep him/her around for a while.

The higher up the food chain the worse things get.  My Senator Casey for example says he is the gun-owners friend and often votes that way as PA, even though a democratic state, is a gun-owners state.  Casey wants re-elected and says what he must to accomplish that end.  But he is Obama’s man.  The mask came off and he voted for the UN small arms control treaty.

The upper levels of the food chain is where the real money is and money is the name of the game.  Politician X may be a lapdog for AIPAC but we don’t care because we don’t know what AIPAC is or care to know.  All we know is X gets us free stuff.  Roads, military contracts, bridges to nowhere.  Like many dictators we support, X may be an SOB but X is our SOB.  But we don’t think “SOB” because getting money stolen from someone else makes us happy and buys our vote.  Our SOB is oh such a good guy (Don’t get a complex.  If you are reading this and/or pissed about your government the “we” is hopefully not you). Does The Erie-times News Think We Are That Stupid/Senator Casey Flips Over Nagging Wife

Posted by M. C. on December 23, 2012

The Erie Times editorial of 23 Dec advocates more gun control laws in the wake of Sandy Hook.  No surprise there, they are an anti-gun paper.

Pat Cuneo is the editorial voice. ’nuff said?

The mainstream media and government is concentrating on gun control. To paraphrase myself in the last post, we had a high school hunting club where many brought rifles and shotguns to school, hunting before and after school. The only gun violence we heard about was massacres in Viet Nam.

 What is different now?

Alternative media, primarily Libertarian and paleo-conservative, have the same question and are looking elsewhere. Violent movies, violent computer games, the psychiatry biz and their friends the pharmaceutical industry.

How many of these whackos are on a mental health drugs that makes them kill crazy?

Why isn’t the Times addressing this?

The paper advised us to vote for a progressive, corporatist, anti-capitalist candidate in Obama. The logical extension is this is the Times agenda also. You say “but the Times accepts gun sales advertising and has a hunting column”. That non-sequitur can be explained.

Money. Read the rest of this entry »

Don’t Act “Suspicious” When The Drones Start Flying Over your House

Posted by M. C. on August 25, 2012

I was just reading again today about 18 “suspected” militants killed in a drone attack.  All drone victims are now described as “suspected”.  Can you imagine reading “Joe Smith, suspected criminal, was executed today”.   That is real life in Afghanistan and Pakistan.  Read the rest of this entry »

H.R. 4133 – All Bow to Netanyahu

Posted by M. C. on May 17, 2012

The House has passed H.R. 4133, an AIPAC designed, Israel firster dream bill.  Ron Paul and John Dingell are the only reps that voted no in a limited debate, quick vote session.  There must be enough Muslims in Michigan to negate AIPAC.  Hmm… they are not so bad after all!  The bill, in a nutshell, obligates US to keeping the Israel defenses up to date, supplying a $1Billion missile defense system and has language that supports Israel’s membership in NATO.  We are of course obligated to defend fellow NATO members in time of (Iranian) war.  A major reason for the bill no doubt.  Defend Israel by ourselves because the US essentially is NATO.  The other members ran out of ammo playing in the Libyan sandbox.  We are to veto any resolutions, presumably the UN variety, critical of Israel.  The validity of the criticism is apparently irrelevant.  Demand your Senators to kill this.  Mine won’t.  Casey and Toomey are empire builders and not unfamiliar with the taste of Israeli boot leather.  The House once again kneels before President Netanyahu.  No doubt the other 101 lackeys in Washington will also.  See Philip Giraldi here.

Be seeing you

Congress Gives Us Another Reason to Impeach

Posted by M. C. on March 18, 2012

Judge Napolitano alerts us to another Congressional travesty here.

Another attack on our rapidly atrophying Constitution. Specifically the first amendment. The judge explains:

Last week, President Obama signed into law the Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act of 2011. This law permits Secret Service agents to designate any place they wish as a place where free speech, association and petition of the government are prohibited. And it permits the Secret Service to make these determinations based on the content of speech. Read the rest of this entry »

We should recall anyone who Voted for the National Defense Authorization Act

Posted by M. C. on January 2, 2012

Below is my latest letter sent to the Erie Times News-I would surely like to see a recall movement in PA.

The Patriot Act has essentially repealed the 4th Amendment.  Now the Fifth Amendment which says we cannot incriminate ourselves, cannot be held without being charged or cannot be denied legal representation and that we have a guarantee of a speedy trial is toast.  This is due to the National Defense Authorization Act, sponsored by Senators McCain and Levin who never saw a war they did not like.  Read the rest of this entry »

My scumbag Senators Casey and Toomey voted for SB 1867

Posted by M. C. on December 4, 2011

Senate Bill 1867 has passed the Senate.  This bill permits anyone in the world, particularly US citizens living in the US, to be arrested indefinitely, without warrant, with a court hearing, indeed without any recourse, if the President and his gang-members deem them a terrorist.  There need be no evidence of guilt just like those in Guantanamo.  Constitutional rights are a thing of the past.  My pathetic, scumbag Senators Casey and Toomey voted for this.  Read more about SB 1867 and why we should rebel against the totalitarian state here.  Don’t be one of the sheeple.

My Senator Casey (Another Letter to Editor)

Posted by M. C. on July 23, 2011

Last December our President offered a multi-billion dollar bribe in the form of F35 aircraft to Israel to stop

building settlements. Shortly thereafter Israel announced the settlements would not stop.
